This employees are actually very helpful and friendly and the store is pretty well stocked and neat and clean, the animal cages were cleaned and the animals didn’t look miserable. I adopted a rabbit here, not long ago, I have no information about this rabbit, I adopted a rabbit that nobody in the store had any information on, no gender, no breed, No Age, the only information they had was it doesn’t have 1 leg. What I’m giving 2 stars about, after I brought the rabbit home it appeared that this rabbit DOES have its leg, it’s bent inwards and it looks like it’s been broken and healed back broke, I’m not sure if it was hurt at the store, from handling, or where ever this rabbit came from, it breaks my heart, I honestly hope it’s a birth defect not a actually broken leg and healed back like that, that’s animal abuse for sure.

The store is amazing. Helpful staff and they are knowledgeable about the animals. And if they don't know enough, someone else will or they will look up information about said animal. The store is always clean and smells fresh. But I may warn y'all that if you want to adopt a dog or cat. Then you are out of luck. They don't have them at this particular location.But, they do have the local animal rescue services come and set up pet adoptions. That's about every other weekend. And, they have a licenses veterinarian who gives your pet their rabies shots, check for heart worms and other useful medical treatments for your pet. They'll even microchip your dog for $15! It's an extremely reasonable pricing.

Went in just before they closed looking for specific cat treats for a Sphinx. Jullian was more than helpful giving my friend new treat suggestions. He answered every question and gave extra feeding advice. The store was very clean and the animals for sale were well cared for. We will absolutely come back and send others to this store!

A nice pet store with good pricing. The store is small, but hold a lot of items in limited qty. The staffs are good and courteous. They try to help us to find things and explain about them. The only bad part I found is the store has more smell than other pet stores I visited till now, which can affect you if you have allergies with pets odours..

Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable friendly and compassionate staff. Customer oriented and genuinely concerned about our pets well-being. In addition to being probably the most detail-oriented and clean pet establishments around. They also just started carrying the new performatrin Ultra with a higher USDA standard than even are own human grade consumption here in the United States absolutely amazing! We won't be going anywhere else.

BIG thank you to this awesome store for being a BIG supporter of rescues! I regularly shop here for my own pets (rabbit is addicted to a bunny trail mix I can only find here and guinea pigs HAVE to have a specific brand of sun salad - don’t even ask), and I recently went in to stock up on supplies for my newest foster babies. Assistant manager and staff were SO incredibly helpful and were super generous to the rescue organization I work with. Their hearts are totally in it for these animals! So THANK YOU, Pet Supermarket!!!! Love - a grateful foster from Cherokee County Humane Society :)

Pretty good prices, but the selection of fish products is pretty limited and the service leaves something to be desired. We have a large dog and spend a lot on dog food regularly, but the cashier doesn't even look up from his phone when checking us out and the manager standing right next to him doesn't seem to care. No assistance carrying large bags of dog food out to the car, which other places will provide, and overall just not really worth the slight savings you get. PetSmart has a better selection of fish food and North Fulton Feed and Seed has a great selection of dog food and will help you to your car with it. If you're already in the area and need something and don't care if you're ignored then go for it, but it's definitely not a place to build customer loyalty.

Sadly this store is closing on June 13th, 2021. Love the Pet Supermarket as it is the only store that carries the Ulta foods our pets eat. The people that work there have always been super helpful and kind. Will really miss this location.

I passed three staff members and none even said hi to me. I wandered the entire store to find what I needed. Did not have a great selection of dog bones, at least not for larger dogs. Also, this is the only Pet Supermarket that has not offered to help my carry a 40lb bag of food to my car. Im 5'3 and 110 lbs. I was obviously struggling while the only make employee watched me try to get out the door. Not a terrible experience, but lacking in customer service for sure.

Clean store. Prices are a little high compared to Walmart or Amazon. The gentleman working today was very nice and very chatty. He was trying to help but I was more in a browsing mode today. Nothing he did was wrong just didn't take hints well. Very friendly and alternative to all guests.

They sold me a female guinea pig after telling me they only have males! Just got back from the vet who confirmed we are going to have pups!Update:Just so everyone knows they did not assist me at all... “nothing they can do” is what I was just told. So after some research, there is a guinea pig rescue called Oakland not too far away. I suggest you adopt as I should have done now that I know better! This shop is not any better than petco or petsmart like they claim to be!

They have baby rabbits in there too young to sell, should not be away from mom, nor be in plexiglass for a cage.

Alyssa was incredibly rude for no reason what so ever. We asked for 50 crickets and she was very snooty with her, "e only sell them by the dozens." Ok...is 2 crickets really going to put you guys out of business? So she yelled in a not so pleasant tone to another young lady, "ONLY GIVE THEM 48!" Really? I felt so bad for her. Noone deserves to be yelled at for no reason. With big box stores everywhere, why would you be rude to your customers? This was my first experience and my wife's 2nd or 3rd. I personally will never go back, and I purchase all the big dog food. Fire Alyssa, if you can't be happy working with and for animals, you're just a unhappy individual and might need help.

This place was terrible rude and basically ignored my brother and I for a good 15 minutes. All we wanted was to buy treats for the new puppy but the man at the cash register was trying to send an email so he tells us to wait no please just " I need to do this" so we waited wasn't till 10 minutes in I went walking around the store looking for another person. We will never be going there again

I got 10 fish there and they all died within 24hrs. I'm an experienced fish keeper and that has never happened to me before. Obviously they have issues with their fish and or tanks. Will never buy fish or products from this location again

They do not accept returns on fish...They sold a semi aggressive fish lying that it will not effect my platy's... They are eating my other fishes up and they try to sell me more things instead or taking it back..
