This is one of the busiest stores all the time. Still very friendly and efficient staff. It's little smaller compared to others with no liquor store attached.They gave added new menu items and their salad is so worth it for 6.99$.

I’ve been a Costco member for years. It’s a great place to shop for good quality items at reasonable prices. The customer care is amazing, and the shoppers appear to be honest people as well, I’ve lost my wallet there and another time my coat with the cell phone in it. Both times people turn them in and staff goes out of the way to help. What’s not to like?

This location can be busy at times but the staff are so on point that they make things much easier to get in and get out. Just make sure you come at times when it’s least busy to have the smoothest experience. The store itself have plenty of stock, good customer service and the lines move fairly quickly, this location is on point and you won’t be disappointed

Love this Costco. Everything is "ON POINT." The LOT is CLEAN so RESPECT it and STOP trashing. The Carts are well taken care of and ready for use in good order. The Store is Clean and Well Organized with many wonderful options to choose from. The prepared food is food for the soul and always FRESH. It's my first time visiting whatever Costco franchise and it was a excellent experience, they have many many many things to sell, the only one place that I visited before that it's similar it's Sam's Club but In my opinion it could be better for the brands and quality of some specific things that difference between two stores (like the clothes) but in general it's really variety and funny to spend your time looking for possible food or things for your home in this place, in this occasion I was around this area, but I'll hope find another Costco store in my area, definitely it's a good place 👍

We got a Costco membership as a Christmas present. We are an older couple (mid 60’s) and had assumed that the large packaging offered at Costco might be inconvenient or unnecessary for 2 empty nesters. After tagging along with my son’s family one weekend, they saw how much fun we had and gifted us a membership. We’ve been several times since Christmas. My husband has mobility issues and always finds a fully charged cart to drive. We’ve spent our trips so far, comparing prices to what we have been buying at other stores, looking to see what Costco carries and in the spirit of Costco… buying things we didn’t intend to buy. We have limited our purchases to what will fit in the basket of the mobility cart. I’ve purchased a lot of produce and just installed my newly purchased shower head. Protein shakes and powders have been on sale for those entertaining their New Year resolutions, giving me an opportunity to try some new brands and flavors. I understand their gas is cheap, but we bought an EV two years ago. We are certain we will renew our membership next year. What else besides lottery scratchers can provide this much entertainment for 5 bucks a month?

Some great deals here. One must shop & compare for the best prices( Kroger, Target, Amazon, etc).Additionally, this place is a horror show on weekends (especially Sundays).So, plan your trip ahead, go online & compare prices & try to visit on a weekday (when they are open til 8:30 vs 6:30 on weekends).

If you are not a member of Costco, please join. I recently bought 2 pair of frames and lens. The Manager, Trudy, was exceptional. All the employees in the Optical department were top notch. Their customer service was what I was used to many, many years ago. Not many places give you such amazing service.Costco has amazing ladies clothes from PJ's to coats, tops and pants.Again, I can't say enough wonderful things about the Optical Department. I will certainly be back if I need any upgrade on my glasses and I am telling everyone Costco is the place to go.

Costco - the place everyone shops at, every hour if they could. Tons to find. More to buy that you probably don’t need. I was most impressed with the fellow guiding shoppers to self checkout who approached the old, bitter Karen who created her own line to bypass everyone. He was professional and asked her twice. He let the selfish person alone after that and she did whatever TF she felt entitled to.

Bulk baby bulk! I recently became a member (Executive 💁‍♂️) and I’m never looking back. You tell me where else I can buy a case of beer and a delicious rotisserie chicken all for less than 15$. I’m waiting… and not to mention the snacks! I’m not talking bagged snacks here. We’re talking taste testing booths people. That’s right folks while you mosey on down the isles be sure to take a little tasty detour at the end cap with your friendly Costco employee. And after you’ve gathered your supplies and are well appetized finish off your Costco run with a 1.50$ foot long and a soda! That’s right you heard me. 1.50$! I’m not sure what else I can say here folks. Do yourself a favor and buy into the cult. You won’t regret it.

I almost walked out immediately due to a real rude and obnoxious customer service representative where you go to buy your membership. But I had another who immediately interceded and was absolutely awesome. I did speak to a supervisor regarding the horrible employee and was assured they would speak to him! However, I doubt if they did.Secondly, I didn't like the fact that not one employee I asked where to locate something knew where anything was in the store, not one!!!I will try a couple of times again because there were some good employees who did everything to give great service!!

Access is a real downer, as they need a parking deck, but once you're in the store it's worth it. Gas is not worth waiting for on some days, but the store is clean, organized, has a great meat department, and has plenty of helpful staff. Unlike the parking lot, inside usually has enough room to manoeuvre.

After gathering all my items and checking out, I was informed that I needed to go to the customer service desk to renew my membership and that my items would be held at the register. When I returned, the front end manager informed me that the items in my cart were returned to the shelves and that I had to start over to get them all. I also had to go outside and retrieve a new cart.No apology, no resolution. Despite my incredibly calm demeanor, she made sure that I knew it wasn't the cashier's fault. I don't care where the fault lies. I care that this Costco's front end doesn't keep their customers at the front of their mind and their operational success (and my experience) suffers as a result.I'll be getting a refund on my membership and shopping elsewhere.

This Costco is the best, hands down. Much safer than the one on Peachtree-Dunwoody. Masking is required of all customers, and they don't bend the rules on that. All employees are helpful, even though they are stressed with all of the extra shoppers. They have set up a "self-checkout" where the employees do the scanning, and these lines move super fast.Social distancing landmarks are in place for all lines and at the pharmacy. The food court dispensary is open, though now you pay for your items at a self-serve kiosk immediately in front of the food counter.You cannot beat this Costco. You just cannot.

NOW this pharmacy has lost multiple prescription refills -.all were to be filled a week ago.No wonder we feel unwell!***The prior multiple fresh beef purxhased here were no properly wrapped and sealed - causing multiple pounds of fresh 'instore wrapped ' to.be wasted, thrown into the trash, and unsafe for human consumption.I do.not require a degree to figure that out or clean the bloody mess caused by this store.Now, this unit reuses the return of unopened moldy items - it is a quality issue.As a 25 year member, it was not worth my time to shop here on several recent trips.Very poor produce - Vidalias, red, yellow onions, lemons, limes, sweet, red, baking potatoes.....Now bread molds b4 use!The cashiers were best avoided.There was also no assistance at customer service or self checkout.Door people were busily chatting amongst themselves - no greeting periodAlthough, this store had at least 1 great checker on the exit and we survived navigating the parking lot!I fortunately got the 3rd to last rotisserie chicken.Great gas prices with not Costco teammembers in evidence...Need I say more?

If you've been to one Costco, you've been to all of them. If you never been it's a place to buy cheaper items in bulk and the food court and gas is the cheapest in town. Definitely worth the membership cost and you will get the money back by how much you save

Ed (Business development, 2008) at customer service would not let up trying to upsell the executive membership. It was SOOOO ANNOYING, obnoxious and over the top. Completely unnecessary and frankly infuriating and it continued for multiple MINUTES even after being told “No” multiple times. We spent over 30 mins trying to renew the membership as standard gold, with a large chunk of time dedicated to him attempting to upsell us.Other than that, it’s a decent store. Close to Atlanta. Just wish they had an attached liquor store.
