Went to this Family Dollar store for the second time. The new young Associate is very pleasant and has excellent customer service skills but is very slow. She was never used profanity but the other lady worker did. She came behind counter told her to move she was holding up the line. Yes she did make the line go faster but she could have just opened another one. The young lady needs to learn still. The store is a mess. Trash and boxes all over the floor. The young lady said they were in need of some help but nobody wants a job anymore.

The new Associate is very pleasant and has excellent customer service skills. She was not using profanity or assisting customers while engaged in a conversation on her mobile device. I do not know her name, but today is 1/12/2023 and she has beautiful locs. It was definitely a pleasure shopping there today!

Manager and employees very rude. I decided not to get one item and the cashier and manager had an attitude so I walked out with nothing since I was such an inconvenience. Very ignorant and rude,Will never step foot in that store again

Great shopping experience all around!! Not only is the store in a great location but they also have a great selection of products. To top it off beautiful young woman named Lola was there to help me with everything I needed and thankfully made my shopping a breeze!

Customer service is horrible. It use to be my fav store to shop at but new management and new employees are anything but professional. Cashiers ignore customers, talk about customers among each other, and very rude
