This pharmacy is the worst. I went to pick up a prescription refill and sat in the drive-thru line just for this dark skinned woman with locs or dreads in her to tell me I couldn’t get it. Then I told her I was paying cash. She was like “oh ok and then tell me I have to drive back around because there were other customers. Pretty much like I was nothing. That woman does not have any customer service skills at all. She doesn’t know what she is doing. This pharmacy is so ghetto and it’s trash. I can’t stand this CVS and I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy.

My daughter had surgery today therefore her prescription was called. I get to the pharmacy but like always they didn't have the medicine she needed... I was told to call around 3pm because the"truck" I just arrived which it did I was there so cool I left. Called back around 3:45pm a rep answered the phone and just laid the phone down while I listened to them laugh and giggle about nonsense finally after 10 minutes I hung up and called back explained my situation and was told that they didn't have the medicine and the truck will not return until next Wednesday and was advised to call another pharmacy and have the prescription transferred so I called Walgreens and was told that transfers can't been done for pain meds and they can't discuss over the phone so I'm stuck trying to deal with a 15yr old that had two surgeries in one day one being both tonsils at that CVS on MLK is the most non structured environment I've visited

I went to fill an eye drop rx. Got there around 730pm. The pharmacist? took my rx and went to check to see if it was in. Filled it right away which was great. But had I not been in the medical field and understood you need to taper a steroid down and not quit cold turkey, I don't know what would have happened with my eyes. My eye Dr prescribed steroid eye drops 3 times a day for 4 days, then 2 times for 4 days to once a day for 4 days. The pharmacist wrote 3 times a day for 12 days. I will not be filling a rx here in the future.

This was a nice and inviting store to come into. And the manager Marquis helped me tremendously! He was so patient and kind to me! I was having trouble and being very challenged trying to print photos on that machine. He took his time and assisted me in printing out some of my grandson's beautiful pictures. I'm so thankful and appreciated him so much!🙌🏽Happy Holidays 🎄

The pharmacy is slow and unprofessional yelling out bad words about customers. Saying they don't have it when the text I received says it's ready. They would be better if the Dr. Would speak up and tell them to calm down.

The worst customer service going to pick up prescriptions for my daughters and rhe young dude that work in the pharmacy with locks dark skinned was rude af hiw u gonna tell people that was in the line first to move out the way when u not done with them I will be changing to another cvs I won't be dealing with rude impatient people anymore he was rushing and everything and I still didn't get what I needed they need to put a new staff in there they don't answer the phone I was on the phone with my kids insurance and they was trying to call she called six times and didn't get a answer they need to put people in there that actually wanna help people and not people that are just there for a check pick up the damn phone when people call they get on my nerves at the MLK location

If I could give zero stars I would .I am calling corporate and will continue to call until service is better .I along with many other customers have been here before CVS was even in this location. Customer service is terrible Literally.The restrooms are deplorable Pharmacy has attitude and walk in is a joke.You can't say because of the neighborhood we received this typ of service it should not matter We pay taxes in this city and this is bad I have been to Alot of locations and this by far us the WORSE

The pharmacist Krupa V Patel has the WORST attitude. Her customer service skill are HORRIBLE. The customers are already not feeling well... then to come in and have to deal with her is not good. The other store associates are ok but please find/hire another pharmacist that's passionate with their job.

I had just left my doctors appointment, they had told me 3pm keep in mind this was at 10 in the morning. I explained I was not from this side of Atlanta and I needed my medication and only had enough money for one Lyft home. The gentleman who was helping me was understanding and they had my medication ready in 10 minutes. Will definitely be using this cvs from now on!! Great staff

The worst pharmacy ever, lines are always long and as soon as you get to the window medicine is never in stock or ready. Bad customer service, the people are so grumpy and mean with attitudes unbelievable. Please hire better people

My Rx was originally at the Cascade location and they didn't have it. The MLK store was able to transfer the Rx and had it ready the same day. The pharmacist was very understanding and kind. Thanks CVS 🙂

The pharmacy department is RUDE. When I called to ask a question, there was no good morning, I was put on hold without being told I was on hold, and when the conversation was over she hung up in my face. No goodbye, thank you for calling, or have a nice day, nothing. If you don’t like your job, then quit. Why be rude to a customer who needs help?

Update: there’s a new pharmacist and she’s great, haven’t had any issues the past two times. Glad they decided to step it up.This pharmacy is so impossibly frustrating to deal with, no one knows what’s going on, one second my prescriptions aren’t ready, the next second they are but only half of them, then I have to wait another 30 minutes after I got confirmation texts that they were ready 5 hours ago.EDIT: I’ve been waiting here for 30 minutes knowing I’ll be waiting more BUT in the entire 30 minutes I’ve been sitting here probably 20 customers have followed after me and not A SINGLE customer was able to get their prescription with out a problem. The pharmacist is spending more time having to explain whatever excuse to customers than actually doing her job. The management of this pharmacy is so frustrating and awful you have to laugh

The pharmacy has rude staff and they are unprofessional as if patients are a burdensome for coming for their meds. If you don't want to be bother by people why choose this career. Had to have the minute clinic physician I saw to come out and explain to pharmacist that I was not lying and my prescription was sent over by phone. Since I been here no one has answered the phone for pharmacy, it just keeps ringing. The pharmacist needs to have patient care training.

This is the absolutely WORST pharmacy and should NOT be in operation. The doctor called in the pain medicine a day prior to my mother's out-patient surgery; needless to say, they did NOT have it ready in time and offered to have it ready in the morning. Who can go cold turkey and tolerate post surgery pain? Not a 73 years old woman!! They are inefficient, cold, and heartless. The pharmacist license should be revoked and CVS should not be allowed to operate. 😡

I wish it could be no stars they service is terrible they never answerers the phone for you can talk with someone. And when you go up there they tell you your perspiration want be ready until the next day or they don't have a prescription for you. And time you get home they'll call you and say your prescription ready. So now I gotta pay for another ride to pickup something I was just there for. #JUST SAD#

WOW!! Came for a prescription I need so I can walk. 15 Mins before closing stand in line, just one customer ahead of me. This attendant person or whatever ethics she drives. Takes the whole time visiting with this customer who’s a friend of hers. Asking about the well-being of everyone in the family. Finally when she’s tired of visiting then she calls me and says she cannot applied my discount cards because she now is closed and her system is down. So I will have to pay double for my prescription if I want it now... otherwise I’ll have to walk in pain back home and come back again whenever they open again.They have no idea of what they are doing. The cruelty knowing that they are serving people in pain or sick is brutal and we are paying for this service. She dismissed me, closed the metal curtain in my face and went away with her day. The vulgarity of her demeanor to someone in pain had no boundary.

Pharmacist took some of my brothers narcotic prescription pills out of his pill bottle. Lied and said the dr made a mistake, and he needed to do something with the Label. By the way, my brother was just diagnosed with stage three to four lung cancer to weeks prior and was given this prescription for pain. Joshua Eflk was the actual Pharmacist. Called back to rectify problem. Was given the run around and transferred back and forth, to eventually being transferred back to him. Called the Corporate Office to file a complaint, was told the the pharmacist said he didn’t take anything out. Like duh…Of coarse he’s going to say that he didn’t take them. Was also told from corporate that a district manager would be in touch with us. Four days later, no call or anything. I pray that an investigation will be conducted. This is beyond awful and inhumane. Do not trust them with Narcotic Prescriptions. This has been done more times than one, for the relaxation to have reached this level. We will be contacting the media.

Very poor service this morning 😡😡In line check out for cash only and nearly waited over 5min while a lady in front struggled to use machinery. CVS personnel just none assisted barely looking on. Cashiers Please it's 10:10 am U have no Cashiers on deck. Bad Service.

I had the worst experience today with the pharmacy drive thru. I had a prescription sent at 8a.m. although the pharmacy opens at 10. Went to pick up prescription at 1:30 and it still wasnt ready. Went back and forth with pharmacist and doc just to have them tell me to pull around again and mysteriously my prescription was ready. Now I'm no science guru but my years as a pharmacy tech if the call had just come through when I pulled around you still needed time to get the medicine off the shelf, count the pills and print a label. How did you do all that in less than 1 minute. Instead of admitting to overlooking the prescription the pharmacist made me sit and wait over an hour.l and then told me how no calls or prescriptions came through until I pulled around the last time. I try to be on my people side but today they failed terribly.

I scheduled a PCR COVID test at this location on Monday December 20th - These results were supposed to come back within 2 days. Today it is Friday 24th and I've spent an hour between CVS Pharmacy and Minute Clinic to finally be called back by the Nurse Practitioner to be told I was marked "No show" for my appointment Monday and therefore there is no test on record for me. Can someone please explain to me how it is that a physical specimen which was dropped off in box for lab to pick up somehow disappear from the system because an incompetent employee marked me as a "no show" - what checks and balances are put in place to indicate a physical specimen showing up at the lab and not a single employee can take a moment to question "who is this specimen for?" because clearly someone DID show up to their appointment - What a complete disappointment on service, proper employee training etc... I could go on and on.. wasted time.. wasted energy.. NEVER doing anything health related with CVS.

The ineptitude is on a mountain top level. This is the closest covid test site to me. The website fails to mention that only drive thru is available on weekends. I didn't have a vehicle and I needed to be tested to go back to work due to a co-worker testing positive. The inept yet condescending employee suggested the home test. I advised I don't have insurance currently so I was trying to avoid spending money. I then asked how far do I stick the swab in my nose. She rudely yet ignorantly stated "as far as it will go". I guess she thinks causing a nosebleed is funny. She was very unprofessional and I am amazed she is still employed there.
