I've been shopping at this Kroger store for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed by how efficiently it operates compared to other stores in Braselton, Flowery Branch, and even Oakwood! I love the sushi. Had to go and get some. Got a great deal on a shrimp plate. It was marked down. I got about a dozen cooked shrimp and seafood sauce., for $2.29. they were delicious. I shared some with my daughter. She really enjoyed them. I just really enjoy just walking around, looking at all the things they have there. I am always amazed at the selection of different products they have there. A very nice place to shop.

As soon as you walk in, you will see the Georgia bulldog mascot right there and it is HUGE. The marketplace itself is very large and has everything you could think of. From food to patio furniture this store has it! The employees are very welcoming and will help you out if you get overwhelmed but once you get used to the store it will be a breeze.

Visited this location on March 1st to purchase lunch for my family. I was blessed to encounter Amanda in the Deli. She was patient and professional it makes a difference to serve with excellence and She did. This type of service extended to my check out with Vicki. Thank you Ladies and Kroger's. Well done.

We love Kroger, my son begs for the fresh cut cantaloupe as we're going in. Excellent assessment of fruit and vegetables. This is a place where you can get any and everything you need!

This is a gigantic Kroger that not only has any grocery item you can imagine available but a decent amount of clothing and housewares on the other side as big as a regular sized Kroger. Also a great deal of items for your kitchen right around the middle of the store, a lot of which are also quite unique. Not terribly expensive on the grocery side either; Staff are always very pleasant and knowledgeable in regards to how to do their jobs. That seems to be hard to come by so it's nice to experience.

Tonight's experience sucked as I stood in self checkout for 10+ mins waiting for my ID to be checked. Was in checkout 18 right in front of the girl but she was busy talking about nonsense with another associate. She clearly was avoiding eye contact with me and proceeded to help another person across from where I was. When she finally assisted me, she had an attitude like as if I was bothering her. I have always had a bad experience with their self checkout.

That's the biggest grocery store I've ever been in. They have everything from soup to nuts. Beautiful, stocked and clean. Super nice.

I love going to Kroger's supermarket,i can find just about everything i need there, and the stores always clean and the people who work there are always so helpful, i can tell you that i save money going to Kroger if you download the app, you go to the app and download the digital coupons plus catch what's on sale, well let me say this. My pocket says (cing cing) when i check out. To all the people who work at Kroger, y'all keep doing what you do and you will always have my business there. Thank you

Tiffany the Manager in the deli went above and beyond today to make sure my family's Thanksgiving goes well. They were having difficulties with their fryers and I was told by the head cook that they will not be able to fulfill walk-ins orders. I spoke to Tiffany, she stepped in and assured me that I will leave there pleased. I sure was I got what I came for. Happy Thanksgiving and Thanks to you all in the deli.

This is a really cool Kroger. It has a nice selection of clothing and cosmetics. They have some really cute home decor. There's a really nice snack section, including a nice variety of gluten free options. All in all I really like this location.

Shopping here is convenient. They have a great selection of everything throughout the store. Produce department, bakery (with doughnut case), meat department, and deli all seemed to have an abundance of great looking food as well. The employees are all quite helpful. They have a Kroger app to make your shopping experience easier which features weekly ads and digital coupons.

I've been shopping at this Kroger for a while. But today was honestly disappointing. I don't usually come to this one for meat, but today's visit reinforced that I should still avoid this one. I foolishly chanced coming here to grab some steak.... BOY OH BOY. The ribeye was poorly cut like they hacked away at it with a dull ladle or cut it tapered, thick to thin. Chuck steaks were manhandled at best. The NY strip looked OK, but I wasn't there for that. The chuck roasts looked feeble. All of it looked subpar and the real kicker is they had the audacity to charge full price for those trampled pieces of flesh. Honestly just plain depressing. I put all my other items back and left.I didn't purchase anything and I still want my money back.

Convenient and love earning fuel points. Disappointed that you can't do the survey every 7 days even without a receipt like they used to let you do. Earning fuel points makes a big difference with the way fuel prices are now.

This place refuses to hire people to bag groceries and cashier will stand there awkwardly until your done. It's also 100 degrees by the registers so prepare to sweat.

I love shopping here as I always save a great deal on groceries, etc. I use the Kroger app, digital coupons, fuel points, plus everyday savings from my rewards card. This is a great store with courteous, professional employees. Love it!

Rude employees. They walk around playing with their cellphones and gossiping about other people, even customers. Today I asked an employee if there was any of the chicken left that was on sale and he said "no" only to proceed to talk to another employee and be like "she really thought I was gonna look for her". Then another employee rang me up for apples instead of bananas then acted like it must have been a sticker issue when there was no sticker on my bananas. If there's no sticker then he had to have looked up the item himself. I've used self checkout enough to know that when you select fruits, bananas and apples are under two completely different categories. You have to select apples, then the kind of apple - same for bananas. It's pretty hard to accidentally select apples, then select a kind of apple completely on accident when the customer is buying bananas. Another employee was playing with her phone and sticking her tongue out at me and ran into me. Rude employees!

Lately the litter around Kroger is an issue. Inside and out. Also. They start stocking at 10 when store closes at 11. The stock people are rude. Blocking all the isles and having to push carts out of the way. Then they just stand there and look at you.

I just wish there was consistency across stores. This time the issue is with AFC... I used to work for them and the GM is stationed at my home store. It's $5 sushi day, which is supposed to be the basic rolls, but everything at this store is full priced except California and veggie roll. If it was California roll day, they'd call it that. It's differential treatment based on the area and it isn't a good look.

Always a wide variety of brands and options that is what I love about what we call the "super kroger". I have heard other people call it "space kroger." Their produce section is always full and I love being able to find new stuff here to try.
