Dr. Hart, Dr. Hunkele, and all the docs have treated my dogs and me with the greatest care and compassion. Jamie and the office staff are wonderful! I have been a long-term customer for 38 plus years. Would not even think of going anywhere else! They have seen me at my best with my animals and Lord knows I've seen me at my worst, when I've had to say goodbye. I love the doctors, I love the staff, and they have great grooming facilities. Feel very comfortable if I have to board my animals, you don't feel as guilty if you have to leave them overnight for any reason.

My dog had a first time seizure last night.Dr. Hart was calm and insured me she was not going to die from a seizure.He highly recommended senior blood work since she had not had any in 3 years. He said it would reveal a problem or let me know there was none. He handled the visit very well and I was pleased. Been a patient there for many years. Office staff is phenomenal..

Amazing veterinary team! I know my 12 year old Lucie is in good hands when she goes for her visits or has to stay overnight for boarding. They make sure they walk you through everything and are really good about answering questions.

This was the first time I took my baby to be boarded. He was so calm and relaxed when I picked him up. That made me happy. He's usually frazzled and even shaking. I'll definitely be using them in the future. 🐶🐾

My 4 month old Chocolate Lab had a skin irritation. I was able to walk in on a saturday and my pup came out feeling great. I was a little shocked when I got the bill. I did not like the fact that I was not told what the price would be before the services were rendered. What would happen if I couldn't afford it?

Absolutely amazing. We called in because my cat was unresponsive. They got us in, immediately. And took him. We thought he was going to pass away. He had a bladder blockage. They saved him. ❤️❤️❤️ Could not ask for a better team. Albany along with us are really lucky to have them.❤️❤️

I would not go to any other place in Albany. I have taken my dogs here for years and have formed a great relationship with EVERYONE on the team. From the moment you walk in reception is so helpful and thoughtful. The vets are all wonderful and so compassionate with the animals. Its a all around great experience. I would say this place genuinely cares about making your visit as great as possible.

My dog is my other child . They were as helpful, informative and completely thorough with his diagnosis and treatment. I wouldn't let anyone just see my furry child only people that know how another parent feels with concerns of one of their owns well being. Thanks and Charlie and I greatly appreciate it.

The vets and staff are awesome folks! The dog groomers are great with all my dogs and do a wonderful job. I would have given five stars but if ya ever have to deal with woman in billing for any reason she can be very rude. No matter how nice and polite you are. With that said, I'd recommend this vet office in a heartbeat to anyone.
