The last time I been to this store location was on 12/22/22/. The cashier who were serving customers was horrible. Two lines were open due to the store being backed up. So in turn, I got in the first line which was probably my biggest mistake because the line was real long. When the cashier finally said that the next person standing in line can be taken, I thought I was the next customer due to the first line moving faster. So when I tried to go to her line to check out, the cashier got a nasty attitude with me and tried to accuse me of skipping the other customer who was in front of me. I was not trying to skip that customer at all.All I did was walk behind the customer to her line. That was it. I wish I got her name and reported her because don't nobody pop off on me with a nasty attitude. I hope this cashier is no longer employed at the store although I have not been back ever since that happened.

A negative 3-star rating (if it were a thing) would be too generous of a rating for this pharmacy. Rapid employee turnover rate and the staff that is there presently are mostly rude and incompetent, most notably the pharmacist himself. I was a customer for years and noticed this gradual quality downgrade in recent years. Well, the proverbial camel's vertebrae-fracturing straw has been dropped and I won't be doing business with the Americus Walgreens again.

Due to family circumstances I was barely able to make to the Americus store 10 minutes before closing 4 days before Christmas. When I arrived at the store an associate was standing in the doorway and the doors were locked, 10 minutes early. The associate refused to open the door. Will not be shopping here again.

I've used this pharmacy on and off throughout the years. I've never had an unpleasant experience. My RX has never been messed up, even when I'm between states. If a place is busy, it's just busy. Not the fault of the pharmacy. Thank you!

Rebecca in pharmacy is rude and inpatient when it comes to customers and their needs. Save yourself the hassle and go to CVS across the street for better customer service.

Customer Service at the Pharmacy is terrible. I set at the window looking at the Tech sitting doing nothing. He watched me for ten minutes before he got up to see what I wanted. I will not use this Pharmacy again.

Nice and helpful staff, clean store and convenient location but oh the perscription prices! Talk about price gouging. Went to pick up scrips I had transfered there and nearly had a heart attack. i have no insurance so I have to pay cash . For my generic med's, Walgreens was Almost 400 % higher price than almost every of the other pharmacy in the area. Sorry Walgreens, I gave you a chance to be my pharmacy, but really! Who would pay, or even could afford $400 a month for a 30 day supply of generic medications? You should be ashamed of yourself!

Never feel welcome by the front staff. Hvnt shopped there in awhile and the day I did I felt the mgr on duty was observing me all over the store. Extremely uncomfortable and dont plan on returning. Will spend elsewhere. I now hv to rtn the item today that I purchased yesterday and dreading hving to go bck and be treated like Im not welcome.

After spending 15 minutes on hold and someone answering the phone to say hold on and then putting me back on hold for almost 6 more minutes without even giving me a chance to respond, I can understand why the pharmacy has a 2.6 score. My husband drove all the way to your store and called me from there before anyone from your store would answer the telephone.👎

They only answer the phone to put you back on hold before you can say anything and they ignore everyone at the drive through. Very unethical for disabled and elderly people to be forced to come in to receive service.

Called to talk to pharmacist.stayed on hold 15 minutes. Need to have info on a powerful drug prescribed to me. Can't get anyone to talk to. I guess I'll just chance it and take it blindly

One particular staff in pharmacy has been disrespectful, insensitive and rude. All others are nice. I have been with Walgreens in Florida and George for over twenty years, and never been treated like this. Americus, Georgia. Annie

The Customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. The wait and lines are too long some of the staff are just disrespectful black and white not a color issue it's just bad Customer service. I'm really considering changing pharmacy it's just ridiculous.
