Visiting from out of town, and had to stopped at CVS to get some medication for my daughter who had a stomach bug, my first impression was the store was dirty, unlike any other stores I had seen. And secondly, when I purchased my items, the clerk associate says the self checkout doesn’t print the receipt. She was very rude when an older customer mentioned she wanted her receipt. The next day, one of the items that I purchased I need to return. The same associate attempted to help me. When she asked for my receipt I told her that it didn’t print and seem surprised. She had problems issuing me a refund with my receipt being on the app and needed to called another associate who also gave attitude when I asked her why there is a problem issuing me a refund with proof of purchase on the app. She then proceeded to tell that if I had any complaints to call this number while making faces. I asked her “ why all this attitude and making faces when simply I am asking why it taking so long to get a refund and also the amount I paid for was different from what was scanned. I have never had any problems with CVS, I shop at CVS frequently because of their products and offering coupons. I hope managers see this and do something about the lack of customer services

I have had mostly decent interactions with this pharmacy, although never great. It has always been a little difficult to get timely refills, but in the past month it has become impossible to contact them to get my medication. The only way to fill or refill a particular prescription of mine is to call the pharmacy, and now the pharmacy does not answer the phone (tried 3 times with holds longer than 30 minutes). It is basically impossible to fill this prescription unless I physically go to the location first which is silly and a waste of time.

My son is a student at CUA. He called me stating that he wasn’t feeling well. I needed to speak with an associate to place an order pick up. I called the pharmacy and to no avail, there was no answer, after 5 attempts. I then called to speak with someone in the store. When the young lady answered, she told me that the pharmacy didn’t have a line and that she’d transfer the call… I held on for another 10 minutes and the line wrung bk to her. She then asked, “oh they didn’t answer? Wait let me try again.” Meanwhile, my child who is over 700 miles away from me is suffering. I read some of the reviews prior to trying myself in hopes that it wouldn’t be so bad, but this store seems to be consistent in their services.

This cvs is the worst to have your prescription coming to they are very lazy and attitude horrible. I guess they forgot if we don’t send our prescription to this pharmacy they wouldnt have a job.The guy that works there stated to me that they called to get my prescription refilled. I asked my doctor did they see anything from the pharmacy stating a request they said no it made me mad to know he lied about the situation what if I would have been waiting on them to respond back to the pharmacy after he told that lie make me wonder and they also never answer any calls 🚮

I arrived at this pharmacy to pick up a medication that was sent over about an hour prior to my arrival. CVS sent a text message confirming that the prescription had been received by the pharmacy. I arrived at this pharmacy to pick up my prescription and was told without any compassion or consideration that my script would be ready at 5:30. I advised Barbara that I did not live in this area and could not come back at 5:30 to get my prescription. I asked was there a way it could be ready at 5. She completely ignored my request, grabbed the “supervisor” Samantha who repeated the same thing Barbara said verbatim. I repeated that it would not be possible to come back and again, no accommodation. No consideration, no compassion. Working in the medical field requires a particular qualities that these two ladies don’t seem to have. There should most definitely be a way to help speed up the process for a 20gm tube of cream. I’d understand if it was a difficult prescription. They originally tried to put my script off until tomorrow saying it wasn’t in stock after I purposefully called them before my doctor sent over the medication to confirm they had it. If you lack compassion and basic common courtesy, please STAY OUT of the healthcare field!

The pharmacy has the rudest staff ever. This is the closest cvs to the AUC but I have to argue with the lady at the window EVERY TIME I GO ! It shouldn't be this hard to get the medication you pay for .I have to mentally prepare for every visit. I understand that I look young but I am spoken to in a very rude and condescending manner every-time I go. They have given me the wrong amount of birth control multiple times and threw off my cycle which affects my body in a negative way. When I explained to them that it was the wrong amount they argued with me and showed me a "picture of the medication " which they claim was what they gave me . I'm not sure what happened between that picture and when it was handed to me but I never received it. I tried to explain that I have no reason to lie. My mother called and stated that we pay too much for this to continue happening and the worker said it was free 😂. My mother explained to her that nothing is free and the money that comes out her account every month for BCBS is not in fact free! .Im not sure if they understand insurance, medication instructions, or just simply being kind.Now I have to drive further to go to walgreens because I can no longer do this to my body or take the disrespect.

You name it. The staff is short and unhelpful. Nobody ever has a key when u need something from the many locked shelves. The pharmacy takes forever to come to the drive thru then you have to come in to do simple things like present a new insurance card, when it was on file before. Most of the time your medication is not available when the app says it was. Just a horrible Ana annoying experience that’s been happening for YEARS. This is the closet pharmacy to me so i feel stuck.

It’s unfortunate that this location was the only location of the five that Ive used to manage my prescription that dropped the ball on my information. although the lady that helped me Over the phone was relatively nice she almost dismissed me to my insurance company because someone failed to input the proper information on my profile, that would have resulted in a charge of over $3000 as opposed to zero dollars. Frustration bullet dodged. 5 stars

I called 5 times the first 3 times the answering machine gave me the run around. My question was quick and would taken 5 mins of a representative time. I then tried calling the general store and when I got some one they cut the phone each time... I understand most conversations an be answered online but from a professional stand point pick up a call to answer a question wouldn't kill business... Very unprofessional

Darien was a lot of help with printing my pictures ! The machine stopped working and management told him to tell me to come back but he worked vigorously so I would not have to. I thank him for that because I stay an hour away and that would’ve been an inconvenience.

Pharmacist Rodney needs to learn what is health care professionalism. I also work in HealthCare and I completely understand, how much pressure we get along with work load. Rodney should control his voice tone, that shows how unprofessional he is over the phone. I can not even image how he is behaving in front of Patients and with his co-workers.

The pharmacy and store were boarded up and closed for at least an hour today with no notice or signage about why. I left at 3:00PM and came back around 4:00PM. At this time, the boarding/screens were being lifted away from the entrance and an employee was taping a handwritten sign onto the inside of the door that said, "We are closed until further notice." I tried to ask for more information through the glass door, and I shared with the employee that I have a prescription ready for pickup inside. She shrugged and just pointed to the sign again. Very disappointing.

I have to praise the pharmacy techs and cashier! I had to get my husband's medicine transferred from the MLK CVS to their store Ralph David. They were working relentlessly to get eveyone's prescriptions out. Today was SUPER BUSY! I just want to thank you all for putting in the work. I really appreciate it! Thank you all soon much!! They need raises!!

Pharmacy slow and lacks enthusiasm. The pharmacist all the way down to the cashier. Lets say Ms. Robert is to busy smacking his lips and swirling his hair. As a employee of the pharmacy to have customers in line hear him ask his boss if he could clock out and go meet a angry customer in the parking lot was to much. This is not what we want. You weren't going in the parking lot anyhow or you wouldn't have asked.Overall store customer service is bad store half stocked and the manager guy definitely doesn't fit CVS's brand. Time to hire new employees and get the store together. They have a security guard now who when you ask a question says he doesn't know or care he is just there in case someone steals. Well ok

I'm so sorry for anyone having to utilize this CVS. The two female clerks are horrible,rude , unprofessional and CVS untrained. If at all robotic or self checkout should only be available. I know CVS is only making revenue on the pharmacy because of the ageing group in that area. My package was taken there by UPS and it was so unnecessaryThen I was told to call back but you know No one answered the phone lol.

In the CVS Store #4178 on Tuesday 5/16/23 at approximately 4:25pm one of the clerks refused to assist me at check out. She informed me that as long as the self check out was working she wasn't going behind the counter. Even though she was litally doing nothing. This is sad. As was the case with the other 7 CVS reps working in this store, and not one of them would go behind the counter and wait on customers. This is indeed sad.

Pharmacy staff is very rude! My prescription accidentally got sent to this location. Whoever I spoke with over phone did nothing to try to satisfy the issue I was having. The problem wasn’t that hard to solve but her attitude was so horrible I no longer wanted to speak with her. Doesn’t make sense to have a job helping the public with such horrible customer service

I arrived at 1:26pm to pick up one prescription. As I walked up to the Pharmacy, the gate was halfway down. I asked the woman behind the counter if she was closed. She said yes. I asked when will they re-open and she replied, "At 2pm" and she closed the gate all the way as I sat down to wait the 34minutes. I looked up the hours of operation and they are closed from 1:30pm-2pm. I just couldn't believe that she couldn't take a couple of minutes to get my prescription (which was ready) so I wouldn't have to wait 34 minutes, and then go on break! Seeing as though she was closing down early, I feel that wasn't too much to ask. The customer service in the Pharmacy area leaves a lot to be desired. The clerks aren't very friendly or courteous anyway. The tone in which they answer questions is rude and unprofessional.

On hold for 15 minutes then prematurely was hung up on when I was starting to ask a second question. I was plenty kind and very clearly half way through asking a second question when she hung up. I understand pharmacists have a lot to do, but I’m still a person who needs medicine. She didn’t actually take the time to check the system to see if my Rx was available either. Just said “no we don’t have that bye”.

Easily the worst CVS in Atlanta I’ve ever been to. The staff is not friendly, helpful or understanding of how insurance works or how to implement insurance services. The drive thru window takes an hour to get through due to the incompetence of the window service. Do not, I repeat do not use this as a pharmacy. Go anywhere else, drive 20 minutes if you have to.

I tried to purchase cvs antibacterial hand soap but it wouldn't discount 20%! I also looked online for a particular 360 beauty bar soap (8ct shea butter or cucumber) but it didn't show online! I don't understand why something wouldn't show online! It didn't show that it was out of stock, it just didn't show at all for 8ct. I've seen 8ct of these in the store though! I'm really wondering if the carepass is worth it based on the high prices and limited use of coupons and cvs 20% discount not applying properly!!! This store must have a lot of theft! I had to find someone and wait for help to get bar soap that was locked in a case!!!

On the drive through for one hour and fifteen minutes.No I’m sorry for your wait or nothing. Then I said, they could’ve waited on the side” she rudely said they was getting a test done.” and then the window closed in my face. So I’m guessing they did the test then waited on the results.🙄 which they could’ve kindly asked them to move. There was seven cars behind me waiting, and somebody blew their horn which meant nothing. Very Slow, long waits, no customer service at all!!!!!!! Ridiculious!!!!!

I have been to this multiple times recently. I find that inventory is more spotty than any other CVS in the area, the store is poorly maintained with stained carpets and general clutter, and the drive through is exceptionally slow. This is the only pharmacy this neighborhood has, but it’s the most poorly run CVS location I have been to.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They don't even deserve 1 star... Whoever owns this location should really be ashamed of the condition of their store and the professionalism of their employees!!!!The wait time in the drive thru line is always at minimum an hour and for what. Once you arrive at the window they can't even fill a prescription. They don't even run your insurance. I was told my insurance declined a prescription, I moved out of the line to call them after waiting an hour and was told the medication was covered... I will never return to this location again!
