I highly recommend this place.They are very customer friendly. I called twice with questionsThey were very good about helping me to open the window and screen so I could put a heat lamp and air conditioner in my dog Kennel. They have made my life so much happier and peaceful. And giving my dogs the best quality place to stay. I have giant Mastiffs.Let's face it dogs have accidents. A mastiff is like having a horse . My dogs love it and accidents are an easy job. Scoop it up and hose it off. I thought it was gonna be a rough transition for my dogs.. they are happier and still get the quality time with me. Cause now I'm not mopping up or cleaning up a mess in the house. No more dog oder.Momma is a happy girl and so are my big guys.They are locked up and safe from dog stealers.I'm so happy I did this.

Great selection of storage buildings. Danielle was patient and very helpful in identifying the best building to fit our needs.Jeff expedited the delivery to meet our time constraints. Delivery by Country Craft was impressive and the building was set exactly where requested, leveled and stabilized to give it a solid foundation.Will definitely purchase from True Quality again.

Wow! What a wonderful experience buying a 22 x 36 RV shelter from this dealer. Jessie (Owner/operator) and Baige (Associate) was extremely knowledgeable and hands on through the amazingly fast process from start to finish... (Only 8 days I might add) Jessie (True Quality Sales) uses a very efficient manufacturer for the material, (keeps you updated via email daily) and the subcontractor that they hired was amazing as well. Very competitive pricing, but the most important is his customer service was awesome! One example is he didn't charge me for some upgrades and when the installer was there we discussed using an extra mobile home anchor on the west side of the building because my ground is soft as butter. He didn't have an extra anchor with him. So, I called Jessie and ask if I could buy one from him and I'll send my wife to pick it up at his lot. He said he wouldn't take any money from me and would bring it out himself. Approximately 8 miles from is office. What more could you ask for? I have already recommended Jessie (True Quality Sales) to my family.

I went out looking for a trailer and not really interested in purchasing, but to just get a feel of prices and quality. I ended up at True Quality because I had seen the enormous inventory of sheds and trailers on their lot. I was greeted immediately by Mark Donnan and Jesse Dennis. Outstanding customer service, great finance options and great prices! I would greatly recommend going by to see them before you purchase and give them a chance to get your business. They are also family owned and operated and live in the community.

We are happy with the two sheds we purchase from them. We purchase one last year and was very happy with the sheds, price and the staff’s so much so that we came back for another. You know as a repeat customer the owner gave us a discount for coming back. As my husband and I drove up on the parking lot there was this young man waiting to assist us with what ever we wanted and soon after the owner came out too. Very good customer service and there’s something else we want to get and we will be back. Oh they told us they would deliver it on Thursday and that they did and we found out later it was the same guy who delivered our first shed very friendly and did an excellent job.Thank you all we will be back and of course we recommend this place for your sheds need.

True quality had a wide variety of storage options on the lot to see and choose from. The staff was helpful and informative and upbeat while being patient with us as we chose our unit. I would definitely recommend anyone in need of storage stop by here for the best selection and service. When we received our storage “She Shed” the man who delivered it was also very friendly, capable, and knowledgeable! We will definitely return here if we are ever in need!
