We have been regulars at Central Bark for about a month now and we absolutely love it! When I brought our dog in this morning, he literally bolted to the front desk to be greeted and hugged. He must have the best time playing here! The facility is super clean and nice, and it seems as though the employees are happy, too. This all makes the experience so much more comfortable and reassuring for me as a pet parent wanting to do the best for my pup. All that being said, it is pricey but I think worth it for peace of mind, the atmosphere, the fact that our dog is so well cared for, etc. Highly recommend!!

I love Central Bark! The best groomer I’ve ever taken my dog to. Different people cut him but the consistency in the cut is the same overall. I have also taken him to Doggie Day Care and you can tell your dogs are safe, taken care of, and loved.

Great place! Takes great care of our dog. We used to go to Doguroo and we like this place much better. Our dog always came home really smelly from Doguroo, but not Central Bark! I do wish they had live streamed cameras like some other places though.

Our favorite spot to take our pup, Georgia! Reasonably priced, she doesn’t come home smelling like pee, and they have great grooming and add on services as well as boarding! Thanks for watching our fur baby for us!

Central Bark is the only place we'll take our dog! The Spa/grooming part of Central Bark is amazing! We drive 45-60 minutes just to bring our dog to Caren Lloyd, who is the dog whisperer for difficult dogs! We trust Central Bark and Caren!

We moved here from the Houston area and unexpectedly ended up with some required house renovations while we were off to work. Central Bark was an amazing experience for our pup Summer, who loved her prior daycare and sometimes takes a while to warm up and play. We were warmly welcomed, accommodated, and are looking forward to many more daycare days with them! We only wish they weren’t so popular and sometimes filled up for daycare days!

I brung my dog here about 3 or 4 times to get groomed. Until I had an appointment scheduled, which was booked a month in advance, they called and told me my dog was missing a vaccine that he needed the day before my appointment. After explaining how I’ve been there multiple times without my dog having that particular vaccine, I had to cancel because of course I couldn’t take my dog to the vet in such short notice. I wouldn’t be upset if they told me a month ago when I first booked the appointment that my dog needed another vaccine. I would've been able to get my dog to the vet before the appointment but to call less than 48 hours in advance when they had the vaccine records a month prior is unacceptable.

After panicking, trying to find the perfect place to take my pup to be groomed, I found this place. I. LOVE. THIS. FACILITY. The staff is amazing and welcoming as soon as you walk in. They respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner and your pup will be absolutely head over heels for the people. Lastly, the puppy enrichment program is a must - my pup had a pup card and videos to show how he behaved that day. They reinforced all of the commands he had been learning and it showed! Go people, go!

I took my two dogs (Jax and Duke) to CBA years ago. My dogs were loved, cared for, and had the best time. I felt that the staff really cared about them, and the owner was very sweet to everyone. I was going through a really hard time in my life but every time I went to drop off my dogs and picked them up, I was able to smile. I highly recommend this place!

Vinny and I love Central Bark! We've had multiple sleepovers (as long as 2 weeks) as well as day care. He starts crying to get there as soon as he sees REI on the way and can't wait to get out of the car when we park. He always comes back happy. I love that they separate the dogs by energy levels so he gets to play with other supercharged dogs. Very friendly staff too.

Macy is a rescue puppy and was very matted . With it being Macy's first groom in her 6 months of life. Central Bark did an awesome job . Beautiful cut . They made me very comfortable with leaving Macy in their hands. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We love Central Bark! Both of my dogs love the staff at Central Bark. They know them by name and give them the best nicknames. We love that dogs are separated by temperament and how knowledgeable all of the staff is. Central Bark is a very important part of our doggies' lives!!

I started bringing my toy poodle mix here for the puppy hours which were great. I’ve been getting my dog groomed here since she was old enough and we’ve always been really happy with her grooming. Nick is great and does a fantastic job with her. I’d highly recommend this place for both of those services. Be sure to plan ahead because they get booked quickly!

Terrible communication about dog safety and behavior. I found out that there had been previous issues with my dog that were never communicated to me. No issues hearing the feedback ... just would have been helpful to know sooner so we could have worked on those (given that our dog has been going there for 3 years).

My dog has been coming here since she was a puppy she went to the Saturday puppy play dates (the playdates helped her Learn how to play and gain her doggy confidence now she’s a very sociable dog and fun dog ) now she comes to CBA for her grooming. We love Central Bark! Our puppy is well-taken care of and thrives. She knows the route from our house and gets excited to be there when we turn onto the access road. The staff greet her by name and are always happy to see her come in the door. We are so thankful that we're able to send our pup to Central Bark and that she's in an environment that's good for her breed and disposition. She receives training there and the staff do a good job explaining it so we can practice and use it at home, too.

I can’t say enough good things about Central Bark and Rhia. I took my “quarantine dog” to CB for the long weekend and her first overnight sleepover. Unfortunately my dog wasn’t adapting well to the environment. They gave her her own personal area to make sure she felt safe and even let her hang out in the lobby with them where she seemed to be her happiest. I received texts and photos to help with my obvious anxiety of her not having a good time! I’m so so thankful for the care they gave my pup and not allowing me to feel like it was a burden to them.

Great experience with the salon and spa reservation for our pup. He looked great and came out all smiles/wags! Always have had exceptional experiences with Central Bark Brookhaven.
