I had such an amazing experience at this store! I came in with our foster dog to check it out and the staff went above and beyond. We were able to get an appointment to get a bath which I highly recommend. They provide everything you need and it’s so much easier than doing it at home. The staff was really knowledgeable and super sweet. The store has a good selection and it’s surprising how much space there is for a lot of dogs and shopping people. I can’t recommend them enough. I will be back for my pets for sure.

This place great! I used to take my dog to tractor supply for self-service baths, and this place is only $8 more with such a better space and more accessories for bathing. Great tubs and rooms for bathing your dog, and nice products too.The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, and gave my dogs lots of treats (after asking if she had any allergies!) and showed me around the facility.I’ll definitely be coming back!

Staff was so friendly! Brought my dog in for his birthday and they were all so sweet and attentive. They gave him lots of treats. They had the cutest cookies for dogs, along with birthday hats and bandanas. Will return for sure!

WOW!! What a great group of knowledgeable, caring & dedicated people at City Dog Market. Dog food labels, marketing & manufacturers can be confusing, misleading and deceptive. The staff at City Dog Market guided me through the maze of choices and helped me to make the best nutritional decisions for my dog. I am better informed and know soooo much more than before I visited the Brookhaven location. These service oriented experts asked so many questions about my dog and wanted to know EVERYTHING about her. They really do care. We booked a wash at City Dog for our pit mix who was in need of a bath. He is not a fan of getting wet, so giving him a bath was always going to be a challenge. The crew at City Dog was so nice and accommodating that a challenging experience became so much easier! They explained everything clearly, brought extra towels when we needed them, and even gave our boy some treats after we had finished. The facility was so clean, and all of the shampoos, conditioners, and tools were provided so the experience was seamless. We will definitely be back to wash our dog here again!

The staff here obviously loves pets and they are very knowledgeable regarding their products. I've made multiple visits and they've helped me choose a pet "ice cream" for my dog with a sensitive stomach, they made suggestions regarding a walking harness, helped me choose a toy to keep my pup occupied during walks and provided an opinion on a tick spray for our field walks. Their "chew" selection is out of this world as are their pet "baked goods." I feel so lucky to live within walking distance!

Super helpful staff! They took the time to talk through various products and help me find the right one for my dog. They have treats to try out and see which one your dog prefers more. I took my dog with me and they gave her lots of love. We ended up purchasing City Market chicken treats that we use for training and our pup loves and is very responsive to. It was hard to chose from so many great products. We'll be back!

This place rocks!! The dog wash room is amazing. It’s private so you don’t have to worry about your dog seeing other dogs or trying to escape since you can lock the door. They provide everything you need to get the dogs clean and the dryer is really impressive!! They also have a ton of healthy dog foods and treats plus a whole CBD section. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient and informed. Looking forward to taking my dogs for another bath soon!

I was recommended to go to City Dog Market to get an Omega-3 supplement for my cat. When I walked in, I was acknowledged and helped immediately. I was presented all my options in the store. I even went a step further to ask for a small sample of a large bag of a this supplement, because I was unsure that my cat would eat it. She walked in the back to ask for permission and it was granted. I took it home and my cat did indeed eat it. Her dandruff is subsiding and I will be sure to go back to buy the large bag. Since then, I have recommended this store to everyone that i know that has furry pets in the area. I am thrilled and feel this group of people are caring and knowledgeable of their products. It is so refreshing to have received such excellent customer service. You will have a loyal customer for life!

I am a first time dog owner and I have been researching raw food diets and wanted to know how or where to start so I looked into stores with a lot of raw food options. City Dog Market popped up so I went for the first time today and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had since getting my dog. Shout out to Tisha, (I am so sorry, I know that’s probably not how you spell it), but they talked with me for probably 45 minutes to an hour about raw food, the different options, as well as breaking it down price wise, but also listened to what my dog liked and showed me some other great options. I left with so many goodies, also knowledge for next time! We need to support independently owned, small business like this one!!

We've patronized this restaurant for decades, ever since it was Boychick's Deli. About two years ago we noticed the quality and service declining until about a year ago when we had a totally bad experience. In a fit of pique, I savaged them with a bad review. We went back today for the first time and had a 5-star experience. All's well that ends well, and we'll be back.

I had a great experience here today !I ended up stopping by the store after passing by one night and seeing that they offered a self service dog wash. When I walked in today with my dog skippy, all 3 girls working were extremely nice and welcoming. Such good spirits...They were definitely helpful in accommodating me for the dog wash because I wasn’t aware that I needed an appointment, but they were able to get me in right away for the bath.The shower was a pretty cute spa like setting with towels, combs, brushes and shampoo available. I usually bring my own shampoo but they also have it available in store for use as well. My dog loved it !Afterwords: They helped us pick out some treats for my picky dog. He was so excited and happy but didn’t want anything but the ice cream. They also gave us a very nice goodie bag to take home with a few tester treats inside of it and seems like all of the treats were very good quality, so I was surprised.Overall my dog was happy to make a few new girlfriends in the area. So we will be back soon.

Extremely friendly staff, they even gave our dog free samples even though he was being greedy. Prices are really good on certain items and kind of high on certain treats compared to other places, overall worth a stop with your fur baby for sure. They even have a self use dog bath which is great.

Love this place. Been coming for years, but decided to drop a review after an amazing experience. Our dog has a sensitive stomach and no matter what we tried, it didn't work. Today we went in and they walked us through all the different brands with ingredient lists. They gave us tons of different samples, even guaranteed that if we buy a bag of food, and our pup doesn't react well, that we could bring it back for a refund, no questions. Highly recommend this place!!!
