I came in to order a PCU for my Honda . The man behind the counter would not even look it up. He told me to go take it out of the car and bring it in. He wouldn't even look it up to give me a ball park price. This is ludicrous considering the car still runs good but the check engine light is on. I explained I had been elsewhere and the guy wouldn't even touch the computer. I have the part number in my phone. The vin number shouldn't matter with that and make/ model. Taking the computer out of a running car is insane in my opinion if you don't have a new one in hand to replace it with. I will order it elsewhere sorry and be shopping elsewhere also.

I deal with these guys (and Melinda) everyday. They have an incredible inventory and and knowledgeable staff. In a time where a true parts man is hard to find this group is diverse enough to have experience and and willingness to help. They also have some guys who have been in the business long enough to have to used paper books and had to dig to find what you need.

Matt replaced a car key for me . He worked diligently making phone calls to different car dealerships and websites to get the information so he could reprogram my key . He was very professional and patient .

Very nice place and good customer service... Of course we all have been into an Ace Hardware and as Napa Auto.. We got the best of both worlds... If they could just make room for a Subway, KFC or Taco Bell
