Hands down, best pet store. Offering top of the line food for dogs & cats. Prices are less expensive than the big box stores. Love their toys, treats and outfits. Nice size store with lots to choose from.

Honestly, I am so impressed! Will definitely be my new go-to for our pets. Needed a last minute crate for a new puppy and they delivered same day, perfect condition and the LEAST EXPENSIVE price I found anywhere. Handwritten thank you notes on each package. Thank you!

Awesome experience. I went in to find a new food for my pup who was not eating food from the big box stores well. I explained the situation to the young lady at the store and she directed me to a couple options. I brought the bags of food home for my pup and he cleaned out the bowl. We are just starting the new food so we will see how things go in the coming days. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Friendly and helpful. Will be back for a bigger bag of food for my pup next week

Amazing customer service! Absolutely love this store. I was able to leave my two bags of dog food at the counter while I grabbed groceries and the young lady let me pull up in my car after and she brought out my dog food for me. Highly recommend this store. Thank you!

Hollywood Feed has Fromm's dog food. Not available in other dog stores. Always pleased that they have all the different varieties and food types. The ingredients are very good! Bought a new flavored kibble bag and got $5 off!

Talia, MJ and crew are great.I've been getting deer corn there for a while and they've even given me a nickname!Now I've taken on a young dog and they have been so helpful. They answer my questions, give solid suggestions and just seem to enjoy helping out.They'll certainly remain my go to moving forward!

Started with Nutri source dog food not easily found elsewhere. Food is great w 3 giant Great Pyrenees. Customer service from Hollywood Feed and same day delivery is wonderful. Much better experience than with the big box online stores. Recommend highly!

I’ve been a customer of Hollywood Feed since 2016. I buy my dog’s food from them almost exclusively. The main reason I buy from them is because of their superb customer service. You can count on getting excellent service from them all of the time. I’ve only had to return products on a few occasions but when I did there were no issues on getting my money back - never any questions asked. The people that work there are super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. On top of the great service they provide, they carry excellent products at competitive prices. Can’t ask for much more.

Exceptional customer service!! Hard to find these days. I called the store looking for a specific product that this store did not carry. Not only did Veronica offer to call another store to locate, but also offered to transfer it for me so I could avoid a longer trip. The other store didn’t have it in stock either. She gave me a number to another store (not Hollywood Feed) that may carry it. Im still on the hunt for this product - but my day is brighter because of the effort that Veronica put in. Thank you!

Hollywood Feed has been a very reliable source of good quality cat and dog food and supplies. When they took over Rucker Pet, our favorite pet supply stores, in late 2018, I admit I was skeptical. I prefer to buy locally whenever possible. We soon found that everything the Ruckers had said about Hollywood Feed was true, and they are a great source of quality food and supplies. I like that they are a family business and based in the south (Memphis). On this visit, I was very impressed with the new items and as always, appreciated the excellent customer service. So I snapped a few pictures to show you what they have in their well stocked stores. Enjoy!

Love all of the Rucker pet locations! We brought our 4 dogs in for baths and the staff was so nice about recommending what our fur babies needed! The dog wash rooms were clean and well stocked and so much easier to use than struggling to wash them at home! I highly recommend this business! #shopsmall

Customer service is consistently great. This location is closing/moving soon unfortunately. I usually go there when I go to the grocery store (Kroger) next door. Sometimes items are not marked with prices, but that may be due to the change from Rucker pet to Hollywood Feed, and now the pending move. The employees promtly helped me find what I needed and the prices. One of the employees even met me outside to get the cart for me. Thank you!
