I always enjoy going into this Harvey's. It is the nicest and cleanest Harvey's that I've ever been in. Figuraly speaking, it's so clean, you can just about eat off the floor. Everything seems to always seem so well stocked, and zoned. I'm not exxagerating either. This definitely comes from great management. Just take a look at the pictures. Always neat, and the shelves are nicely stocked. Not to mention, these pictures are taking after 5 p.m.. This manager needs to go around to every store, and give them pointers.1/25/24 Their tuna is very salty. I've never had salty tuna.

This is one of the few Harvey's left in the area. It reminded me of how great their prices used to be. It is a very large clean store with great prices.

This place provides the best service of all the big boys, if you don't get the best. Find Ms Casia, she will fix it so that you get the best service to equate to your experience. They have some of the hard to get items to. Before going online check out Harvey's.

Always clean. Friendly staff. Easy to get in and out. When there busy, a little longer.They separate frozen and refrigerator groceries. Putting away groceries is very easy.

Meat department needs way better customer service. The bell does not work so when you go to ask for help from the meat cutter he huffs like it's a problem you asked him for help. Meat in the case looks rotten. It has definitely went down hill. Will not return.

Since when does Harvey’s have only self checkout open in the morning and no one working registers? I don’t mind self checkout if only a few items but a WHOLE buggy. Would be nice to have option of someone ringing me up especially if I have to call the lady to help WITH self checkout anyway starting to feel like Walmart when you go in there

While the store was nice and clean the bathrooms we just NASTY we had to put paper towels down on the floor just to step. The sinks was brown, and looked as if they never clean it. I'm so glad I was just passing through and never have to go back again

Very welcoming store. I love this store. The people there are so friendly and it's an associate on every aisle so I don't have to look around for help because it's somebody on every aisle. So I appreciate that about this store and I recommend 10/10

This is where I go to buy my Meats, steaks especially. This week they had T-Bones on sale for $7.99 a pounds. That's almost unheard of anymore. They were delicious steaks I ate one last night. Harvey's also carries any other types of groceries at very competitive prices in the Waycross area, the store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of where things might be that you need.!

My experience at the deli at this location today was the best of any Harvey’s I’ve ever went into. The young lady who helped me is always pleasure but even the food today was fresh and delicious. Thank you Harvey’s for hearing your customers and making sure your staff has not forgotten great customer service!

Very nice store with both fresh deli foods available, both hot and cold, as well as everything you need in a shopping trip. Very clean grocery location with great prices too. The only complaint is their store brand potato chips... Lacking flavor on most all flavors.

This used to be a good location to buy groceries, but not anymore. The produce is limited and usually not very fresh. The staff is sometimes helpful. I was there today and saw more staff standing around talking with each other rather than working. I stood at the deli counter for a while before the 3 ladies working there noticed me and even then, they finished their conversation before assisting me. Then the lady barley spoke when I asked how she was doing. No smile or have a nice day. Unfortunately, the community is small and it isn’t always convenient to go out of town to shop. I feel we had better options and better service when it was Winn Dixie. I don’t usually give reviews but I haven't a good experience the past few times I’ve been in.

This location really impressed me! Great selection of wine and produce. Also very clean and modern looking. It reminded me of how Harvey's was 5 years ago or so before they got bought out by Bi-Lo or whoever it was.

I just love Harvey's, everyone is so helpful. It is nice when I come into the store and can find everything I need. The cashier's are really nice but their was just one that would not smile wouldn't say anything I guess she was having a bad day. Over all I love Harvey's.

Experience was okay until we got to the self check out, after scanning everything and hassling with the self checkout machine saying our items weren't in the bagging area every item, we stood there for about 8 minutes waiting on one of the workers to come help assist us with the self checkout. She was standing at one of the cash registers for about 5 mins just tapping on the screen doing the same thing over and over I guess in an attempt to look busy before she noticed we needed help. Not very pleased with the service but use the self checkout at your own risk you may have to wait 10 minutes for someone to help you.. just go through the regular line.

The employees are rude....Main complaint, however, is the disgustingly filthy public bathrooms...I complained to 2 managers about 5 weeks ago.... they were worse today....stuff is growing in the bowls and it smells horrible...when management allows this nastiness, it gives me pause as to the cleanliness of the store and quality of Food. Seriously, the employees as well as the customers deserve better. Shame on you Harvey's!

Love my Harvey's only thing deli areas need cleaned. glass needs to shine along with the chrome just looks dirty. On a good note good little dinners for the right price

Went there during the day before Thanksgiving rush. All staff was helpful. Store was clean. Very well organized. Had several lanes open, so nobody had a big wait.
