This store was good but now getting worse and worse. I think they need to chande the Manager. I bought 4LB of chicken breast, and they charged me $80 for beef steak. This is not the first time. It's the second time they have made a big mistake like this. Please be careful and check everything.

Bakery at Whole Foods is the best baker! They make it easy to order, their decorators are talented and the cake is wholesomely delicious. This has been my go to cake place for many years. Their professional staff is happy to work with you with a custom design - I usually go prepared with my idea and several downloaded images so they have a clear image of what I’m envisioning. They take it from there and presto! before you know it, you have a beautiful and decadent cake that everyone enjoys. All my party guests ask me where j get my cake and I say “Whole Foods, ssshhh keep it a secret though!”

It’s been almost 7 years in US and me and my family were never been to a whole foods market, so we finally decided to go and check it today. I really like the ambiance and courteous staff. Things look fresh and very well organized. We didn’t bought much stuff but got some nuts and cooked food. The salad bar box was 11.99 per lb which was honestly quite a lot. Flavor was good but it was pricey. Overall good experience.Location - Star - 8.5 / 10Ambiance / Environment - Star - 8.5 / 10Cleanliness - Star - 8 / 10Service - Star - 7 / 10Value for Money - No Star - 5 / 10Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.

Beyond grateful for the absolutely beautiful custom cakes and cupcakes. Walked in with a succulent and rose theme and the decorators knocked it out of the park! Fabulous job. People all said that they had never seen anything like them. Thank you all!

Enjoy going to this Whole Foods - I actually enjoy grocery shopping here, great selection, good customer service, love grabbing a huge slice of pizza when in a hurry…great wine selection and florist… my favorite treat is their Lavender Latte st the coffee bar in front! Best lavender Latte for a good price! The service is beyond wonderful!

Love this place for quite a few items that I purchase regularly .. firstly, the freshly baked bread that they have especially on the weekend mornings are amazing .. wide variety to choose from .. rosemary sourdough was amazing along with the purple rice bread … their garlic knots at the pizza section was amazing .. and they are just $1 a piece.. pizza slice was not good at all.. I just tried their pesto sauce pizza and it hardly had any taste .. usually, I love pizza at most places and was very confident that it would taste amazing here but I was wrong .. and their meat section as grass fed lamb at a reasonable price.. their pesto sauce from the pasta section is good as well..

I did my Whole Foods shopping as usual, placed my purchases in my car, then left the parking lot for a grand total of 5 minutes. It was not until I returned to the parking lot that I noticed some long signage about parking requirements but as I was a patron at Whole Foods I figured there would be no issue. Upon returning to my car I did indeed receive a $55 ticket, and upon reviewing the ticket online they claimed I was “not a patron” and had photos of me walking in the parking lot (super creepy). I then promptly returned to Whole Foods and had them return/refund my entire transaction because I will now be putting that money towards the ticket. Not once did they offer to help me nor acknowledge that I was a patron of the store. Very frustrating and felt quite gross honestly. Do not recommend this location.

Had the food bar and a grapefruit Italian soda. It was good $17.55 for my selection of shrimp scampi, salad with greens and Mexican fiesta rice, carrots glazed with apple, and grilled salmon.

I had the WORST experience I have ever had at this Whole Foods today! I parked went into the store spent a few hundred dollars and by the time I got back to my car had a 55.00 parking ticket. I approached the parking attendant and explained that I was shopping at Whole Foods and showed her my receipt. She yelled at me and said I was a liar and didn’t care, I politely explained that I had been shopping and showed her my receipt again and told her that I wouldn’t continue shopping at Whole Foods if I would be unfairly charged 55.00 to park and she yelled again and said she didn’t care and Whole Foods didn’t need or care about my business and that I had spent too long shopping there. I have been a loyal shopper for years and will not be going back!! Publix here I come!! Please be cautious as they are extorting their customers! Apparently they don’t make enough profits without extorting customers for unfair parking tickets; not to mention the attendant being one of the most disrespectful people I have ever dealt with!

Whole Foods used to be a great place, but ever since Amazon took over, the customer service has declined significantly. The quality of the food has also deteriorated and left a lot to be desired. The cafeteria is particularly frustrating as it's often unclear when it's open or closed. Employees frequently leave a sign indicating they're on a break, only to never return. Additionally, the prices have skyrocketed for what they claim to be 'organic' products. Overall, the changes since Amazon's acquisition have been disappointing.

Customer service has changed quite a bit over the last couple years. One more disappointment today. No one at the coffee bar to make coffee. Seriously? No one employee in the store can make a coffee? Whole Foods just isn’t what it once was.

Spacious and clean whole foods market that sells mostly organic products. They have a good variety of fruits and vegetables. They also have great bakery products, including cakes. The hot bar here serves a good variety of products, including pizza. They also have set up seating space both inside and outside the store for customers to have food, and they are kept very clean.

Amazon Returns Staffed only 9am-7pm even though main Whole foods store opens earlier and closes later. But there is very easy to use Self-Service return kiosk and you can return from there if you have QR code on phone or printed. Kiosk prints return label also.

Best fresh produce, grains, nuts, meat, fruits, you name it! The lunch buffet was also really good. So many high quality food you can choose from! Whole Food has Lots of parking spots in Avalon Shopping Center and made it easier for the customers.

It's nice to have a store filled with organic or all natural products. Prices are higher than other store for organic foods but at least you don't have to read every label. The meat section is great and every steak we get here is excellent. We also like the fresh breads. Even though they are not at the European standard it's significantly better than anything else around.I was not impressed with the coffee or the cakes. The cakes look wonderful but could use a major overhaul. Too sweet and missing the crisp flavors of a high quality cake with a moist finish.Still for those that care about the quality of their food from non gmo to nitrate free Whole Foods makes it easy.I noticed the latest 2 reviews about parking. It is a problem. The parking is over enforced as many Avalon shoppers park at Whole Foods and take the parking spots. Booting cars is a dirty (and possibly corrupt) business but I think they are trying to tackle a major parking problem of keeping spaces open for customers. I will edit this review since my mom lives in Avalon and i am there often.Edit:Been a year and booting still happens. Also the electric chargers broken. It’s amazing that the electric charging is free but it looks really bad when they are wobbly and broken.Cakes and breads are better and not since amazon owns them 5% cash back with my prime card. Woot.

Clean, fast, well stocked. Great beer prices. I routinely buy a tall one and finish it off in their dining area with a hot meal from their food bar. They let us drink alcohol here, and have $3 pints Wednesdays. The spring water in 1 gal. Is the best H2O I've ever had

Consistently understaffed and understocked. The checkout lines are long, whether or not you use self-checkout. I write product reviews and that often involves a lot of free products using coupons, but beware that the self-checkouts can scan your palm in order to pay, but apparently whole foods has not figured out how to allow you to scan a coupon at self-checkout and instead you need to wait in the even longer lines for an employee.

It’s located inside the Avalon community. Great neighborhood and lot of parking space. The cashier was very polite as always, they also have self checkout counters now

On 12/17/23 I parked in Whole food parking lot right in front of two armed guards to whom even I wished, crossed the road to buy something from a store and return in 10 minutes to be charged $55 parking charge. They could have informed that I am not allowed to park. This is probably a new way for Whole food to make money. You lost a Customer, I am sure you don't care.

The hot bar at this location has been pretty disappointing since the Pandemic hit. They used to have the best hot bar to get a good wholesome hot meal to eat there or to go. Now the selection is poor, the food is usually not fresh, doesn't taste good and looks awful. The pizza section is replenished so SLOW when it comes to the cooks noticing that pepperoni or cheese pizza may be out or low. We literally alwaya have to go ask the cooks by the brick oven to put more pizza out and the way is always long. Might as well just order a whole pizza fresh to take home, especially for the price od 3 slices compared to 1 whole pizza. They usually are not thrilled when we make them aware that the pizza selection is low. We honestly shouldn't have to ask them when more pizza is available for the hot bar. It's something that the cooks used to keep up with very well prior to the pandemic. There wasn't a shortage of cooks by the brick oven to make pizza as there were people one time and usually 2. When there's only 1 person there, if things look busy I give them a pass. The food and product selection in the store overall though is good with natural to organic foods and products. Their other fresh kitchen selections are worth considering such as the frozen pre-made meals that can be taken home and heated up ready to eat and their sushi and sald bars are great and fresh still.

We go to this whole food 2 to 3 times a week. We enjoy their hot food bar for the lunch and the organic groceries. My 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the size and cleanliness of the restrooms. The restrooms are so small for this size operation. 3 stalls for the women with 2 sinks jammed in by the front door. How is this to code - for all the employees and customers? Especially when acting like a restaurant with allThe food being eaten in the store. The air flow is bad. That and the smallSize is not good with ongoing Covid. They always smell. The toilets generally need to be cleaned. We have talked about stopping coming to this store,Just because of the nasty bathrooms. WouldLoveTo see this improved.

Not only was the cashier slower than molasses, she then proceeded to load 6 bottles in a double bag which was about to tear. when we brought it to her attention she looked super annoyed but then did get us an appropriate bag. Basically unpleasant and rude .

During the weekend of the lighting of Avalon, I parked at whole foods during the day as a customer. I walked away for a few minutes from the parking lot with my young son because he was curious about the events. We go to the lighting every year, but that is at night. So 5 minutes later we go in Whole Foods, but leave because they were out of what we wanted (as usual). I thought everything was all good. I drive 10-15 minutes to the Whole Foods up the road, go in the store, got what we needed, and came out to a ticket on my car. The security FOLLOWED me to the store to give me the ticket! If I had gone home, that creep would know where I stay. Needless to say, we didn't go to the lighting at Avalon and I haven't and won't return to that location. Tis a shame since we used to frequent it, even though the service and offerings stayed lackluster.

I’ve been shopping at this Whole Foods for years but unfortunately I will not be returning because of the cruel parking company they have hired. After leaving Whole Foods and loading my groceries in my car I decided to let my dog out in the grass to use the bathroom before driving home. I saw someone immediately walk to my vehicle, take a picture and stick something on the windshield. When I walked over I was dismayed to find it was a $55 ticket.I showed the parking attendant (Kendra) my Whole Foods receipt from a few minutes ago and she apologized and said there is nothing she can do to undo the ticket since she already “pressed the button”. She told me to submit an appeal so I did and it was declined even though I followed Kendra’s instruction to attach my Whole Foods receipt from that day and explain the situation when submitted the appeal. The appeal process took so long that now I have incurred fees and the ticket has gone up to $90. They have threatened that if I don’t pay it they will attack my credit. If you want to frustrate loyal customers and ensure they never come back this is a good way to do it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Always love to go to Whole Foods and Alpharetta location is the closest to my summer home in the Blue Ridge Mountains;however, over the last few years this location is not up to snuff as it use to be produce excellent but very picked over, under staffed only 2 check out lines the rest self check out. I don't come grocery shopping at Whole Paycheck to work and scan $300 worth of groceries. Plus we decided to eat at this store and decided the prepared food looked like old cafeteria food decided to order fresh sandwiches which took the counter worker 15 minutes to prepare 2 sandwiches which turned out to be mediocre overly breaded $26 ,sandwiches. The worst is the cleanness of the store bathrooms filthy dirty toilets no paper towels, ate the sandwiches in store and every table was not cleaned . Greatly disappointed that this is the third time in year that the store gets worse and worse.

We all know Whole Foods has an incredible selection of high-quality grocery and specialty items - but did you know about their pickup and delivery by Amazon?Today I dropped off an Amazon return at Whole Foods at Avalon. They scanned my Amazon return QR code from my phone, printed a label, and said we’ll take care of the rest. This was the easiest, friendliest, and most convenient return. You can even have some Amazon orders shipped to this location. Your package will be placed in a locker, and you will get a code sent to your email to open it.I highly recommend this location for Amazon orders and returns.I’ll do a review on other parts of the store in the future.

This is a new location it's a good size not as big as the location on state bridge rd, the store was fully stocked, just missing deli meats they usually carry from the deli counter, the produce section was a little confusing with mixed in organic and conventional items More conventional than organic, good seafood selection had items on sale, meat department was fully stocked and had a good variety typical meats, fair prices the cheese, olive and pickled items section was okay a little pricey for the olives but the cheeses were all different varieties at diff. Prices, the hot bar had a lot of variety and even had pizza by the slice, the bakery at this location is pretty small and I don't remember seeing ice cream section like the states bridge location. they also have a build your own taco and burger section at this location! Overall this might be the best whole foods within the metro Atlanta area.
