This place is great for specialty bones , treats and cat/dog food.We ended up buying a few dog biscuits , bones and some cans of wet cat food to tryout . You can bring your dog (leashed ) inside.They even have the cutest professional greeter (Gia) behind the counter.Definitely check them out!

This place is AMAZING! On top of being a small and locally owned business, the customer service is fantastic and they offer unique items you cant just get anywhere. For example, they sell locally made waterproof dog leashes (they’re amazing) and a new product called the Piggle! We celebrate all of our dogs birthdays here as they custom make doggie cookies, cakes, so many cool designs. The owner, Betsy, is amazing and so kind. They also have a dog washing station! Human and dog approved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is absolutely amazing! The owner and staff are very nice and attentive in an authentic way. I’ve been coming here since they opened up shop and every experience since then has been delightful. Their knowledge of the products they sell is unmatched. They greet us by name and always demonstrate appreciation for us. This business is the epitome of what every business should be. I would 110% recommend Barking Dog Bakery and Feed!

Barking Dog Bakery is a wonderful bakery and store for anyone with a pup or kitty. They truly value quality and it is evident the products they carry and the care they put care into every homemade cookie and cake.I would highly recommend visiting and consulting their kind and knowledgeable staff.

I normally don't write reviews but this shop I got to call them out. They are the most... they have... I have no words to say but...Awesome Sauces!My pup has had a rough few months with surgery and medications. When we walk threw BDB doors, she starts acting like a puppy, tip tapping in place because she loves the treats here. She doesn't do that anywhere else. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable. After her surgery she couldn't chew her old toys because they hurt her jaw and she would be depressed about it. They suggested I start her off with some easier chew treats and help work her way up. Now she got one of their bigger chew treats munching away under my desk while I type this. Simply wonderful human beings.

We’re so lucky to have this store in Vinings! Betsy and her team whip up the tastiest treats and my dog devours absolutely anything I bring home!! (Especially the big gotcha day cake they made for her 😅) Barking Dog is an amazing store and I’d recommend it to any dog (or cat) parent!!!

We found Barking Dog when they first opened and they are go to shop for our Bubba.Bubba loves their bakery items. We got his birthday cake this year and all his furiends gave it two 🐾 up. His favorite are the carrot cake bacon bites. They also carry his rabbit sausage and dried beef hearts. Oh! Don’t forget the doggy beer for Saturday and Sunday game days.Their spa station is fantastic! Our boy is ~90 lbs so it can be hard to find a place that makes his baths easy for us. The towels are fluffy and there are always plenty for us.Finally, we love the staff! They are helpful and kind. Plus, they are so attentive to Bubba. We appreciate them so.Check out Barking Dog! You will be glad you did. Yes, I am only a customer and not friends or family of the owners.

Very cute little shop! Dropped by last week for my Zoi boi’s birthday. He picked out some treats and he got a birthday cupcake and few treats from the lovely ladies that work there. He left very happy! He loved all his treats! Definitely recommend!

Betsy's the bestThis place is a like a second home for our baby. Friendly staff, excellent treats, & high quality food on the shelves & in the fridges. If you're unfamiliar or have questions over anything, they're super helpful and informative.Update: They also offer made to order dog cakes (birthdays and other celebrations) a variety of chews and toys- most sourced from independents other small business owners. They offer a self serve dog wash / bathing bunker for a reasonable price- high quality bathing supplies available and included (other grooming supplies also sold in store if you'd prefer something a little different or extra.)

By far my most favorite place in the state. The employees we spoke to were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, to the point of being able to reference scientific articles to back ideal foods and treatments for animals (which is exactly what we're here for). I absolutely loved it there.

I called Barking Dog Bakery and Feed about 5 minutes before they closed looking for a specific supplement for our geriatric dog who is currently ill. Betsy was so kind on the phone and after confirming that they had the item we were looking for she offered to keep the store open late so we could get there to purchase the item. After arriving at the store, she expressed genuine concern for our dog and offered some additional suggests to help our fur baby. She was so kind and thoughtful. Absolutely how you make a loyal customer. Thank you so much!

Went to get my big Rottweiler furbaby a bday cupcake for his 1st bday, walked into the store and was greeted by the most awesome baking smells ever. It just so happened that Betsy was making real human cookies and shared them with me & the spouse… they were friggin delicious!Awesome experience!- She and the other young lady working there were such beautiful spirits and so friendly! Betsy even ended up sharing her recipe with me, and we know how coveted recipes are!We also bought a couple of other natural health and wellness products for the pup.Will definitely be back!

I’m so happy I decided to visit the Barking Dog and Feed store. My poodle is 13.3 years. She was healthy and activeUntil early this year. She lost one half pound being only six pounds. She lost her hearing and developed retinal disease with no chance of correcting. I’m amazed how well she has adapted. Betsy and the staff helped me with new food selection. She’s gained the weight back and is happy and playful now. I am so very grateful I found this establishment and thank you for all you do. Susan, Smyrna GA

Kobe loves coming in to see his friends and get his favorite treats and dog food. They have the best birthday cakes for your fur baby. It’s a one stop shop, treats, dog food, ice cream, toys, and amazing customer service! If you haven’t visited, you’re missing out!

Just visited this new store an hour ago with my 3 pups, and was very impressed! Fantastic selection of high-quality treats, food, toys and more. My dogs were also sold immediately on the doggy bakery goods (made on site!) after getting a small sample. They also locally source a lot of their products which is also a bonus :)

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE PLACE! The owner is knowledgeable and so sweet and always willing to go the extra mile. My dog was diagnosed with early kidney disease and she comforted me and told me she’d help find more foods and treats that will be okay for him. She made me feel more at ease about it than the vet. I feel happy knowing my dogs are getting the best of the best.

AMAZING is all I can say about this bakery! From the staff to the products and treats it’s the bomb! My baby’s birthday is this Friday and I wanted to get him a cake for his Minion themed party. To my surprise this gem was local and had everything we needed (Thanks Google)! The staff are super upbeat and great spirited. You can feel it before you make it completely in the store. I explained what I was there for and the baker (whom I believe to be the owner) offered to do minion themed cupcakes. I wasn’t even thinking to ask that! I also took some Super Bowl treats to give my baby to see if he was interested and indeed he was. This place is literally the bomb. All the dogs tail wag coming to this place including my fur baby. Definitely give them a try!

Absolutely love Barking Dog. They have amazing homemade doggie treats, which are now a staple with my 2 chihuahuas and their buddies, and thanks to a free sample, I discovered freeze dried salmon / liver dog food, which my cat actually digs as treats. The owners are amazing and very helpful with suggestions and the store is modern and spotless. I highly suggest bringing your dog in and checking it out!

Visited this store today in search of a baked treat for our pups 11th birthday! Great selection of fresh baked treats and very reasonably priced. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a lot of advice! We were even given some cat food samples to try and get our kitty on a better eating plan! Cannot wait to go back and take our pups next time!

What a wonderful place, but more importantly, Betsy was incredible!! She greeted us outside and next thing we are walking into an awesome establishment! Fresh treats that one may be tempted to eat themselves let alone your best friend! Friendly staff, clean environment, your furry friend will love this place! This place deserves more than 5 stars... I went today with my 4 dogs to get them a little treat. The people working were so nice and helpful. And my dogs loved their treats! One of my dogs couldn’t stop putting his head into the paper bag where the treats were! I’ll definitely be back!

Healthy treats for your doggies, baked fresh in-house. They also have a good selection of raw, wet, and dry food for dogs and cats. Great service! Leashed dogs allowed in. Can't recommend enough!
