Good selection of animal and outdoor gear. Store is clean and staff is friendly. Great variety of pet foods, treats, and medicine. They also offer a good selection of outdoor wear and work clothes as well as shoes and boots. They offer lawn equipment and ATV's also. Great store for the outdoor person.

I bought a few 16 ft cattle fencing from them today. I wanted them delivered because I had no way of transporting them. They told me because of the size, it would be $70 for the delivery fee. Fine. Not unreasonable. Gave them my address and they scheduled the delivery. Got called a few minutes ago, saying the delivery company would not deliver because the 16 ft size was over their limit. So the manager is having one of his guys load a trailer and bring it to me. Not only that, but since they don't have to pay the delivery company now, he said he would reimburse me the delivery fee for the inconvenience. He didn't have to do that. But I totally appreciate it. Great people here. Everyone should support this company. They go way above and beyond.

The older lady Lisa that works here is very rude and hateful and I’m a firm believer that when you are out in public wearing your uniform you are still representing that business and she was is Dairy Queen assuming on her lunch break being very rude and hateful to the cashier and employees at the counter all because they rung up the wrong menu item yelling at them snatching from them and she is very rude and no customer service skills when you go into the store

Nice and helpful employees. Have what you need for poultry. Very happy with this place and is where I buy my feed at. Also happy for joining neighbors club. They sent me a coupon on my birthday. I like getting the chicks from here too.

I really like this store. I can get almost anything I need or want here. I have purchased beautiful clothes, products for my dog including food, medicine and toys, gifts for friends, wrapping paper for the gifts and various implements for my husband too

Love my tractor supply store. Staff are always willing to help me load my purchases. However, if I could get one of them to help me unload and carry those big bags of dog food into the house, I would definitely give them 100 star rating.

I was at TSC this morning and couldn't locate everything I was seeking after looking around for a while. As I was checking out, the cashier asked me if I found everything and I told her I couldn't find the vet wrap. She directed me to it and I was able to complete my shopping trip. I was very thankful since I've been trying to find it for a while. Every time I go to TSC, everyone is helpful and courteous.

Thanks for the generic reply Tractor Supply CO. I feel the concern.I'm highly disappointed!!! First of all you way over charge on name brand cat food then you advertise a $5.00 gift card to buy that food only to not get it. Train employees to know how to do their job instead of how to play dumb and how people won't notice till its too late to do anything about it.Was a frequent shopper but think I'll buy food elsewhere.

Nothing short of amazing. Everyone at this Tractor Supply is very friendly and extremely helpful. I usually shop with my small daughter and buy a lot of feed making it challenging to load it on the cart with her. They always offer to help me and even load it in my car. It makes the trip so much easier.

I would give them an even lower score if I could after the way I was treated after my house burned down.I couldn't produce a receipt for something that I had ordered and paid for in advance so I didn't get what Iin good faith purchased.It had to have been in their system but the manager along with the corporate office wasn't interested in looking.I was told that they didn't care about me or my business.

They have just about every thing you need. I used to buy Blue Buffalo brand dog food & then discovered that Tractor Supplies brand, 4Health has all the ingredients Blue Buffalo has but at a lesser price. So we now buy 4Health for our Basset Hound & he loves it. They have a variety of flavors as well as grain free. The store is very clean & they always greet you upon entering.

TSC is my go-to store for a number of things for use around the house. Always buy my dog food from here. More often than not I'll pick up any tooling I might need from here as well while I'm getting the dog food. They've got a great selection of just about everything that I find myself in need of, and I've always appreciated that about the stores. The Albany location is also conveniently located right next to the local Walmart.

I always hear how awful Albany GA is. Of course this is said by people that don't live here or shop here. I went to Thomasville Ga location and couldn't get anyone to assist me at all. I walked out without purchasing a thing. I have ALWAYS had excellent customer service here. I have never had to beg for assistance from the great employee here. Stopped by to ask the manager a question about the $2899 lawn mower I just purchased from there. Was told u will have to wait he is on break.....service after the sale....stood at customer service so long without any help, I had to call tsc customer support while in the store..i have never seen such bad customer service.

I like tractor supply but the prices are just a little high. Plus the last two times I have been in there I could not find anyone to help me but the person at the cash register and he couldn't leave but one time real quick, and that was just because he had no one at the register but he was helpful.
