I usually prefer Home Depot for their customer service, but I had a great experience at Lowe's today. I saw a Weber Grill at the Epps Bridge location that was on sale. I wanted to buy it but they only had a floor model. I was worried about disassembly and getting it in my sedan. The associate called the Lexington Ave location and found they had it, in stock, at the same price, in a box. He asked them to have it at customer service by the time I got there.I purchased it at the Eastside location but it was obvious it would not fit in sedan. There associate there was nice enough to help me unpack it and load it into my car, in the RAIN.Thanks, to both Lowe's locations for the great customer service

Went to buy potting soil and flowers for a school project. They didn't have too many options on flowers. Maybe it's still a little early. I love to walk around in Lowe's. Always find new things that give me ideas for the yard.

I find what I need faster here than other places. Always well organized, well stocked, and clean. The staff doesn't always know exactly what I'm needing but they are willing to try to help. I probably buy more impulse buys here than anywhere, but they always end up being helpful.

Most Lowes stores are great but this location needs to hire more workers. It was hard finding any employees to help me with questions and to get something down from the higher shelves. I looked at items in serveral departments and there was nobody there to help. Plumbing, windows and the appliance departments. No help.Update. Within 3 days of leaving the original review, someone from Lowe's management responded courteously as well as professionally. They thanked me and said that my review would be shown to other employees in an effort to correct the problem. I originally gave this store a two-star review, but they convinced me that they are working on the situation. Because I feel they were sincere in their response, I am raising my review from two star, to a three-star. I have to go back to this location several times over the next 2 weeks. I hope that I can change the review to an even higher rating at that time.

Ordered 30 1x4x8 boards. The Lowes website says 299 are available. Also ordered 1/4x4x8 plywood, with 46 being available.Lowes subsequently canceled the 1x4x8 as not being in stock even though indicating 299 in stock when ordered.Wanted the manager to double-check since that seemed odd to me, but he/she never picked up the phone. Just canceled the entire order. Frustrated.

We just bought a Fridge and had it delivered to our house. The store apparently only keeps a few quantity in store so of course they didn’t have ours, so they said it would be delivered today (2 day delivery) it was an easy process and I love my new fridge. The people that delivered our fridge Brandon and Brittany were so helpful and nice. I was scared about the delivery service but they made it worth it!

I was in the garden section today looking for bushes to plant and they did not have what I was looking for. I asked Gail one of Lowe’s Associate when they would be available in stock or do we need to order them?She looked and scrolled through her list of plants and found what I was looking for. They were not in stock and I asked her when they might be available and she looked at me and said how the beep do I know?I was shocked at her tone. All I did was ask a question no need to be rude.What is up with Gail in the garden section at Lowe’s and why does she have an attitude?If one does not know simply say don’t know. Please don’t get an attitude.

Spent $800 on a washer on black friday (did not even get a black friday deal). Lowes delivered 2 days later. Product was completely faulty. Spent the next week having to call them every single day to come pick up the useless product. They promised me every single day of that week that they would call me within 24 hours. And every single day that was a lie. i FINALLY got them to come pick up the $800 dud yesterday, with the promise that they would deliver a new washer by tomorrow. This was also a lie. They say they will put me on the delivery schedule for Thursday, but i wont hold my breath. Apparently the company changed policies and they don't do "Exchanges". EVEN if it is their fault that you need to return something to them. So you have to schedule THREE different dates to be home for a FOUR HOUR window for them to deliver, then pick up, then re-deliver. They only care about the bottom line. They do not care about the customer. And you are better off purchasing appliances from home depot.

They have some bums working here. It’s the second time that I make a purchase and they sit there and watch me load the stuff by myself instead of helping. The first time a customer pulled over to helped me load bags of concrete. Today they just sat there and watched me load blocks. Sorry bums

Terrible customer service. I had a brand new kitchen aid dishwasher delivered and installed today. The top buttons don’t work. Even the installer pointed it out and said to call Lowe’s. It’s literally one hour old. Should be under warranty. Their policy seems to be to make you purchase the same appliance again, and once the damaged one has been returned to them, they will credit you back! When did this garbage start?? I’ve been a very loyal customer for over 20 years and have spent a ton with them. I’ve had appliances that needed to be swapped out before and they just did it!! But this is insanity. They’ve lost me as a customer. And they don’t even care. Go to Home Depot,’or if you can find a locally owned place, go there. Avoid these people!!

Young men were very helpful with getting some lumber loaded on my truck. They had to figure out how to open the back window because I couldn't remember how since I have never used it. Also a paint department man was very helpful with getting me the glue I need to fix a door frame hinge and made sure I knew how to do it. Almost like it's a perfect world...

Lowe's has all about you need for the house building and all the necessary materials to do it very well. Also have a great varied products and staff for home I recommend specially for decoration on the kitchen walls really are very cute and have an elegant design. I recommend Lowe's!

The staff here is always so sweet and helpful. I believe the name was Erin who was working the carts, despite it being so hot outside, had the biggest smile in his face, immediately came to grab my buggy to have them stacked so nicely on the garden side + went right back to help some lovely older ladies unload their carts. Huge shout out to him!!

I LOVE this Lowe’s location! I’ve trusted them with everything, from appliances to paint and flooring, at home and in our office. I am always blown away by the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff and how promptly everything is delivered/ready-for-pickup. After purchasing a new kitchen sink that was scratched on unpacking, I returned the sink to Lowe’s. Stephanie was the associate that helped me get two boxes down from the top storage area to inspect them. She was kind and patient and even discounted the purchase because of all of the trouble. I shop here quite frequently for both my main job, my side job, and home repairs. The store does its best to keep up with people not putting stuff back on the shelf properly, but it's hard to keep up with that so I don't get mad at the staff when I have to sort through stuff to find what I need. The last few times I was searching through the fittings or other areas that have a lot of small parts like the screws and bolts I had a few different workers ask if I needed help. I highly recommend it

Huge, Huge fan of Lowes on Lexington Road, Athens, Ga. I can buy my too!!ls and supplies for my projects anywhere; however, I choose this Lowes! Why because of their unbeilable staff, Last night I was shopping late and had a ton of things to pick up before they closed. I'm sure everyone was tired but you couldn't tell. Everyone was so willing to help. First Daniel helped us find all the plumbing pipe fittings etc. He was so kind and helpful. Then on to Nuts and bolts. Schmitty was a gem. What a cool and funny guy. I ask for it and he found it, just like that. Somethings you just need that extra TLC when you've worked all day, tired and just don't feel like hunting around. Then we ran into Rhonnie. We love Rhonnie !! Hes always happy, helpful and just a joy to see. Doesn't feel like we visited Lowes without seeing Rhonnie, we always hope we see him just to say hi. He's that cool!!! We found everything even down to checking out. Juliette was so sweet and kind entering in numbers and scanning for us. Thanks again the dream team of Lexington Lowes.
