My wife and I recently went to David's in Alpharetta, GA, and were greeted by Tyler who took excellent care of us. Our vacuum was not working, primarily due to operator error and he was patient and knowledgeable while helping us with our problem, even though there was no repair to be made. We highly recommend them and appreciate Tyler's help and guidence.

**Update**Juan from David’s called me back after he could tell I left upset and told me to come back in so he could take another look free of charge. He disassembled the whole vacuum in front of me bc I could see why the fee is necessary. I actually feel bad that I wasn’t more understanding originally. They definitely made it right and I will be going back there for future needs. Thanks Juan!!*original review*I took my old Oreck vacuum (which was like new) in to have it serviced and the guy talked me into getting a new one by offering $100 for a trade in for my old (and in great shape) vacuum. So I did and paid about $300 after my trade in. I use my Roomba most of the time so this new vacuum doesn’t get much use. I maybe used it 5 or 6 times to vacuum my bedroom. That’s it. I do have long hair that gets caught in the roller, so I cleaned the roller brush and when I went to use it next, it started blowing air instead of sucking. I took it to the shop where I purchased it (now with a new name David’s Vacuums) and the guy told me my only option was to pay $100 for them to clean it and then they’d be able to see what was wrong with it. Only then would they tell me how much it would cost to fix it- which could be hundreds.Toooooootal rip off. Fool me once… I’m not about to keep throwing good money after bad. Don’t go here. But buy a new vacuum online and save yourself the trouble.

In a world where Customer Service is a lost art and often employees know little about their products. It is ever so pleasing to go someplace where to customer service, as well as product knowledge are absolutely stellar. Juan went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more pleased. This is absolutely the place to go to purchase vacuum cleaners, etc. I couldn’t recommend it more! And I would give it six stars if I could. I will absolutely be buying all future products from Juan.

My wife and I visited David's in Alpharetta and was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, demonstrated by Juan. The store had sample vac's where you could actually see how they work. We were impressed; they also do repairs.

I live in North Carolina and was looking to find a discontinued Miele part # 125-3 cord for a discontinued S658 Blue Moon canister vacuum cleaner. I called the Charlotte and Cary distributors for Miele hoping to get some help in finding this discontinued part. Both of the stores said it's not available. I then starting calling other places looking everywhere. I then called David's Vacuum in Alpharetta, GA. I spoke to a lady I think her name was Mikayla. She found the part in Houston, TX quickly. When I called back to the store to order it Juan helped me to get the part ordered since the lady wasn't working that day. Both of the people were very helpful and courteous in helping me out. Wanted to thank both of them....... If they hadn't taken the time to look I probably would have had to buy a completely new vacuum cleaner.

I'm very pleased with this repair store. I have a miele dog & can vacuum and they have serviced it & sometimes can look at it right there & figure out the problem. Super nice & very knowledgeable. Store also has some good stain & oder removal products as well at the Bergot home fragrances.

Would not recommend. Shady. Will not honor warranty tune up since it’s a “new ownership”. But they did before. Tried to sell me a part for $65 and and tune up for $99 that I’m supposed to get for free. Said it would be 2 weeks before receiving the part. Ordered online for $19.71 and will be here in 2 days. Maybe they should buy from the people I bought it from. Don’t see how they’re still in business. Another lady was having a warranty issue when I was in there and she was very unhappy as well. We will not do business with any David’s vacuum store anymore.

I have never owned an Oreck vacuum but have always heard they were excellent. I purchased one over Labor Day weekend and was not only impressed with the machine but the service I received. Brian and Juan were so patient and thorough. I was given a demonstration of the vacumn and all my questions were answered promptly. I was also interested in the E-mop and Brian was very knowledgeable and explained the many features of the mop system.Most of all, I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase the vacuum or the mop. That impressed me, especially in light of all the time that was spent helping me.I would highly recommend the Windward Oreck store not only for its products but for the outstanding service provided, with a smile.

Extremely pleased with the service my Rainbow vacuum received at David’s Vacuum in Alpharetta. I was a little taken aback by the price but after using it the first time I believe it was worth it.
