I bought a pack of ensure clear. When I got home I realized that they had expired in September (6 months ago). Unfortunately I didn't get a receipt so that's money down the drain. Why were they still on the shelf??

Would not recommend buying any food or food products here. Went last night and bought three things and didn’t realize until I got home two of the three were expired. Would recommend going to target which is just a short walk away if you need anything. Also, all we had was cash and the self checkout doesn’t take cash so had to wait for an employee to realize there were 2+ customers forming a line to be checked out. To make the experience more enjoyable, we were harassed by a homeless person camped right at their door.

The pharmacy staff were great! I came in to get my booster shot of the vaccine, and they were very informative and kind.Evan, the cashier, was also very friendly and professional! Someone please give that man a raise!!

I've gone into this CVS a million times for random items: lunch, razors, quick supplies that I needed for school. Every time, I'm greeted with a smile and a hello, no matter who is working.Today, I used the pharmacy for the first time, and they were absolutely amazing as well. I didn't have a full understanding of what I needed or what my options were, and the guy working with me suggested a brand better for my insurance plan and ended up saving me a lot of money and hassle.I love CVS, and I always have a great experience at this one.

Usually I hear “welcome to CVS” when I enter through the door but instead I heard the alarm go off. When I finished shopping I checked out and the cashier was friendly but another employee complained how “tired” he was while I was being checked out. So unprofessional !! And he was trying to be sarcastic because I took a Benadryl and I looked tired and my mascara was smeared! I was in prayer earlier due to a traumatic event that is currently taking place in my life but to be made fun of — subliminally ! Like he was at work and still trying to make jokes at me (a loyal customer).I will return to this location because of the location and even though the man was rude , I still love that store !!

I love CVS on Broad! Everyone who works there is so friendly and happy to help. I see Chelsea, Jen and Jasper on a regular basis and they always make me smile!

I went in for a Covid test. The pharmacist/s is/are helpful, thoughtful, polite, and thorough. Went out of their way to assist me.Great experience, Well done.

Called to ask if they had an item in stock and the guy that answered did not bother to even check. He immediately told me no, despite me mentioning that the website said they had it but it was low in stock. His lack of customer service skills reflected poorly on this location.

Good location in the heart of downtown. Near transit and just across from North Campus. Standard selection--health and body and a good supply of snacks and frozen foods.

This pharmacy is amazing. I always get my medication on time and they are always helpful. Wish it was 24/7 but not their fault.

Really friendly staff and their open late, the only annoying this is that they stop selling alcohol at 11:30 on the dot, but I’m sure that’s some sort of legal issue.

These people are unorganized and unprofessional. They all just stand around looking for you. If you need a prescription filled it's guaranteed to take hours if not days. They just let customers stand around at the pharmacy without helping them.
