They really need to monitor their systems better. Twice now, where I’ve only used my debit at Walmart for the last 3 months, my debit card has been skimmed and my card information gets stolen. They need to train staff to better identify when a card skimming device has been attached to their machines so this stops happening.

The lady in charge of money services refused to do a money wire. It was coming to me from my girlfriend. I had done this at least 6 to 8 times before that. Never had a problem before. I had a legal and valid driver's license. I literally hiked for two hours to go and receive the money wire. I'm homeless. That money was for food which I had none of. And propane for heat. Which I was out of. I explained to her the situation. And she still refused to help me. Play the sleep in the cold with no food in my stomach that night. 41 years of coming to WALMART and I can assure you I will never step foot in another one due to this heartless employee. worst experience and last time i’m going to this location. there’s been several occasions that i’ve had to deal with the employees here accusing me of shoplifting when i never have. but this time i had enough. i lost it when this racist lady started arguing with my mother who didn’t speak to english. and this same employee also proceeded not to just accuse me of shoplifting, but also cuss me out and tell me to get out of the store, when it was proven to her that i clearly wasn’t shoplifting. so disappointing. -10/10 racist.

The only thing I don’t like about this store is that nobody seems to know anything and some staff are clearly too young and immature to work there. I’ve never seen people more irritated by simply doing their jobs.

I had a horrible experience with the manager name Antonius that works here. in the deli department a lady named Lynn and I found a piece of hair on my husband's birthday cupcakes /birthday cake I gave it to Antonius and he walked away with an attitude and didn't return when I came back because I forgot some items I purchased I told this to Janet and Antonius indirectly accused me of trying to get a free cake saying "it's hard to put it back on the card you should have said something before you purchased it" witch I did he just wasn't smart enough or doing his job he was disrespectfully rude and should not be a manager he has no common sense to comprehend I'm buying a cake and giving him a knife with frosting and hair on it ruined a day I will never get back this is the 2nd cake order that was given a week in advance that was messed up I don't recommend getting your special occasion bakery items here. Sincerely

I have attempted to return several items that I purchased online. I began the return from the Walmart app and it instructed me to take the items I wanted refunded to the store and they would issue a refund. I've tried 4 times to return merchandise but there's always something wrong with the printer or the computer is down and they say I will have to try again later. I leave and come back days later, the problem still isn't resolved and it is a cycle. Same thing over and over again and I can't get my refund and the expiration date for returning this is almost up. I need help please. Can someone come and pick these items up so I can get reimbursed before the expiration date?

This is a very large Super Center. Had to ask for assistance twice, each time the employees frendley and professional. Checking out was quick and no line at 7 pm.

Mi gente. I don't recommend this place if you try to print pictures for your passport. When I told the guy, if he can cut it 2×2 the man he just told let me see what I can do. He took the pictures and cut it half. I told him I need for one passport after that he was very rude and say that all I can do. You all can see what pictures. He refused cut it 2×2 man was very disappointed it was my store but now I have think twice.

I would have done a 4 star but after shoping,I went to the eye center. The lady that was working at around 6 o'clock 8/21/2023 greeted me and my granddaughter. My granddaughter needed her glasses adjusted. Also she needed a eye exam. The phone ringed and I guess she told them to hold on and she tells me to call back to make appointment and that she had someone on hold. Now why couldn't I make a appointment then?? And also I always was told to let the customer on the phone know you have a customer and to take care of the. Customer present. I am so tired of ignorance. Bad Customer Service will run me off and others. I think any business that deals with paying people need a class on Customer Service. Who likes giving there money away and you are not appreciated! This was the Lexington rd. Walmart.

Unless you're looking for a dozen chocolate covered donuts, you will probably find what you're looking for here! If you can get by with only 1/2 dozen chocolate covered donuts, you're in luck because they always have those! Plenty of self-checkout registers as well as some full service checkout registers. They are usually well stocked with clean isles and on the rare occasion you might need assistance, it is easily found.
