Absolutely love this place. Black owned, highly professional, and family ran.Brought my 80lb black lab to them, as he had terrible bath anxiety (choking on the bathing lead/ jumping out of the tub, howling, drooling, etc). The owner did not turn me away and bathed him (took 2-3 people to assist). She suggested a 2x monthly bathing routine that I followed. After the 3rd time, my dog had developed a relationship with her brother and his anxiety was reduced to minimal shaking + he no longer required multiple people to bathe him. I have been a loyal customer 2x monthly for the last year and have had a positive experience with everyone. Thank you so much for helping me keep my baby boy clean despite his initial challenges. I will continue to refer people to you.

I’ve been going here since last year, after finding them on Groupon. Glad to support local business and they do a fantastic job! The customer service is excellent, they’re quick to respond via text and very upfront and fair with their prices! My labradoodle tolerates groomings and they are gentle and patient with him. They’re careful with his injured leg (childhood). He always comes out looking so adorable with exactly what i request as far as his cut. Cons are they are not always timely with opening up on time or within the typical 3 hours groom. Overall, I recommend AMG and look forward to coming here for years to come.Tips: cash is usually $5 cheaper than using credit card so recommend bringing cashFYI google maps hasn’t updated yet. Location has moved! Their new location is 340 McDaniel St. ATLANTA.

Love Yasmine and her staff. My dogs Mercedes and Ginger have been clients since the business was on the Westside. Fair prices and conveniently located. I trust Yasmine with grooming my senior, blind dog. She takes extra care when grooming her and is always mindful of her special needs. I would recommend AMG to family and friends.

Best groomers in town. Very professional staff. I took my dog to them and he came home like a new pup.. They even offered drop off service. My dog is very timid and he warmed up to Yasmine right away.. This is my new location for my pup

Took my 9yr pup here today and yasmine made him look like a puppy again!!! I told her how I wanted his hair cut and sent her a pic and she did EXACTLY what I requested. She was flexible with scheduling and pick up and as a holiday bonus threw in a conditioning treatment. Will absolutely be back. She mentioned that she just moved to the building, so do double check that you have the updated address. Thank you yasmine!!!

My new favorite groomers. I can tell these ladies really love animals. They have been so gentle and kind with my furbaby, Sebastian. He is consistently returned to me with a top-notch cut. I highly recommend AMG!

My puppies before and after photos are attached. I was referred to AMG by a lady at the vet who's dog wasn't really hairy. I dropped my 5 month old Morkie off with I think the owner was Keisha on Thurs, Feb. 28. She explained in details which service was offered to Bentley. I agreed on the bath, teeth being brushed, nails filed if needed , and we BOTH agreed only an inch of his hair. Keisha stated she rather start with an inch and if I want more cut when I get there, " it will be easier to take more off than to remove too much and can't put it back". We both agreed. I touched basis about 30 min. later because I thought I missed a call from Keisha but she said she didn't call and all was well. I picked Bentley up from the shop after leaving work. He was completely bald. She had shaven all his hair off and never called me. His initial colors were black, white and tan. After this jacked up visit you could only see tan and a little white ( see pictures). When I asked why she shaved all his hair, she stated his hair was matted around the collar so she had to cut it. I informed her Bentley is brushed daily by me and we have never experienced any matted hair. She still couldn't explain why she didn't contact me. I think she is either inexperienced with puppies with lots of hair or she made a mistake and had to cut all the hair to cover it. My entire family, neighbors, and friends were very disappointed in the service received. I reached out and sent a text and never got a response or call from the owner. Bentley was not himself after leaving this shop.He looks nothing like himself. He looks like an abandoned puppy who has not been fed. I tried to support my own but never will I return or refer anyone here. Maybe she specializes in colors and puppies that are not very hairy. Very disappointed and don't worry about following up now. Now I see why u asked for cash.....no paper trail. See old puppy with black hair and new puppy with white under photos if not erased.

I have a dog poodle, Marley who was a hot freakin mess! I had no desire to deal with him any longer after my baby girl passed away this year at 34 weeks. He was extremely filthy, matted, & eventually had gotten fleas. Yasmeen changed that for me! I took him to get groomed for the first time yesterday and I swear I should have taken a before picture because the way she got Marley looking now I am in LOVE with him!! Thank you so much Yas! I truly appreciate you and you for now on have a loyal customer. 💕

I have been trying to find my mini Schnauzer a groomer in ATL forever. Very nice people! My dog was in and out in two or so hours. She seemed happy and they did an awesome job. Short cut with a trimmed face. I have finally found my ATL groomer! 10/10 recommend.

The best grooming experience ever!!! My pup is veryyyyyy spoiled and always gets a bad report from the groomers, such as "difficult to groom" or pamphlets on dog training included with hand written notes on the receipt. Yasmine was very patient and had fun with him. She truly enjoys her job. She laughed and played with him when he got snippy, but most importantly she never made me feel bad about the behavior of a very active toy sized pup 😩. Atlanta Meet the Groomers has a customer for life !!! Oh, and to top it all off...they're super affordable. If your pup is in need of grooming AMG is the only place to go!! I promise your pup will thank you with lots of puppy kisses and they'll look amazing too 🐩.

Literally KILLED my dog. Do NOT go here. They kept my dog forever with not calling me and letting me know something had gone wrong. I ran my dog to the vet immediately after picking my dog up because I knew something wasn't right. The vet said it seemed like my dog had been choked. I can not stress enough about keeping your pet away from this place. I'm still in shock.
