Been here on five separate occasions and bought shoes on three of them - the service level regardless has been nothing short of amazing.I even ordered a shoe that looked nice but they didn’t have the size on and they helped me ship it to my house. When they arrived, unfortunately they did not feel comfortable and when I went back to return it, I was in and out of the store in less than a minute. Talk about customer centric!Made it such a pleasant experience, I came back the same day and bought another pair of shoes that fit much better and I really liked.The fact that they focus on carbon neutrality just makes it that much better!Absolutely would recommend this place and Allbirds shoes to everyone.

Great service, no problem getting any size we needed. Salesperson was nice and stress free. After my son walked around in a 10.5 for several minutes he asked for a smaller size to try and the salesperson was enthusiastic. We never felt pressure to rush our decision. The salesperson would also go help other customers so he didn’t hover over us which we liked. I would go back to that location. Professional nice people.

I absolutely love these shoes. However, there's a serious durability issue, because toenails puncture the material all too easily, even with frequent clipping. I've read that many, many people have this issue and I am surprised that the company has not reinforced the shoes (at least they haven't announced the improvement). Would love to keep buying Allbirds, but I am very reluctant, as they get punctured within a few months.

Great attentive service even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Quickly received the shoes requested and answered all my questions. Ended up buying 3 pairs. Lol. Shopping here is what a shoe buying experience should be. :)

Went here on a Saturday afternoon. The store was busy, but the staff was super helpful in finding the right size for my shoes, and answering questions. I got the mizzles. They're super snug and keep my toes warm in the cold weather.The store offers a free pair of shoelaces for every shoe purchased, and in addition, allows customers to take a few shoelaces for free.

Website and front door says that they open at 11:00 AM on a Sunday. They still were not open at 11:45 although there was someone in the back room. I saw at least 5 people try to enter and we were all disappointed at the lack of ability to shop. One woman even called the number and no one answered. If there was a valid reason such at technical difficulties or such, it is easy enough to put a note on the door.

Got my first pair of Allbirds about one month ago. I love them! I recently purchased two more pairs and needed to return one of them. This past Saturday (11/12/2022), I drove down to the PCM location from Marietta (approximately 45 minutes away that day) and arrived to the door of Allbirds at approximately 6:10 PM with the box of shoes in hand. There was a sign on the door saying the store would be closed at 6:00 PM for a private event.....How VERY frustrating. I did not see online anywhere that there would be altered hours on a random Saturday. I guess the moral of the story is call before you drive 45 minutes to return something?

A truly nightmarish experience, completely lacking sympathy or empathy.I ordered shoes, and meant to select expedited delivery. Whether it was the fault of the website or myself, I care not. Sure, this part was very possibly/likely my fault.I called, texted and emailed within 12 hrs of the purchase (the website states orders take 2-4 days to process and 5-7 days to ship).They advised me that, even though I will be out of town, they cannot cancel or expedite the order. I advised them I will not be here, which is my reason for requesting cancellation/expedition.They simply keep copying pasting the response of "returns are so easy!". I keep asking them what I am supposed to do if I return from my trip and the shoes are gone (stolen).They have no solution, and have essentially told me- tough luck buddy.

Binson was a great sales person and provided fabulous service. Was very knowledgeable about the products, provided great recommendations during my visit. He also believes in the product that he also buys and wears the shoes which enabled Him to provide an even better feedback 😏 I have bought 2 pairs 😉

I was pleasantly surprised there’s even an Allbirds store in Atlanta. I loved the clean and simplistic layout of the store, which made trying out different shoes easier and fun. The associates were very knowledgeable, welcoming and not pushy, which made my decision-making easier. I loved the pairs we got: they’re comfortable, soft, and feel like I’m walking on clouds. I have always been a big fan and I’m glad there’s a physical location to go and try shoes out in person

They said they "only cary a limited selection" and usually don't have all the styles shown online. Feels like a missed opportunity to show more styles in person at the retail location. Anyways, I wasted a trip to this store in the heat, but that's on me I guess for not calling first to check what shoes they carry in store.

Cool shoes, workers sit down with you and measure as well as take in input. You get free laces and the shoes are lightweight and good for all occasions

Great staff that are really helpful. They have struck a great balance of helping out and also stepping back to give you a chance to test the shoes. It was a great experience to go in multiple times to test the sites before making my decision.
