Kenzie was very nice and efficient helping me exchange a couple of moldy bags of layer crumbles. We have never had trouble with the feed before so I know it's not a regular occurrence. Just appreciated the patience of the team member and helping me get fresh bags of food for our birds.

Originally went to Tractor Supply to have them refill my 20lb propane tank, but also walked out with several 1gal size buckets of flowering mums because the mums, which would normally cost around $7 to $8 each, were priced at only $1 each! Wow! I was really glad I had decided to go there because, even though I didn't realize this until seeing the $1 buckets of mums, I really needed them to complete a project at my mother's house!

Love having TSC and location is so convenient. Employees are mostly all friendly and helpful (Cheyenne, Teresa, Josh). Only reason not a five star is that I cannot consistently get the same kind of 4-Health dog and cat food every time I need it. I like to get the urinary cat food and small bites dog kibble. Seems to be out most of the time and I don’t like to keep changing the type.Also, if you need to bring something back, it’s a major ordeal

Recently bought an ATV. Can't say enough great things about Teresa A. My husband had a stroke in April leaving him with word finding difficulties and Teresa was patient, kind and very helpful! She also kept me informed of details. Great company with wonderful helpful employees. A++++

This is a terrific store. They always have what we need as well as affordable pricing. My wife and I both can spend an hour here without standing in line. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. All of the employees we've come into contact with genuinely seem interested in assisting my wife or myself with locating product or product prices. Kudos to Tractor Supply for payroll and proper associate training.

I paid $20 to have something delivered with Same Day Delivery and the driver drove, parked, and stayed in my grass. We have a 50+ft driveway. I paid $20 for someone to ruin my lawn. The package arrived, and it's intact, which is why 2 stars. DO NOT pay for same-day delivery.

A Farm and Ranch store needs to open up earlier than 8:00. Most farmers and ranchers are up at 6:00 every morning or even earlier. Get the show on the road.

I drove 15 miles for curbside pickup only to find "they made mistake" and had cancelled my order. I had to reorder. It's been 27 minutes and I'm still on parking lot with my 93 lb dog!I can't take dog into store because I didn't bring leash. It was supposed to be curbside pickup!!!!!And not one person has apologized

I was looking for an item in my local that the online site indicated they had in stock. Unable to locate it I requested help at their service desk. They indicated I was looking in the correct spot and if I didn't find it they were probably out and no further assistance was offered. I mentioned that the online site indicated they had it in stock and asked if they could check their inventory. I was told they couldn't and they suggested I order online.Once home, I checked it online site and found that the item I wanted (an insecticide) could not be ordered online. I called their 800 number to see if I could order over the phone. They couldn't do that but told me my local store shower 12 in inventory and that they must have some as their records couldn't be that far off.Back to the store I requested to speak to the manager. After telling him my experience there he checked the shelves and also could not locate any. Again no explanation or further help offered. When asked how to resolve this, he said the 12 shown in inventory were there because they were on route via truck and would be there in a day or two.I have been a shareholder in this company in the recent past but if this experience is any indication of their competence, customer service and inventory control, never again.

This store reeks of incompetence. Does the manager go out of his way to hire people that don't care about anything? We have encountered so many problems and disrespectful and unhelpful employees over the past few months of shopping there. One employee put in our gate card number incorrectly, so who knows what issues we'll encounter later on down the line with that after... They tell us items are in stock when they have ZERO idea what they're talking about. They give us merchandise that has been previously returned or is faulty, so we're missing parts. Their system is never correct so we have to tell them about the sale going on in the store so that we can get the sale price... The list goes on and on. Some of the employees there are very nice and are actually helpful, but there is a good handful that act ANNOYED that they are asked to do their job. The manager has been very helpful to us, but he needs to take a hard look at some of his employees and work on training, because it seems a lot of problems could be avoided if the employees knew how to do their jobs or just gave a crap.

Very friendly and the prices are great. I needed some Jean's size 40×36 and they had them. When I went to Wal-Mart they said 5hey didn't make them in that size. What do people think when tall men get fat we need jeans to fit us -tractor supply has them.

Love the store brand. Seemed to be very little in the way of staff. Also just this week a tractor supply in another state was given good media for providing loaner leashs for customers who forgot to bring one, point was not to kill your dog in the car while you shop being it summer time now. This one did not.

I typically have a great experience here, but today, when I was picking up a curbside pickup order, the employee who brought out my purchase was not wearing a mask, then put their face all the way up to my car window, about a foot from my face, to ask me to sign a pickup form. This is shockingly irresponsible given the pandemic. The company website says "Per CDC best practices, we are requiring all Team Members to wear masks," but that is not what happened today. I really like the store, and it saddens me that I cannot use or recommend their curbside pickup right now. For the sake of our community, I hope this issue can be corrected quickly.

Manager is the best and his team is great. They always welcome myself and side kick Dwarf Bunnies. Mandy's Baby Bunnies they allow my bunnies to visit any and all times. They know their products and goods. Very informative.

I tried to order ship to store items and I was charged a hefty delivery fee even though I was picking items up. When I tried to cancel the order online there is no way to do it. Store can't help. Took three days and many calls to get through to customer solutions. A total of 3 hours on hold . Needless to say I will not ever order from tractor supply again. They have limited availability half the time on my regular supplies and it usually costs more. I'm seeking a new supplier to my farm. Too many problems there and lifes just too shorr to deal with it.

I always find something to buy at Tractor Supply because they have good sales, products, and prices. The only issue today about my trip there was that I thought they had plastic wrapped bundles of pine straw. Turns out they didn't have pine straw at all. I would still recommend shopping here for any pet, tool related, garden, and other unique products.

For many months I've been buying Treeline corn in 40 lbpsgs for deer I feedat a cost of $8.99plus tax. I went this morning to buy more corn and couldnotfindegat Ihad been buying.Instead what I did find were 40 lb bags of deer corn for $ 11.29 plus tax. When I asked about the Treeline I had been buying I was told " we can't get it anymore ". Inflation had affected the price of many goods but to raise the price of corn by $ 2.30 ( 25% ) is exorbitant. I no longer will trade withthis company.

The cashier/stocker I had was great. Soo helpful. I was there getting shots for my dog s. They were knowledgeable and friendly and non jugdemental. Can't wait to go back. Wish the store we're bigger.

The staff members at my Athens TSC are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Many of my pets require certain foods and treats (per the vet) and I always find what I need. Additionally, I find all the goodies for our wildlife and bird friends too.

Good luck trying to get anyone to fill ya propane tanks. set there for 30 mins went inside 3 times they called the dude 3 times he never came outside seen him standing around chatting after the 3rd time going inside. Then waited for a few more minutes called the store from the parking lot for them to tell me that they only have one person who can fill the tanks and he's unloading the feed truck! So 30 mins before that he couldn’t do it and now they are saying I would have to wait another 45 mins for him to finish smh I watched 2 other people wanting to get tanks filled and they all left without service!! Something that should have took a few mins turned into a big waste of time! Horrible service

Put a covered bench swing on layaway for a week. Went to pick it up and the cashier didn't know how to process a pick-up. Finally got it paid off and drove to the side yard to pick it up and they came out to tell us there were none in stock but we could have the display that had been sitting outside. We declined and asked when they would be getting one in. They said they didn't know. My husband asked if they could call the Commerce store to check if they had one. They said they had one and would hold it for us. Not happy to have to make that drive.
