Nice pet store. I came in for dog supplies, but I couldn’t leave without visiting the 5 precious adoptable kitties (all rescues). They also had some other small pets like a bunny, Guinea pig, hamster, bearded dragons, frogs, fish.

Never. Never. Ever. Get your dog groomed here. My Giant Schnauzer has never looked worse in his 9 years. Pleasant people. Decent price. Will not be back. My wife spent a solid hour fixing his face, feet, tail stub and all the jacked up fur that was uneven.

Management welcomed me and my dog with open arms! I came after work and needed to grab pet food, but didn't want to leave my 6 year old guy in the car. I got 80Lbs of food in my cart and the manager was so welcoming and even brought my cart out for me and loaded into my car. I am surprised by this act of kindness! It would never be expected, but it is more than appreciated especially when I've got a dog in tow lol! Thank you to the manager for this act and I know it probably wasn't your first time helping out, but I hope that you are always appreciated for your acts of kindness!

A little high but very friendly and you can still get all of your pet meats. Don't have all the food brands. But have a good variety of healthy choices goat milk didn't like that it was frozen

They do stock some great staples here and the animals for sale seem very healthy and well cared for. Some of the employees are very knowledgeable and some seem so but in fact are not. Take advice from them at your own risk. All employees are very courteous and the store is always clean.

I went in last week with my pup to try to find a harness that would fit him. The young man working that day took the time to help me try on a couple of different harnesses until we found one that fit. He was very patient with my unruly pup and took the extra moments to make sure that he was comfortable with him. My pup is normally fearful and anxious around guys, but this young man made him feel relaxed. I appreciate his help so much. Every time I go in to Petsense, the associates are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and tidy and well organized.

LOVE this store! They have great quality products & reasonable prices. Best prices in town for sure. Petsense puts an emphasis on customer appreciation; just last week they did free pet portraits with a professional photographer. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this store!

This is a good store but their prices are a little high compared to other pet supply stores. They also need better grooming hours. They have a sign that says walk ins welcome but you are taking a risk going without calling cause you have a 50-50 shot of whether a groomer is there.

Maureen treats our pup so awesome and he always comes out looking great. He is nervous to leave my side wherever we go, but I feel very comfortable leaving him with her and he relaxes with her. The store section has good selection of pet food, healthy treats, and leashes. We are very thankful for the non-rawhide chew selection.

The store has a good selection of products, but overall, the prices are on the high side. However, they do have different promotions such as one we are part of to where you buy 10 bags of dog food, and you get the 11th free! ( It's either 10+1 or 11+1, don't quote me). Other than the noticeably high prices, overall good store with usually very friendly staff!

The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they can be a little pricey, which isn't unusual for the smaller pet stores so you should figure that before you walk in. With that being said, the store is incredibly clean and organized. The staff is awesome and super friendly. They are great with my kids, especially my 8 year old daughter who always wants to see the crickets when we visit... and to talk their ears off. I'm torn about them not having any animals in stock right more because of COVID-19. Part of me really misses the animals while the other part is grateful that the temptation isn't there. A couple days ago I almost left with a Teddy Bear Hamster because the kids and I fell in love with the cute fur ball.

I just went in to drop off my daughter in law's dogs for grooming. The store is easy to find and appeared clean. The grooming salon is right next to the front door and the staff was friendly and promptly got the dogs paperwork completed.

Great customer service, good selection of "high-end" dog food. (They have supplies for other pets, but we only shop for dogs.) They have a reward program where your 11th bag is free. They are more expensive than some other places, but with the reward program I think it comes out about even.

Maureen did a wonderful job grooming both Rory and Finn. It was worth every penny being around $120 for 2 dogs. I’ve actually never had someone be so attentive to detail and ask me so many questions prior to grooming my animals down to what type of shampoo scent preferred.

Great place, and the staff we encountered were super pleasant. It is small, with limited stock. We showed up just before closing for an emergency dog shampoo need and the ladies here were great!
