First: I worked here for longer than I wanted, the technicians are great but the federal government sued these guys for fraud. The owner of this pharmacy is a crook. They committed insurance fraud and sold enough opioids to kill many many people in KY during the height of the opioid epidemic. Google Buy Wise Drugs on Washington Post and opioids, you’ll see the truth. That being said, if you need some drugs they will mark them up for you and short you a few pills, no problem! Also the store is a complete dump, smells like really really old people. Older than most pharmacies for sure. Here’s a pic of the owner doing what he does best (probably dreaming about stealing from Medicare!)

I had a prescription that needed to be filled That was out of stock by a competitor. I called buy wise and the pharmacist was very professional. She offered to call the competitor and request the prescription as they were able to filll the medication for me. The customer service and speedy processing of my prescription made me feel very special. I highly recommend this pharmacy and will transfer any future needs to this pharmacy.

I love this drug store, has an old fashioned appeal. Any old remedies and old over the counter medicines that your grandmothers used to use, you will find there.. Also love the way they are so friendly and know you by name. TAYLOR in particular is always so friendly and helpful. He is very professional and knowledgeable.. 5 stars all around!!

I quit coming here because of the awful service. I have waited twenty minutes for a prescription just to be told they don't have it in stock. I picked up a prescription and was told they would have the rest of it the next day. I came back a week later, because I didn't need it immediately and the pharmacy is not near my home (it's near my doctor's office). They still didn't have it ready! I have called to find out when a prescription would be ready, and I came after the time they told me. It was not ready when I arrived. The cashier usually is grumpy, she really seems to dislike humans, or her job, or both...I can't tell which. I've heard her speak in a sassy, impatient way to a customer who had been waiting a long time.
