My shopping experience at this location is usually nothing too strange. However, this evening’s trip to this familiar store has totally been very frustrating. There were zero shopping carts in both places where they are usually stored. Customers were entering the store to shop and then having to go back outside to find a shopping cart. After my husband finds a working cart from outside, we kindly approach an employee, who is standing close to a checkout line and looking at her cell phone, to let her know that there are no carts inside the store. We ask if she would please alert the manager or someone responsible about this. She then replies “This is my area and I don’t have anything to do with that”. She also rolls her eyes and goes back to her phone. We then go to customer service and find two ladies who tell us “we don’t have anybody here to go and get them”. What is happening to work ethic? Sadly, we stayed and completed our shopping task but only because it was for someone else. This will not be our go to store next time. Soooo disappointed.

The Ledo Road location was extremely busy and I totally understand that. However, what I do not understand is why I received an email stating that my curbside order had been picked up while I was in route (50 miles round trip). I also could not reach anyone in customer service or in the curbside department.

I give this store 5 stars because of Trenton in the auto service area. If you ever tried calling Walmart Automotive Care Center or basically any area of the store, your chances are similar to winning the lottery on making a connection. However, this is not true in the auto area (Ledo rd) department. Trenton does an outstanding job of juggling. He will answer the phone and 'yes, you will be put on hold' as he waits on customer's in line but he does return to the phone. If you ask a lot of the employees a question they do not try to find the answer and will either tell you that it is not sold at the store or they are out. I advise you to download the app for location of items. However, when I spoke with Trenton, he took the time to verify that the items were available before I drove to that location. After arriving, I watched him multi-tasking and his performance was very good. There was always customers in line and the phone ringing, but his positive attitude and professionalism sets him apart from the average worker who doesn't care about customers. He is a valued asset to that area.

I went to find me a snack after work and seen these cookies and on my my they or so so delicious 🤤 and help that this company helping kids so I decided to buy two to support them if you love s'mores you will love these.

Spent 45 minutes in fabrics waiting to get half a yard cut. Asked 3 employees for help, all three said they would find someone. It never happened. Left without it. 0/10 would not recommend go somewhere else.

If you are a spark driver I would not recommend that you come to this store.There were some good Spark orders coming through the system but the Walmart employees were not bringing them out in a timely manner.This Walmart has lost me about $85. I tried on 4 separate occasions on Saturday August 12th to get a Spark order. Waited 40mins each time. Even spoke with a few of the employees. One of them even had the nerve to say that. "If you feel that you waited too long you can cancel the order." You cannot make any money canceling orders. So my experience with their Spark pickup is -1.

We are in Albany, GA, and we stopped at Walmart. We were looking in the DVD section and found outstanding discounted DVDs. I grabbed up One Day at a time at $9.96. The office & 30 Rock for $5.00. My wife was a little suspicious of the posted price. We asked an employee to check the prices and was told all around $50.00. I told her that it was and still was in the discount section. We went to and talked to several other employees who directed us to the store manager, who told me that he couldn't help if people moved DVDs to the incorrect location. When they checked the price, I was told that One Day at a Time didn't have a floor location. We checked the dvd's on display and couldn't find the floor location on any of the dvd's. The store manager said that they were moving all the locations of the DVD's around. So was he telling me that non Walmart employees would go into the back, employee only area find the dvd's and put them on the floor without the store managers knowledge. He told me that the best he could do was give me a 10% discount. I told him that I wanted the display price. He told me that he couldn't give me that price. An employee went with me to the display and called on the radio that the entire display was wrong, and he was going to remove the entire display. So if you go to Albany, GA Walmart, recheck every price! The store has non employees setting up displays without the store manager knowing. I know that Bait & Switch is illegal and that I should have gotten the display price. BUYER BEWARE!

Tried buying ciggarettes , 10 munites before closing , a woman who is suppose to be the manageress got very rude and ill manered , refused to sell them to me withoit any reason , only after she called her manager did they sell it to me. Never coming back.

I hate the self checkout. The store is dirty. The restrooms are dirty and frequently out of order. Some employees are extremely rude. Others will go out of their way to help. I have to check the “use by” dates when applicable because products are frequently out of date. Return/refund policies are good. Pharmacy is the main reason why I go to Walmart. The pharmacy is great. Best one I’ve ever used all over the country. Pharmacists are phenomenal.

Don't do the pickup service. 4+ hours late and tried calling walmart and they didnt pick up so I canceled my order. Walked in to the store and it was completely empty. Weren't busy at all and all the associates were just hiding in the aisles on their phones and making personal phone calls. Quality of food and drinks that they put on the shelves are also really poor. *update* happened multiple times now. Ive reported that department to corporate because this walmart does not do pickup. Got hung up multiple times by employees. Over it.

Actually not bad today since they had several cashiers. Otherwise hate the place as a whole. Just remember places like this destroys small business in price wars and in return you get bad service and also stopped by door patrol.

In all honesty this store doesn't deserve even 1 star. The service is awful, management has no sense of what their associates are doing. Unless absolutely necessary I do not go into this store due to inappropriate relations witnessed between associates in dressing room. Grocery pickup is a joke, my husband and I waited almost two hours for a 8am pickup order, I've been given items I didn't order, missed items I paid for, and have had to deal with some of the rudest associates that outweigh the very few decent order pick up associates they do have.

Went to the store to order a cake on November 20th I was told (by a light skinned short lady that was decorating a cake at the time) that I needed to order online. Ok so I ordered the cake on November 25th to be ready on December the 9th. December 9th 9am I decide to check my email. At 7:35 am I received an email stating that my order has been cancelled due to “technical issues”. The order was placed quite a while ago, why didn’t I receive this email a few days before the day I needed it instead of the day of?. This is the absolute worst bakery to order a cake from please stick to Publix or your personal baker.

I cannot stand the service here. If people order things and want them delivered then a 3rd party is doing those orders. How can 6 people from online ordering walk past me and say NOTHING as if I’m supposed to be standing here. I shouldn’t have to stand here for 30 minutes before being acknowledged when all y’all have to do is give me the cart with the merchandise already in it. It absolutely ridiculous for people to work in CUSTOMER service and NOT service the customer. Too many people ONLY worrying about a check. And I just said something to someone and she looked at me and kept walking. I’ll be emailing corporate

I went to Walmart on Ledo in Albany to have my Headlights restored on July 18, 2023. Trenton Hall did a fabulous job and made them look new.. He was professional and courteous. Highly recommend! Also, while I was waiting, I shopped. Mykesha and Michael in the infant/children's department helped me find something important to me. I truly enjoyed my visit to Walmart. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful!

Only went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The old Caucasian lady was real nice and the older black man that seemed to be the manager took care of everything else. I'd love for it to be done quicker but, overall good experience.

Customer service has gone down hill way down .. there is no more assistance just a don't bother me vibe I am trying to stock the shelves kinda response from most employees.. and the Mgrs are just as bad at times rude and distant.. everyone wants a paycheck with out working for it just walk around and talk amongst them selves .. do not ask them a question with out a disgruntled look in your direction as if you interrupted them from deep thought.. try harder Walmart you want our money,, earn it .. we do..

Sorry to say this store employees are very unprofessional. I have never been to a Walmart that does not have a manager on site. The children on the front end were very rude. Used profanity against me and my family and customers that were in line behind us.

Pro:Most of the time, I am able to find what I need in a reasonable amount of time for relatively low prices. I consider this to be a big plus. Also, cute ladies like checking me out here apparently. You know who you are 😎- I'm not complaining.Con:They only have a few cash lines, and they are always long.None of the self-checkout machines take cash. It has been this way here for at least a year - why is it taking so long, or is it permanent?***UPDATE***They almost ALWAYS have self-check machines open.

As always the food is fresh and delicious. Eating here is like going to grandma's house for dinner. Their farm fresh southern fried chicken is the best you will ever put in you mouth. I recommend "Sister Cafe" to everyone. So come on home!

What can anyone say about Walmart, no matter where you go, good discounted, reasonable prices. There are certain products that I will only purchase here. The only issue is when the volume of product isn't enough for their customer base, causing my favorite products to not be available at times sadly. No matter what, though, I will be returning. The service is adequate given that customers are mostly checking themselves out at self-serve lines. Everyone greets and says goodbye to you with a smile as well.

Nothing works right in this Walmart. Don't get any pickup orders at this one it will take at least an hour before they come out with it, and they won't give you YOUR order inside.
