This was my 2 dogs 3rd time to Mountain Pet Resort, they were excited to go there and walked right in like they knew exactly where to go!! They are always well taken care of! The kennels are extremely clean and sanitized! We will always use Paula when we need a vacation!! I would definitely recommend Mountain Pet Resort to everyone! Everyone there is extremely friendly!

Friendly environment for your pets and very clean. Stopped in for a tour and definitely decided immediately after walking into their kennels that my dog would be safe and taken care of while I was out of town. I’ll certainly be back in the future.

We have been going here for Years and are Very Thankful to have a place that is Safe for our 2 Dogs that we take there. We do not have to worry about them & know that they are in Capable & Great hands!! When we travel, this has been our go-to and will continue to be !! I have boarded numerous dogs with Mountain Pet Resort over the last 5 years. I wouldn't board anywhere else. The peace of mind that I have when my pets are boarded here can't be replaced. The kennels are always clean and my pups are always happy and well taken care of. It's obvious that Paula and her staff have the dogs' best interest at heart.

Leaving two stars ONLY because we picked up two healthy fur babies and the kennels were very clean. However, I will not be back to this facility nor can I recommend it to anyone I know. The way the owner treated us at drop off was unbelievable. She was extremely rude, short, and unfriendly with my husband and I. My two dogs are like children to me, so after being treated with little to no respect by the owner, I was very concerned with how she was going to treat my fur babies. We’ve left our dogs at multiple different dog boarding facilities in different states and I’ve never had this experience at any of them. It really caught me and my husband off guard and had me very upset after we left. I would not have even left them there if it weren’t for us being in a hurry to make it to a wedding. The other staff that work there seemed friendly and caring toward the pets, but the owner needs to work on her attitude. She was even rude to her staff! If I don’t get loving/caring vibes from another human, how can I expect them to treat my dogs any better. Sorry for the bad review, but good customer service goes a long way!

Storm loves going there. It take a day to calm her down from all her excitement. but if she is happy then I'm happy. I wouldn't leave her anywhere that I didn't think she liked.

I’ve been a long time customer and this is Luna’s first time going to visit Miss PaulaShe’s almost 2 years now and I’ve only had her a few months due to the death of my beautiful Gabby. She usually would come with Phelps he wasn’t feeling very well.She only stayed two days and two nights, but she had a wonderful time and obviously played a lot because she was very tiredShe really enjoyed using the doggie door after she figured it out because I didn’t have one at homeI highly recommended Miss Paula i she is the best

The first time we use this place to board our dog. It's very nice & clean. The dogs get to go outside 4 times a day, which is amazing for my husky. You can bring your dog food, or they can feed your dog with their food. Which is science diet hill for sensitive stomach. At no extra charge.

Such a great experience here! Our Dixie girl is like another dog. Sits stays and doesn’t eat of the counter! This place does such good training and really cares about the dogs the are catering too! We will definitely use them again for boarding and brush up training!

Left our two boys there for a week and they came back happy and tired. I am so pleased with this experience (it was a big deal for me to leave my boys as I have never boarded them before). The runs are super clean and they did a great job medicating my allergy dog while I was away.

I've trusted Paula and her staff for more than 15 years to care for all of my dogs. I can go on vacation and relax knowing they have the best of care. I can't recommend Mountain Pet Resort enough for boarding and training.

We are thankful to have found Mountain Pet Resort! The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. Our toy poodles had their own indoor/outdoor run and could go back and forth. They were not put outside with other dogs which was important to us. They were given excellent care while there and we will definitely use them again!

Crystal completed the training program with Paula. She is a year old Labrador who was very high strung and had no manners at all. She had a very hard time staying engaged without becoming distracted. Today is the first day I have her back home with me and she is doing amazing. She is calm and listens and is very solid with her commands. I used to need to put her in her crate at certain points during the day to catch my breath and be able to do household things. Today she was not in her crate at all. She is even being more accepted by my 14 year old pup since she is so much calmer.I am amazed by the results and because of her success with this program, I just sent my other two, 2 year old Labradors to complete the same training.Thank you Mountain Pet Resort.Having Crystal Belle with manners is so much more fun and now she has many more privileges in the house.

We were referred to Paula and Mountain pet resort from a friend. My family and I were having a tough time training our 4 month old golden retriever. She would only train and listen to us with treats. Let’s just say the family was stressed! We got our puppy to Paula at 6 months old, and after a month of training with Paula, we have a puppy who can train and listen to us without treats! Paula helped us so much and we cannot thank her enough!! The stress has left our family and day by day, things continue to improve. Mountain Pet Resort is clean and dog friendly- we plan to use them for our boarding as well.

Absolutely wonderful experience for my dog. This was our first time boarding him and Paula helped us in the entire process. She showed me around and where my dog would be staying. Everything was very clean. We were very pleased and so was my dog. He seemed to enjoy his time there. When we went to pick him up he was calm and normal. I would recommend and definitely board my dog with them again.

This was my first experience boarding my elderly dog! It was so positive! My sweet fur baby was well taken care of and was not anxious or nervous upon coming home! She acted as if she went on vacation! Paula and her staff are wonderful!

We love GA Mountain Pet Resort! We had heard positive things about them from a friend, so we decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint! We wanted to find a safe, supportive boarding facility that would be sensitive to our dog (who has separation anxiety and confinement issues) and not allow free mixing with other, unfamiliar dogs. They are complete dog whisperers! From the first meet and greet, they were warm and very much at ease with Ladybug. She was clearly comfortable with them. When we picked her up several days later, she was confidently going about her business in her doggy run and had settled in very well. The dog kennels are spacious, with flaps to individual outdoor runs. The facility was very clean and orderly. Paula even gave thought to who Ladybug's neighbors would be! We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks for taking such great care of our dog!

They are amazing taking care of your fur family members when you leave them you don’t need to worry about them because they take care of their every need. We boarded our three dogs Friday through Sunday. I’m very nervous about leaving them anywhere, as many other pet parents are. They were very thorough upon check-in and asked all of the important questions and gave us a tour to show us where our dogs would be and answered all of our questions with patience. It was only the first time one of my dogs has been boarded and the second time for the other two, and I was not sure how they were going to handle it, but everyone did fine. They encouraged us to call and check in to ease our minds. I have two more trips coming up in the next few months and will definitely be taking my dogs back there.

Paula has a lot of experience, my Missy borded for 3 nights. And she actually ate her food. They must be doing something right 👍, Missy usually has a hard time eating when she is boarded. It is really clean and the pens are inside/outside and plenty of room.

I really can't say enough about Paula and Mountain Pet Resort. We left our doodle with her for obedience training, and WOW! This dog was a handful when we dropped him off, and now he is a very calm and well behaved fella. Paula gave us a great DVD of her training OUR DOG so we can go back to it if we need to review later, and she offered to give us a refresher if we ever slack off on our practice with him. Paula let us visit our dog during the training period anytime we wanted, and that was such a blessing. He was always glad to see us, but it was clear he was quite fond of Paula, too!The facility and kennel are amazing. We have boarded dogs in many places over the last 20 years, and this kennel is top notch. Everything is very clean, and the dogs get plenty of petting and exercise. The facility is monitored 24/7, so I felt very safe leaving our dog in their care. All exercise areas are double fenced, so even a Houdini pup is safe at all times.If your dog needs some training, or your looking for a great kennel for boarding, Mountain Pet Resort is the place to go!!

Love this place!! They took excellent care of my Brutus!! It’s clean, Brutus had access to the outside if he wanted to go out. The inside is climate controlled. When I picked him up he smelled like he had just been bathed. We will definitely use them for all of our future boarding needs. Thank you so much!! I forgot to add that I was also relieved to know that Brutus wouldn’t need his collar or harness while he was there. They don’t use them because they don’t need to. The last facility brought Brutus out with a choke collar on him. After that, he wouldn’t get in the car because he was afraid he was going back to that place. Since his stay at Mountain Pet Resort he gets in the car without any hesitation. I am so thankful for this place and will definitely be using them for our future vacations!!

I was able to have my 2 dogs stay in a nice size run and a larger outer run 4 times a day which helped them get that extra energy out! Both dogs were of course happy to see me at pick up but what was noticeable is how content they were and clean. The facility is very clean too. Definitely using them again!
