We waited almost five hours for my child’s prescription to be filled. When we arrived at the pharmacy a little over an hour before closing to check on the status of his prescription, we were told they were out of stock and I would have to call around to other pharmacies to find one that has what he needs, and have that pharmacy call them. A phone call earlier in the day notifying us that his medication was not in stock would have been incredibly helpful. It’s a Sunday, and the remaining pharmacies in town close in about an hour, so there is no guarantee my son will be able to start his antibiotics for his double ear infection today. Thanks for the great customer service.

Called over 6x today just to see if you RX was ready so I didn't need to drive up there for nothing (again)... eberytime someone answers and hangs up. Wow. Desperately need my RX too. Unprofessional.

Staff is fairly nice but do not expect to get your prescriptions when they say they will be ready. I have used this location for almost a year now and get medications monthly and have yet to have had a good experience getting anything filled on time. Also nearly impossible to get someome to answer the phone and when they do you'll get told a time it will be ready yet when you go to pick up at the time they told you it probably won't be ready. I suggest if it's a serious medication you need to receive in a timley manner don't come here.

I have been dealing with CVS for about 27 years an i have never been so tired of a company than i am with them.It take them 2week to feel a pres. an they tell me the same BS each time for last 3 weeks NEW YEAR NEW DRUG STORE.

Poor customer service. Didn't even acknowledge my presence for 10 minutes them despite walking by me 3 times. Then told me they'd be with me in a few. Then waited again for awhile until I decided to go elsewhere. This is the usual there.

They never answer the phone...the wait time is through the roof. If you're short staffed please hire some help. It's really ridiculous for them to never answer the phones!

Went for a prescription on Halloween. Pharmacy tech was dressed like a clown but he was not funny at all! Matter of fact he was very rude!

Lines in pharmacy too long. Staff too slow and not enough staff. The pharmacy is unorganized and messy. Staff in pharmacy are not polite and need Customer Service training.

My prescription was called in over an hour ago and still is not ready. If I needed my meds to keep me alive I would be dead. And the prices are too high get a move on damn it
