I always had my prescriptions directed to the Walgreens on Lexington Rd., and the staff there was fantastic. Unfortunately, they're closing, so I had to switch to this new location.With my insurance providing a $0 copay, I've never encountered any issues before. However, the new pharmacist at this location insisted on charging me an exorbitant amount for a copay, even after confirming with my insurance that I shouldn't have to pay. Their demeanor was extremely rude, and they dismissed me, claiming they were "wasting their time."As a result, I promptly switched to CVS that same day. Not only were my prescriptions ready that same afternoon, but I also paid $0 copay as expected.I had never been to this Walgreens before, but after this experience, I have no intention of returning to that location.

Dr called 4 prescriptions in. 2 were filled, I was waiting for the other 2 to be filled for 3 days. Called and was told that the 2 remaining prescriptions were canceled by the pharmacy, because "they're available otc and the insurance doesn't pay for them". So, if my Dr thinks I need the prescription strength, who is this pharmacist to cancel the order? I'm beyond livid 😡. Unprofessional, incompetent and not fit for their position.

I came to buy sympathy cards for a friend who was dying. The woman at the checkout counter was horribly rude. There are many other places to buy sympathy cards. This will never, ever be one again for me.

I went into the nearest Walgreens to get some cat litter and first thing I noticed was only one young man checking out all the guests in a line that was decently long for a store like Walgreens. The man was very polite and patient with everyone’s needs and made sure to make small talk to every customer despite being what looked like the only person there. Walgreens staff, whoever was working the night of September 29th 2022 deserves a raise or to be recognized for his good work ethic.

I greeted the staff. I sat down to get my vaccine. The woman swabbed my arm as I was trying to get into position. I pulled away Before she went to give me the shot as with my needle phobia I needed to sit on my hands and look away and was greeted with an exasperated 'jesus Christ' as the woman shook her head in disapproval and looked at the ceiling. I already stated I have a needle phobia. The reaction was unnecessary and rude. It is not hard to be kind to someone. I even apologized and thanked her. I'll never go there again as this is the second instance of rudeness when I was nothing but polite.

I like coming to this Walgreens. The pharmacists are extremely helpful and the cashiers are always friendly with their greetings and goodbyes when I enter and leave. The store is clean and large, and I've gotten a few good sales on shoes and masks and it's in a good location.

Wasn’t sold NyQuil by a cashier who looked no older than 16. My I’d is lost and in the mail, only had paper copy. None the less I’m 27 years old and needing it. When I went to the pharmacy to try to get some help back there I was ignored by two employees and the other had a rude remark when I attempted to get one of the employees attention who was sitting on her personal phone. The dollar store down the street sold me everything I needed at a cheaper price no questions asked with excellent customer service. Going to 5 star them now!

The only reason I sent my prescription here is bc everywhere I looked it said they were open until midnight. Nowhere does it say the pharmacy has different hours. Hope you don't need anything before 9am or after 9pm. What is the point of the extra hours... rite aid is a pharmacy, why bother stopping there for anything else?

Associate followed me around like I was stealing. Then someone pages security to aisle I was shopping. Totally unaccceptable behavior. The associates here need to revisit security training. This store is a joke, never shop here!

If you are going to close early don't list your hours.. I drove 30 miles made it 4 min before midnight and they were already closed...😔

Prices are a little high, but if you get a Plenty card you can get some good deals. There's also a 50-75% off area with gadgets & thing-a-ma-bobs!

The lady at the cash register is always nice. However, part-time jobs for high school or college girls are really not good.
