Great service! Christopher was excellent to work with answering all of my questions and helping get the options I wanted. I bought a competitor’s trailer last year and Triple A’s service is much better than my last experience. The quality and appearance are both excellent! Poor craftsmanship. BBQ porch trailer less than 2 years old. Just spent $2500.00 to have marker lights re-wired. No chase tubes for wiring so wires got pinched/shorted out between plywood inner walls. Screws popping everywhere inside. Put a 2000# smoker on the porch that they knew about. Coming up road, trailer swayed like crazy because the did not allow for all that weight when placing the axles. Plenty of other trailer builders in Georgia to choose from.

I picked up my trailer on 12/14/22 I am well pleased with the construction of it I bought a 6x12 single axle. My Toyota Tacoma is only rated for pulling 3500 lbs. the trailer empty weights 1650 loaded max is 3500. I bought the trailer either the ramp door and a door on the side. I couldn't be more excited about the construction of the trailer I give it 5 stars on all accounts. I known a little about construction I remodel houses so I am telling you buy from triple A trailers you will not be unhappy.

Ralph was great! Great communication and great service on my custom trailer. Price was better than any trailer company! Also allowed another company to pick up and deliver my trailer with no issues.FYI- just an update on experience. I recommend to make sure you examine your trailer before picking up. Examine thoroughly. I purchased a brand new trailer and my faucet was detached from my sink causing a major leak. I’ve been calling/emailing company for three weeks straight with no response back. Trailer has warranty but can not get in touch with triple A to help. Failed my health inspection test because of my water. So now I have to come out of pocket and fix my sink when in reality my trailer has a 3 year warranty and I’ve only had trailer since November of 2020. Great experience when purchasing trailer horrible customer service after they get your money.

The customer service is awesome. INSPECT YOUR TRAILER THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I bought a 12 ft motorcycle trailer and it was missing a rear jack and the flap on the rear door does not sit flush with the ground and I am going to have to redo so it does not crack and break off. They sent me a new jack but I had to put it on. There is no place to get them serviced and you are on tour own if you need something done. Buyer beware. Again the office staff is great and so was the parts people.

Horrible customer service, purchased a $5000 trailer Christopher was the salesman. I live 9 1/2 hours away. Had a shipping company pick up the trailer when it was complete. I asked Christopher to inspect the trailer to make sure it was ready to go. He said he did and it was in excellent shape. Trailer gets to me ramp door could stick four fingers and the top would not shut my spare tire that I paid for was not there screws stripped off dents in the diamond plate from over tightening, and other discrepancies. Send pictures called no response three days later Christopher gives me a call and tells me if I’m not happy with the trailer and I do not like it bring it back someone else will take it and hangs up on me. Do not recommend buying from this company. Had to call cargo craft get them involved and try to straighten out half of my discrepancies and then settle for the rest or drive 9 1/2 hours and deal with Christopher.😡😡🤬

We ordered a brand-new food concession trailer from this company. we are located in Iowa. When our trailer was ready it was January. It was shipped from GA on a Friday and delivered to us on Monday. They were going to ship it to us a week earlier but didn't due to weather conditions in Iowa. Meanwhile in Iowa at the end of January was subzero temperatures. We received the trailer and put in storage until we were ready to get it ready for the season. When we fired it up, water was spraying everywhere. We contacted this company for warranty. they weren't even will to negotiate helping us fix this, this was the first time we used this trailer. This bill will be running us roughly $500 to fix. They stopped returning my emails and phone calls. Unwilling to even talk to me about anything. They shipped us a trailer to Iowa full of water in subzero temperatures, then completely ignored us when trying to resolve this issue. Foolishly sent us a trailer with water in it.

I ordered a screw less trailer with a 16 inch ramp extension. The trailer turned up with screws all over it and no ramp extension. They took $100 off and said the fixed the ramp extension. Then the electric brakes had to be fixed. I would have given them more stars but I have questions and sent an email two calls and nobody will return my calls. The service is nice until you have the trailer then nothing.

I special ordered a trailer from Triple A. Ralph, my salesman, was super helpful and made sure I got just what I needed.When I picked up the trailer it looked great, even better than I expected!I had problems with my truck before heading home to Florida. Warren spent half an hour in the rain in 55 degree weather to help me fix the problem. He definitely did not have to do what he did. Great guy!If I ever need to buy another trailer I will go back to these guys for sure!

I understand everyone has different needs, expectations and experiences, I spent countless hours researching the different trailer manufacturers, reading hundreds of reviews even all of triple A trailers reviews, and decided to have triple A trailers to build our trailer. We had very specific needs for our trailer from where the receptacles are placed inside and outside to where the windows were to be installed the length, height, width of the trailer ect. and I could not be happier with our trailer.Our salesman Ralph was a pleasure to work with. I plan on using them for our next trailer also. Thanks Ralph for all your help.

I just bought a concession porch trailer from Triple A Trailer , my saleman Christopher is one of the most patient and respectful guy I ever met , the trailer is beautiful and well put together, and the price is wonderful, I drove 13 hr away to make my dream come true , Thanks Triple A Trailers. Now after 3 weeks someone cut my lock and got the electric brake to release and stole my trailer , I work hard to achieve my goals and dream and some gutless person took what I work hard for.

STAY AWAY FROM AAA TRAILERSpoke to Christopher made arrangements to purchase and pick up a 7x16 tandem trailer. They brought me out a trailer that was dented he graciously swapped it for another 7x16 trailer. Was on the road with the second choice and the second tandem axel disconnected from the stabilizer bracket. Also, the brake a way was defective and wouldn’t stop the trailer. Had to leave it on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere on a Saturday night. A farmer helped with a jack and bolt. Christopher had a bad attitude and we made arrangements to return it. Brought it back and swapped for another trailer. In the description it stated two vents, I didn’t realize they weren’t installed. When I called Christopher back he was rude and arrogant then stated nobody wanted to deal with me and abruptly hung up. He was blaming me for the poor quality of the first dented trailer and the second trailer with the broken axel attachment.I called back and left a message with warranty who was going to return my call. Donna explained AAA Trailer was separate from her company the manufacturer. I’m still waiting for a call from warranty.

Just bought a porch trailer. Christopher was the salesman. Enjoyed talking and working with him. Also Donna was helpful at checkout. However, I wish I had spent more time on site inspecting work quality. Found screw heads rung off, sharp welds on porch rails that will have to be ground off, panel joints above side doors not fastened proper, over-sprayed black paint on custom rims, and questionable electrical wiring in main circuit panel. Specifically, a 30 amp double pole breaker with a jumper wire is being used to energize both bussbars. Again customer service in the front office gets an A, but take your time on inspection before pick up/acceptances.

Triple A Trailer in ambrose georgia or Cargo Craft trailers Buyer beware very poor quality these guys shouldnt be in business talks real nice to you before you buy then ignores you when you get the trailer. or when something is wrong some comments was saying good for the price, they must have low standards cause this trailer was trash basicly. the people working there is real smart elliics i dont know who builds their trailers but they should quit cause they havnt got a clue, very sloppy work if you buy one of their trailers you have better look it over real good i dont even want to give it 1 star but it doesnt go lower than that, in my opinion its a minus -3 real poor work i had to repair myself after u got it here

I was completely ready to purchase a trailer he had listed in "available" trailer section and have it shipped to me with all the custom build out I was looking for! I Then called and ran into POOR customer service and website not representative of trailers on hand (different build times quoted in same conversation 12 weeks plus) Owner has attitude, over talks you, doesnt want to help, and son is not very bright or understandable. Our phone conversation went south quickly as he made it very clear he wasn't interested in selling a trailer or answering basic simple questions, just acted like he was way to busy. Dont waste your time even calling them!!!!

In rebuttal: to Mr. Fronteria’s review. We never delivered a trailer to this customer. The customer picked up the trailer at the factory. The trailer was not dented what he is referring to is what is commonly called a "ripple”. The darker the metal in this summer heat the more metal expands. The Dealer was quick and polite offering to swap the trailer for another trailer. In which Mr. Fronteria looked over and under inside and out thoroughly and then accepted the second trailer. While in transit he claims the equalizer bolt came loose and fell out. In which, we believe it did not happen. However, we offered to drive to his location and replace the equalizer bolt/nut etc. We asked for the location of the trailer he stated it’s on a side road between GA and S.C. and gave no other location information. He also complained about the brake away not working properly. The brake away is designed for emergencies when the trailer detaches from the towing vehicle. It is not designed to stop trailer in everyday usage. We offered to also replace the brake away as well. However, when asked again for location Mr. Fronteria, could/would not give location. Only stating it’s on a side road between GA and S.C. Upon further discussion he later stated he had a friend who has a shop that could probably replace the bolt /nut etc.We then to make sure the customer is completely satisfied we offered to swap out for yet another trailer this being his third trailer. While we strive to make every customer happy; there are some that just are not happy regardless.
