I’ve put off commenting about this CVS but now seems right. Before this new crew came in it was always a pleasure to walk in the store. Melissa was the assistant manager and I can’t remember the managers name but she was always closely available and extremely helpful. Today I had to ring the bell four times before someone came out of the office to assist me at the checkout. Not a single employee on the floor to help customers either. And about a month ago I asked why there was little to no Revlon cosmetics on the shelf and was told they were doing a reset and today I was going to buy an eyebrow stick by Revlon and the whole display was nearly empty still! Someone from corporate needs to “stop by” and check things out! There is merchandise in boxes in the aisles and the store is looking sloppy. I am shocked as I have shopped at that CVS since 2012 and I’ve never seen it in such disarray. Thank goodness Beth is still in the pharmacy. At least she greets and smiles customers.

Davada, the cashier, is a great asset to CVS. She asked me if there was a special way I wanted my purchases bag. She was very helpful and kind. She is excellent at doing her job.

Misty and Daweda (not sure on the spelling) were amazing today helping me get the right passport photo. Another CVS had messed it up and wouldn't fix it. Both women here went above and beyond! They have wonderful customer service. I highly recommend for getting the right passport photo or even just great service while making your normal purchases.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I came to CVS on October 18th. It was 8:00am which is when they opened...they all were barely walking in....then one of the women working said a smart remark...”lets see if we can even get the door open first” and then rolled her eyes. First the store wasn’t even opened on time, second they were rude before they even walked in to open the store and third, I wasn’t even acknowledged or thanked! This was the first time I have ever had an experience like this from a CVS! Maybe looking for more customer service driven professionals would do this locations a whole world of good.

Easily the worst CVS I’ve ever been experienced.Horrible hours- the hours on Google aren’t in sync with the actual store hoursIncredibly rude employeesOften out of essential items- the store is tiny compared to other CVS locationsAll of this adds up the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the headache and go to the CVS off Hawthorne or Kroger next across the street. Avoid if you can.

Pharmacist was outstanding! Had a new prescription that my doctor sent to them, but I accidentally left my savings card at home. She printed one from online and put it in her computer so I could get a 3 month supply for $20.

Always good service with Pharmacy. I call ahead or use online app for prescriptions. When I have had to call for more personal help, they have always been friendly, polite, and solved my problem. The pharmacist are quick to explain meds and answer my questions.

Worst. CVS. pharmacy. EVER. Does anyone even work there? I can't tell. It's always closed even if you called in your prescription and they said they would fill it.

Not the newest version of the chain. Good place to stop on a round of errands. Near groceries, the library, schools, restaurants and shopping. Not great for having official documents looked at? Maybe FedEx or banks nearby?
