The help I had gotten from Susan was awesome. I didn't know there were options out there to help me with the cost of my prescriptions. I didn't even ask , once I mentioned that I hand no insurance she helped me with the cost with the options that made the prescriptions a hole lot lower that the original amount. Need more people like Susan that think to help instead of just doing there job.

The cashiers refused to check me out, the pharmacy sends you straight to voicemail. Some people are uncomfortable talking to a machine. I feel that when they closed the North Avenue location, they closed the wrong store. These employees aren’t willing to do their jobs.

I drove to three CVS in the Athens area to get a passport photo. Every location sent me to another location who also could not take my photo. If you can't take the photo then take it off your website.

Rude BEYOND measure at the pharmacy. Not to mention, I was told I had a 35 minute wait time only to be waiting for TWO HOURS and still waiting at this moment. Very upset about the service here.
