I recently got a puppy yorkshire terrier and she is absolutely adorable 😍. She was 25 weeks and she was matted when I got her. Alex took her time with Lady Princess and had her shaved down and smelling good! Alex was wonderful and helped me as I never been to the grooming department before. She gave me tips and maintenance information that was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond her duties and we greatly appreciate it!!

I had a great experience at this grooming place with my big fluff. The staff, especially Bethany and the manager, were fantastic. They discovered that my fluff's double coat was severely impacted, which I hadn't realized before. Instead of opting for the easy way out by shaving her, they spent five hours fixing her coat. I'm impressed by their skill, commitment, and professionalism. I highly recommend this place and their wonderful service.

Brought our rescue Ms. Prissy here for a grooming. Jessica and Miranda did such a great job with her. The entire Grooming and Stylist staff here are amazing. Can’t wait to bring her in again.

I absolutely love this pet smart and the dog trainer Sarah. She has changed my dogs behavior tremendously and i couldn’t thank her enough! I hated taking my dog places she would go crazy even on daily walks. She would see a person and just start going crazy out of excitement, now I can walk her in stores and she doesn’t even pay anyone attention unless I let her. Even doing basic training it has made her gain a lot of structure and I’ve never been more proud of my puppy! Now I can take her anywhere and I get complements on how well behaved she’s being by random people around us. There’s was more issues I had with her being a rebellious teenager before training but not anymore! I recently rescued a dog who could use some training as well and i will definitely be bringing her here. Sarah was truly a blessing and Lulu loved going to training. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER for training !!!!

I placed a pick-up order for a cricket keep. My husband was on the way when I put the order in, and they very quickly picked and packed the order. He didn't think to check the item before he left and when I opened the bag it was cracked. It's not just a small crack it's a big one and hard to miss. It's meant to hold small crickets...they're going to escape. I would have rather had it been canceled because now I have to waste my time going to return it and get another one. That product shouldn't have even been on the sales floor

I seriously love taking my toy poodle to get groomed here. It was time for my baby to get groomed, it had been a while since the last one. They were booked all week all the way up to next Monday. I decided to check every day, just to see if there was availability that popped up. On Friday morning to my surprise there was a spot available for 5pm that day. The appointment was with Bethany, I think this was our first time with Bethany but I have to say it was the best experience. She’s so kind, she’s so good with my sweet girl, (although she loves everyone that gives her attention), and I can tell she put time and effort into making her look so pretty. Just to top it off she put these cute little white bows on her ears. Very pleased and will always come back. Hope to request Bethany again for future appointments. ☺️

Chloe is absolutely amazing she made the process easy and my fur baby looks amazing ! Thank you again Chloe from Oreo and I 💙I want to do an update I had been going to bark spa in Athens and they were terrible didn’t clean my Oreo ears and honestly were not the friendliest or cared to ask me how to deal with Oreo! Kat did so amazing with him and listened to me and made my Oreo look so handsome and corrected the problem bark spa did ! He will be coming here from now on 💙

I love going here!! Even though some items are more pricey here than a place like Walmart, I love how all the food I buy donates food to a pet in need. The staff is always extremely nice and helpful. I also like looking at all the cute cats and hamsters and gerbils.

This store stocks supplies for a diversity of pets including cats, dogs, small mammals (hamsters, gerbils, ferrets, etc.) fish, and reptiles. Shoppers can enroll in rewards program, and I appreciated the check out person asking if I wanted to apply our earned $5 reward to today’s purchase.

I will start by saying that overall the staff was very courteous. They have a serious problem with their fish tanks though and they don’t seem to be doing anything about it. I see no reason for so many dead fish to be in the tanks for any period of time. So disgusted by this.

It provides an open atmosphere with knowledgeable employs that are very helpful. It is hard to find a petstore that handles a wide varitey of pets. I was searching for tropical fish and found what I wanted and learned a lot from the staff.

I fell in love with these two little golden algae eater fish. I came back a different day to get them, and saw that the tank had a new dead angel fish inside and the other fish were eating it. I was grossed out but still wanted to get the two fish out of the store and into my home tank. I asked an employee to get the fish and he was careless. Literally threw the plastic rock house in the tank multiple times having it land on other fish, grabbing the fish with rocks in the net, and the whole thing just looked horrifying. But I bit my tongue and went to checkout (side note, the lady at check out was very nice). I made it home, let the water temperature even out to the tank temperature, and put them in my tank (that already has 3 other living fish). Within 3 HOURS they were dead. I’m crushed, I wasted money, and now I’m scared I gave something to my other fish. I don’t know if they were diseased from eating the dead one, got too stressed from being hit with the rock house at the store, or what but I am NEVER buying fish from this store again. Please clean y’alls tanks, handle the fish properly, and get the dead fish out it’s nasty and sad.

Megan and another young lady helped me at check out was super helpful very nice and respectful. Ashley was also helpful picking out toys. Glenn I'm guessing is a manager cause he helped me save money learn about classes and helped the ladies in the front with the point of sales pin pad as it wasn't working correctly. Will definitely be back!
