Little tiny store. No fish or fish products to speak of. In fact, I don't think they had any pets at all . It seemed more like a specialty store. I think it should be somewhere in the description when I did a search and got the directions. Then drove across town to find this out in person.So it's not that anyone did anything wrong, so far as employees go . The listing is what I have a problem with. There should be some obvious evidence that this is a mini store before a person wastes their time and gas. Just saying.Edit: Just suggesting adding that to the description so future customers know ahead.

Katie the groomer Is the WORST. No wonder she had immediate availability. How can she even be the grooming manager. I would never go back to this place again. She is rude and unprofessional

I have to say PETCO has always been my #1 store no matter where I am when I am shopping for my pets it has to be at Petco. So I joined Petco since 2009 when I became the owner of three beautiful red ear slider turtles. The very first time I was there I was satisfied with my shopping and the service from the staff. I kept going back and forth for reptile items but then I became the mommy of my most precious treasure "BABY JACK" My english bulldog and I knew nothing about that breed so I went to Petco in NJ and this nice guy named Loui helped me alot with my baby. Now I am living here in GA and I get the same help that I got in NJ. Staff are always helpful and nice. I LOVE to go to this petco specially because the girls (stacey, sarah)are so nice and friendly and they know Jack already so it feels like a second home to me and Jack. THANK YOU girls for the amazing job you all do. ❤

It wasn't the store. It was the corporate office that failed. I give them a 1. Couldn't fix the problem once identified, then never called back as they said an IT Tech would.

This is a small Petco. They do not have Aquarium fishes. It seems they have pet wash. It is visible from the road. But still, it is small compared to other Petcos.

I ordered online for in store pickup. The order was pulled quickly and the young man who helped to the car with the purchase was very helpful and polite. I had been warned that it may be the next day when I ordered. I was so pleased to get it so quickly. We adopted an German Shepherd from the pound. She is almost a year, but not potty trained yet. Getting the crate quickly helped with what was turning into a stressful situation. Thanks for great service.

Vivian was such a pleasure to work with she went above and beyond to get everything I needed for my cat and was kind enough to give me some great advice! Amazing customer service every time I come in but Vivian definitely stepped it up. This location actually cares for your pets and they will tell you what’s best whether it’s for food, toys or just for cleaning after your pet!

The dog trainer was in the store when I was there. She helped me find what I was looking for to keep my new dog from sneaking through my fence posts. She also kindly offered some tips to prevent the behavior. She was so nice and just listening to her for a few minutes made me want to learn more about Petco training and take classes with her. She had such a kind and calm way about her that it actually helped me to not be as stressed about the situation. This was way above and beyond what I was expecting. I really appreciated her advice and will be going back to this store for my pet needs!

Friendly customer service! I went to get a dog Bowl and unfortunately it didn't fit in my stand. They were fine with me returning same day. Great selection of toys, treats and leashes/collars for dogs. Also love that you can give your dog a bath on location. I don't own a cat but it looks like a great selection of items for cats too.

The store is bright and cheery, I'm sure because of all the windows. But beyond that, it's well organized and clean. And the sales associate who is ALWAYS there is just so happy. She clearly loves her job. It's refreshing.

I've stopped in twice now, will do so again. Sales staff is very helpful, without hovering :-) Gave me great advice on products to try, promised no hassle return if the dog vest I bought didn't fit. When you are up against on-line vendors, sales staff is essential, and yours at the store on Crabapple Road are great.

I love this new business! I brought my large Golden Retriever there and used one of the self wash bays.Lots of good quality shampoo and conditioner. I love the cool blow to get all the of wetness out of her coat. I will be back! My back doesn't hurt and I think it was comfortable and fun for my pet to get out. She even gets to pick a treat out for the way home.

Having worked in the pet industry I really like the more un-warehouse feel petco changed to. This one has an excellent staff and pet wash. The trade off is not many options on products, while they cover everything a few items I was looking for just were not there or offered an expensive off brand option.

Great staff! They always remember us making it feel more like a "local" store vs a big box. They are wonderfully helpful and point out specials on the food they know my dogs eat. Favourite location!
