Super friendly, loving and professional staff. The facility looked and smelled clean. “Cowboy” can come across as mean but only because he’s had a ruff (🤣) past (he’s a rescue Great Dane). The staff knew exactly what to do to make him feel right at home. He followed them to his kennel. I picked him up a week later. Thank y’all for taking such great care of our youngest.

Our family has been planning a vacation for months. Called yellow dogs months ahead to make a reservation. 1 week prior to dropping off our dogs I happened to call yellow dog to ask about having our dogs bathed and nails clipped while they are there. Come to find out we don’t have a reservation because they say they marked their calendar incorrectly and now they cannot accommodate our pets with no attempted to reconcile us beyond “well please try us again”. That’s very doubtful, to say the least. Followed all their instructions, had email correspondence with correct dates and everything was in order. Now we are stuck trying to find another boarder, 1 week prior to our vacation due to no fault of our own but thanks to a large degree of incompetence on their part. Do what you will with this info but I would make sure they do not double book your pet, then hang you out to dry also.

Had availability for my dog at the last minute. Other than that the customer service is horrible. I brought my own dog food but it wasn't used. Also with my dog being in a new environment he peed on the floor which I cleaned up behind him after that she had the meanest attitude. My dog is a happy dog. He licked and jumped on her. She yelled get down. On my vacation I still felt worried for my dog because of the way they carried themselves while in the present of dropping him off. Never again will he go back there.

BEST PLACE TO SEND YOUR DOGS WHILE ON VACATION! My two pups are always so happy to see the employees when we drop them off. They have a great outdoor play area. It seems the dogs are well fed, bathed, and played with often.

Really have had such a wonderful experience using the YDK, it's easy to see they genuinely care for the animals they keep. I've been to other kennels where bad habits and lack of exercise were apparent in as little as a 5 day boarding but my dogs always come out happy and well cared for. I especially like the fenced in run and play area, you'd be surprised how many places in town do little more than a walk on a leash a couple of times a day and I tell you that's sure not enough for my dogs. I definitely highly recommend YDK!!!

We have left our animals in the very capable hands of the yellow dog kennel staff numerous times. They treat all the animals in their care like their own and always go the extra mile! Thank you Yellow Dog!

My golden retriever used to dread going to the kennel. Now he hops in the car and happily greets the staff at yellow dog. The play area is a big plus, it would be highly offensive to my dog to be forced to do the necessaries in his run. Seems bad grammar and weird demands predict a bad review.

They're pretty good. My dogs were too rowdy to stay but I expected some people trained in taming dogs though. But a 5 star if not for that.

I will not recommend. They do not honor reservation agreements even when they were made months in advance. They originally said they would administer medication but backed out of that as well. Because they did not agree with us they completely cancelled our reservation with no reason. Very poor business and customer service organization.

very unprofessional would tell works to throw out the owners of the dogs food away and use theirs instead and wouldnt allow the dogs to eat at the schedule that their ower has for them would call owners and staff idiots and dumb and would cuss at the staff
