Service was okay, they had my food at the window for a few minutes because she was outside on her phone but not that big of a deal. The food.. oh let me tell ya.. the sundae was 10/10, everything else was garbage. My bread was basically a crouton, the onion rings.. where’s the onion at, it’s just breading. Now, the garlic parm chicken strips.. would rather have dumpster juice or anything out of a dumpster for that matter. Don’t recommend.

I'm on the fence about this location this is the 1st time I've gone to a Dairy Queen in years , I wanted a blizzard and since it was around lunch time thought cool grab lunch as well, upon walking in the cashier was sitting in a booth on his phone. Ordered my food was handed my blizzard with out them flipping it upside down. I got tossed tenders and they were in a sea of sauce.... All I could taste was the sauce. Witnessed another crew member sit down on the clock making a statement to there co worker there no camera over here. Weird statement to me. All in all just weird atmosphere but the food was okay. Just comes off a bit unprofessional

I ordered a Kansas City BBQ Pulled Pork burger and this is what I got... well actually they gave me a cheeseburger burger first, I didn't realize it until I got home. So I went back up there and they gave me this bs... it looks nothing like it looks on the menu board. Barely any Pulled Pork on the sandwich. And for $5 for just the sandwich this is a rip off. I would've given 1 star but the Blizzard shake that I got was pretty good... seems like the only thing that they can do right 😒

I was here on Monday, 8/8/22 for 2 "Chili dogs" 1 chili dog with onions, and the other chili dog with onions, ketchup, and mustard, and. Medium coke. She said $9.04. I told her I've never paid that much for 2 chili dogs. I looked over my receipt, and told her she charged me for 2 chili cheese dogs instead of 2 chili dogs. I told her I did not request chili cheese dogs, as I do not like cheese on my chili dogs. She refunded the card, and said my money will be back on my card within 2-3 day. It was refunded immediately. She re-rung my order for 2 chili dogs. She repeated my order, and I told her correct. She recharged my card instead of crediting my card for the difference. Tell me why when I get home to sit down to eat, there is not any chili on either. I live about 5 minutes away.I put them back in the bag, and took them back, and told them I ordered chili dogs, and there was not any chili on either. She said ma'am, we're out of chili. WHAT!!!!! I asked to be refunded. The lady gave me 2 receipts, and said my money will be back on my card within 2-3 days. As of today, my money still has not been refunded for the $8.63. I'm noticing on the 1st refund it says Credit sale, and void amount. But, on the other 2 receipts she gave me for my 2nd refund, neither receipt shows credit sale, or void amount. I will be by today to talk to a manager.Update- I was refunded in cash, since the electronic refund never processed.The last 3 or 4 times I've gone here, Michael Powell has taken my order, and EACH time, it has been wrong!!!! Todat, I simply asked for a #9 with NO cheese, add onions. I try to make it a habit to check my food before I pull off. I went to check it this time, but it was too trouble to get to the sandwich. I was like surely he can't mess up an order that many times. So, I decided to wait until I got home. I opened up the sandwich, and what do I see, cheese, cheese, cheese, and more cheese. I took one bite, and just couldn't eat it. Dreadfully, I went back out to get the correct sandwich. He did apologize. Now I have to eat cold fries, and drink a watered down drink.

I’ve never had any issues with service. Please, keep in mind, I’ve never ordered any kind of meal. After reading reviews, most complaints are about the meals. I can say the blizzards and vanilla ice cream cones have been decent. It’s really what’s expected for a chain food establishment. Quick service, average food expectation.

Went in for a simple Blizzard trip. Ordered the Blizzard of the month. It was given to me without turning it upside down. I mentioned to the employees what she did, and they owed me a free one. She told me they don't honor that and contacted another employee. She also stated they didn't follow this rule. I pointed directly at the huge sign in bold letters that stated "served upside down or the next on is on us." They stood by their opinion. That's poor service and false advertising.

Hours on Google need to be updated. Hours show drive thru open until 11:00 pm. It is not. Friday night after a ballgame, ice cream would be good. Stuck at Wendy’s in a mile long line because DQ closes too early.

My visit today around 5:45pm on 9/3/22 was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly and helpful enough and I was in and out of the drive through within probably literally a couple minutes! That’s what I call fast food…job well done!

Really good experience. Staff were very friendly and patient. Very knowledgeably took our orders in which we had nine. Everything was well-prepared. I would give 5 stars but we ordered one salad and they were out. I ordered a #4 Burger. I really wanted some extra lettuce and tomato. But the lettuce was out. We ordered a banana split but the bananas were out. Despite all of that the things that we ended up ordering, we still enjoyed and had a great time there dining in. Thumbs up to the staff there. I do recommend this place and will return for hopefully a 5- star experience next time.

I visited DQ on Saturday July 2, 2022 for a blizzard. The blizzard was good, but soupy. It had the texture of ice cream after it's left out in the heat for 30 minutes. I didn't take it back or complain, because they're usually good. So nevertheless, they are my favorite place for a blizzard.Update: July 25th we ordered something to treat ourselves for a hard long day. Since it was after 8:30 p.m., we did small blizzards for the kids. There were 8 small blizzards along with other ice cream treats. Again the blizzards were too soft to the point of us having to drink it first to prevent it from spilling. Then they could not tell me which blizzard was which. We had to go home and figure it out. *Home is approximately 2 minutes away including the red light stop. The turtle pecan blizzard was vanilla with a few chunks of pecans. I thought caramel was supposed to be in it. I may be wrong. I can say the shakes were great. I am going to make one more attempt at my turtle pecan blizzard that is usually delicious. Overall DQ is a great place.Update July 28th at 7:29 p.m.....We went to DQ to try the blizzards again. This time we only got 2 (Turtle Pecan and Snicker). They were super soft when she gave them to us. My cup have ice cream running down around the entire cup. I had to wrap the 4 napkins around my cup and we both had to sip alittle off the top. We placed them in the freezer to firm them up before eating. But the taste was on point. The heat could be affecting the ice cream machine, so I'll give it one more attempt....maybe this weekend.

I was not impressed with my visit here last Saturday. It took 15 minutes to receive my order. They totally forgot about me. Turns out that my food was left on the counter where the cooks put the food for the orders that are ready. I don't think I will be coming back here.

Got a couple of blizzards. The drive thru lady just stuck her hand out when we pulled up to the window and stared at me. So...I gave her a high five. She pulled her hand back and then thrust her hand at me again. I was baffled at first, but then realized I was supposed to pay...duh! I confirmation of my order and stating, that'll be X dollars please would have helped.When she gave our blizzards to us, she flipped the first one then just gave up the second one...like here. Take this!Great blizzards, but these young people need to check their attitude at the door when they show up for work.

A group of 7 of my friends and I arrived an hour and a half before closing time and were told that we were not allowed to sit in the only area large enough to seat 8 people because they had already cleaned it. We asked nicely if we could sit in that particular area as to not split up our group and were told no. Very frustrating and not the first bad experience at this particular location. An entire hour and a half before closing time with a large crowd entering the restaurant. This is probably the fourth bad experience we have had eating supper here due to closing times and cleaning. Fairly decent service except for the fact that they attempt to close early every night.

The kid rang up the wrong $6 meals.. when I took the burgers back to get them corrected, he told me to keep them and he'd get the right ones made. Then, he came to me and told me to bring the wrong ones back to the counter so they could throw them away before they would make the corrected ones.. the correct ones were cold and didn't even melt the cheese.. just disappointing.. they also charge $0.25 per sauce.. (honey mustard, bbq, ranch, etc)........

I enjoyed the experience. The lobby was clean and the staff was super friendly. The only complaint I have was my burger, while still juicy, did not seem fresh. The tomato also wasn't freshly cut. Overall a good experience.

Fast service and really yummy! 5 stars because even though they forgot something on our order, they made it right as soon as we brought it to their attention. We went through the drive-thru. Highly recommend for a sweet treat!

Surprisingly the best fast food burgers in town. The buns should be toasted though since they get soggy quickly but that can be ignored when it's overall really good.Plus it's a DQ that does everything on the menu well, and it's right next to the Sonic so be sure to stop at both if you want the best milkshakes and food for a cold food craving.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. The blonde girl, with the name tag Tyler on, was very rude. We waited several minutes to even place our order. Once we did they were out of all the sauces we wanted. When we settled for a sauce we didn’t really want, she charged for an extra sauce. I made the comment, “maybe we shouldn’t be charged for an extra sauce, when we are not even getting what we actually want.” She very rudely said we could call the 1-800 number. She gave me a full sized cup when I asked for a water, after I had touched the rim of the cup she asked for it back because it wasn’t the water cup. She then tried to place it back with the other cups, and I mentioned she might want to dispose of it since I have my hand where someone’s mouth would go. Ten minutes after placing the order we are still waiting on our food. There’s 8 people in the restaurant and my party makes up four of the eight.....

Went in last Thursday and the employees were in the back screaming at each other. Looked like about eight or so. Stood there waiting to give our order. No one came for a few minutes. When she did she stood there glaring at us. Asked if we could order and she never said a word. So I said okay could we have two cones please...... She said how much we owed.... Took our money..... Handed our cones... And never said a word. Sat down to eat cones.. Employees were going back and forth from kitchen to dining.. Babbling and yelling..... So we left.... Probably go to Burger King for a cone from now on. What a disappointment.!,,

The wait time on Tuesday, April 16th and 7:25 is atrocious. I got here with my girlfriend at 7:00 and got nothing yet. The girl named Kalisha didnt even ring up my girlfriends cheeseburger. Please train her and future employees much better than this. Food was amazing.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!!!Kandice N. Do Not need a job at DQ. I have never experienced such bad customer service at a restaurant before. She gave one price at the drive thru then another at the window. When asked to clarify she became very rude and unprofessional and said “do you want them or not?”.. Not only that all 3 blizzards were dripping out the cup. When asked for a carry out she just gave me napkins then fussed the entire time because I asked for a carrier tray to put the messy blizzards in that’s dripping all over my car. My next visit to Americus will definitely NOT include a visit here. Kandice need another job NOT working with people.
