The worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever used. The technicians will do anything BUT their jobs. They don’t take phone calls from providers and wait to fill prescriptions until within 30 minutes of closing so they don’t have to deal with anyone trying to pick their meds up. They leave for longer than the stated lunch break time. My doctors get stuck on hold for 20+ minutes and there isn’t even a drive through so how can they pretend to be that busy??? Crazily unprofessional behavior for a PHARMACY that people NEED FOR THEIR HEALTH!! I don’t know why this pharmacy thinks they don’t need to do their jobs when people’s health and lives are at stake. I’ll make the extra stride to the downtown CVS to avoid this from now on.

The CVS pharmacy at this location goes the extra mile to get your prescription filled quickly, at the lowest price, answers all questions and does it in a caring and professional manner. I have seen them personally make extra phone calls and research the internet to solve your problems and satisfy your prescription needs. They have found me the lowest price when necessary and resolved conflicting issues with my prescriptions. They act like you are a beloved neighbor! Great pharmacy!!
