I love this Walmart. All the shelves are stocked and the store is so clean.The only problem I had was with a case of water. I noticed it was leaking so I turned around in the parking lot and brought it back. Customer service acted like there was nothing wrong and seemed to hesitate to refund my money

Horrendous customer "service". My wife was using self checkout and the machine called a CSR over.The lady snottily accused my wife of stealing and on replay of the camera was proved wrong. To which she just replied "oh" and turned her back to walking away.Didn't bother to apologize! Loss Prevention even followed her out!NEVER have I seen such poor, rude, and outright uncaring customer service. Thankfully there are other stores in town. Food Lion, Tractor Supply, and Harvey's are much better options.DO NOT SHOP HERE

Walmart is Walmart and after the remodel, it's better but there are still places it could improve.I used the pick up first and I disliked that they marked it as "picked up" before I'd received my items. They were friendly however when I called and expressed my concern and they were correct that my order would be right out. This is a personal opinion, but marking an item picked up prior could lead to people not getting their items.When I went inside (because I forgot to order some things that were needed), it was somewhat better. While staff is still sometimes scarce, the new layout does make sense and I was able to quickly find items that I needed. All in all, Walmart is Walmart and will usually have what you need if you can take the time to find it or place your order ahead of time for pick up.

Checkout seems to go really faster now that there 20+ self check-out stations. Shopping here doesn't take too much time anymore. I like their up scale ads showing in the clothes section and mant of the new design decorated stations throughout the store. I shop here more, knowing it won't take me lo g to go in and check out.

The remodel looks great and I am so happy there are more self checkout kiosks. Never understood why they had so many unattended lines. Isles seem a bit more narrow since everything was rearranged. There is less room to maneuver around people now.

Idk if it’s because of the holiday season, but the service was far better than usual at this location. Greeted by many friendly employees & wished a Merry Christmas & happy holidays. The layout & departments of this store have recently been updated and it looks great, very organized & resembles more of a shopping mall. It was busy but that’s expected this time of year

I come here mostly because my mom and husband have their prescriptions filled at the pharmacy here. I'm not a fan of this particular store since most times it lacks the items I come to shop for. I find my needs better at the neighborhood Walmart closer to my house and the one on Booth Road is always more organized and seemingly has more of the items in stock I'm usually in need of. The staff is always friendly though if you don't mind finding out of date food items that have not been removed by their expiration dates be careful to check those on everything you purchase no matter where you buy it from especially Walmart's also their produce is less than desirable most of that stuff needs to be tossed in a bin to be thrown out or composted.

It's crazy I drive 20 mins to get here in time before they close and they locked the doors and closed the store at 10:45pm. It clearly says on maps that they are opened until 11pm. Thanks alot I really love wasting gas. If you say your open until 11 then why close at 10:45?

Today is 11/4/23. I was here on Thursday after 7 p.m.. I went to Customer Service to load money onto my Walmart card only to be told they were closed. I went back today and the manager Bryce said they were closed. I went to a cashier to load money, only to be told I can only load $100 per day at the register.This makes "NO SENSE". Jackie was on another register helping a cashier & asked what I needed. She had me to follow her to Customer Service and loaded my card.Thank you Jackie for taking care of and meeting my needs. You exemplified great customer service, unlike Bryce who didn't bother to ask what I needed. I guess whatever was on his cell phone was more important. Several times that I've gone here Kassie always speaks and is so very nice. You can tell she means it. She shows great customer service, as well as Carlo Watts in the meat department and Joseph in produce. They are always WILLING to help you in any way they can. They do it with a smile and it shows that they love their job. People like Kassie, Carlos,Joseph & Jackie are very few in number these days & times. Appreciate them because they are great assets to your company. Everyone but Bryce gets 10 stars. Because of him, I'm giving 3 stars.4/11/24 Expired coffee at regular price!!!

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday lady in the bakery was very rude acted like she just hater people, I said thank you when she handed me the cake all I got back was mmhmm, I look at the cake and it looks pitiful ordered a half sheet cake that’s not even trimmed so it looks like it’s melting. I will not be using them ever again.

It's Walmart we all got to go there sometime you know sometimes customer service is great sometimes it sucks but you know what customer service always sucks because who wants to do it anyway it's never fun for anybody I mean let's be realistic if it was we'd all enjoy it but we don't but other than that I mean they're doing renovations it looks great in my opinion love the store love the layout kind of getting used to it you know it took a little bit but it's great so I can't complain.

4 pm pickup time. Notified after 4 of two hour delay. Went to get something to eat to fill the time as live 30 miles away. After 6 chatted with customer service and was told order would be right out. After another 40 minutes finally received order. The associate was so nice and working so hard I changed my review from 1 star to 4.

THIS IS MY FIFTH TIME COMING HERE SINCE MOVING BACK AND THE LITTLE ASININE FEMALE WITH THE MESSED UP TRIBAL BRAIDS ABOUT TO COST WALMART ALOT OF MONEY. They are remodeling and things are all over the place. It looks like they are modeling it after Target stores. It would be nice for the associates to speak to you. As a former 20 year(nearly) associate I always had the customers smiling and having a good time on their shopping trips. They need to have some etiquette lessons.

On 8/20/23, I got the message that my pickup order was ready. I checked in on the app. After waiting 20 minutes, I called several times and no one answered. I had to approach a employee in the parking lot about my order. They said they would have to look for it. After 50 minutes of waiting, I had to go inside to pick up my order. I could have done my own shopping in that amount of time. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Pickup at this location.

Decent deals, good customer service. The bathrooms are actually clean too. We were able to get a unique colored Keurig... Not a big deal to most, but my kids think it's the coolest thing on earth.

I never been to a more unorganized walmart. I had a pair of jeans that were on sale and when we got up front they were full price when we said something about it they said there was nothing they could do about it because they were on sale back in April. Why were they not taking off saying they weren’t for clearance. I tried to trade out a pair of sweat pants that didn’t fit but were on sale but not on sale when i took them back and wouldn’t let me trade them out without paying the new price. The worst walmart I have ever been to and employees aren’t as helpful as they should be for customer service.
