There are TWO associates working both just standing around talking to each other making the line of people use the sorry self checkout. Well, the self checkout rang up a bag of chips incorrectly not only the wrong brand and size but the wrong price….it did the same thing for the guy behind us.My husband didn’t want to go in and argue with the sorry workers.Needless to say I’ll continue on to Sprint if I need anything or go to Pollards instead of stopping here ever again.

Not once have I ever had to post a bad review, all positive. Feel free to take a peek. I've had bad experiences before but this by far was the worst interaction I've had with a customer service rep. To the lady with I believe shoulder length brown hair. I didn't get your name because I was ready to bolt after that experience. You were working about 90 minutes ago today. You are going to remember after I remind you of our interaction so go ahead and please fess up if the store sees this review.Please for the love of God, find yourself a job noooot dealing with people. I came in after being on the road all weekend and complimented your store for the "No alcohol beverages today". Very clever. I was in a great mood.You ruined my day until I could get this off my chest so I can move on back to my positive ole' self. I filled up my truck at $82. I gave my son $10 to get him snacks for the last six hours of this twelve hour drive back to NC. He checked out before me since I had to wait to get into restroom.As I was getting ready to check out I was trying to give you more money and business by rounding up as close as I could to pick out lottery tickets. I asked for two tickets then I changed my mind on one of them. I didn't ask for alot you can review the cameras. I had to repeat myself three times because you were not listening. I even apologized (even though you were in lala land not paying attention). Then you rudely shook your head at me 😐. After seeing that I stated, "You will be alright." Next you rolled your eyes 😲. Then I told you to have a great day, not once but twice, then you just totally ignored me 😡.I'm embarrassed for Circle K that I have a seven year old that could do your job better than you did today. Maybe that is not your normal behavior. Praying that you do not act like this all the time and it was just a bad day for you.Now I understand we all have bad days and alot is going on in the world that is driving us all crazy, but please don't take it out on us. We pay your bills, always remember that. Without us you don't provide for yourself/family. Better learn "fake it til you make it." Even when times are tough, treat your customers better.That today was sooooo uncalled for. I spent $112 dollars in your store and that is how you treated me. I would lose sleep if I treated my customers that way. I'm grateful to be working for them. They pay my bills and support my babies, even when they change their mind or are having a bad day, I still kill em with kindness and treat them well. Guessing that's why I neeeever have bad reactions with customers because they know I'm genuinely happy to serve them because they feed me 🤷‍♀️. You should practice.

Great vibes as soon as you walk through the door! COLD fridges, decent prices, and probably one of the best groups of employees I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Place is always clean and lines go quickly

Paul is a horrible human being.He should not work anything dealing with the public.Never in my life have I ever been refused service for someone else's "attitude. "And then asked what his managers name is. Re replies "I am the manager" knowing that was a lie. Smh.Circle k has got to do better.

I went into the store to get a fountain drink like I have done for 20 years. I tried 4 different nozzles and it was either just carbon or syrup. I went to the counter and alerted the cashier who promptly said well it worked fine for me. The cherry Pepsi nozzle has been broken for over 2 months. I stated I'm just letting you know that it needs attention when she promptly began arguing with me and then slapped my money very rudely and forcefully into my hand and continued to argue with me in front of customers for simply letting then know it needed attention. I have never in my life had a cashier continue to escalate an argument with a customer in front of other customers for simply alerting them to a problem with a fountain machine that has not worked properly in months.

Very clean bathrooms. We were passing through and my husband had to use the bathroom I told him I would wait for the next stop, he came back to the truck and said, honey you can use their bathrooms they are very clean. And he was right. The Lady at the register was nice also

The manager of this store is a very rude person. Don’t take a hundred dollar bill in the store and expect this rude women name sue to cash it out. Apparently it’s a crime to do so. This woman is rude to people and when I asked why she was being rude to me she bit my head off. A real classy woman she is I have never in my life been talked to by someone in this manner. Corporate should have a long talk with her and get her some anger management classes.

A fairly clean store with friendly employees. It can get a little crowded at peak times during the mornings, lunch and rush hour because its the only place near by with gas and food other than pumpkin center which is expensive gas wise. The subs at blimpie inside are a little better than what you would expect from a gas station. Over all a good place to stop, no beggers outside just the regular guys like wing nut who is a local tire guy. He is a good guy to know if you ever get a flat tire or have car trouble as he is mobile and smart when it comes to cars and trucks.

paul is a terrible csr will be making a corp complaint refused me service after being saying insufecient funds and then come to find out he cant do cash back and when it was canceled he got a attitude and said i cant do cash back anyway it dont work and i dont have money in my drawer when i was getting lotto anyway and said we can scratch that cash back ill just get cigars and gas and have a good day and leave but he refused service and told me to get gas somewhere else and then procedeed to refuse service on my fiance for gas no i use to work at circle k and know they have the right to refuse service to anyone but i had my id ready and getting 30 in gas and all was good till he got mad i said he could of told me from the start no cash back and it will decline and hold my money but nope he wanted to get mad the machine wasnt working either way no name tag altercation with 2 customers rude and not trying to help the situation and made it worse.

We love to stop at this Circle K on our way to Harlem. My kids love talking with the clerks and it is always a familiar face working the counter. Great job!

Relatively new store with all the typical convenience store amenities. Cleanliness is lacking. I wouldn't choose to use that bathroom again.
