My wife and I had a bad experience with Lowe’s and the manager, Robert, and immediately went to this Home Depot to see if we had better luck. Not only did we have better luck but we were greeted by an employee named Mr. William in hardware. He was kind, helpful, and overall a joy to talk to. He’s everything customer service should be and even spoke highly of his management and co workers. By the way, we weren’t even in hardware. He just happened to see us and asked if there was anything he could help with. I apologize for the long review but this kind of interaction is rare these days and I felt it deserved to be mentioned. My wife and I were loyal to Lowe’s until this and will exclusively shop at Home Depot now. So if you’re in this Home Depot, look out for Mr William in hardware and give him a shoutout. Thank you for being so great to us.

While remodeling bathroom, having customer send me items she found on line, was able to go in store to order all items. Interacted with several employees and was pleased with each one. Items arrived at store and was immediately notified they were ready for pickup. I highly recommend this store as they are professional people to deal with.

Love me some Home Depot, but occasionally you will run across someone who says, “That isn’t my job.” We needed help with loading 10 bags of potting soil so the cashier (who was absolutely the best and very helpful) called for help. An employee with an orange Home Depot vest on that said “Garden Loader” on the back told her that he’ll help this time, but for future reference it wasn’t his job. Wasn’t his job?!? His vest literally had “Garden Loader” on the back. Am I missing something??

On 01/29/24 I went to the Albany, GA store to buy a roll of electrical wire. After a prolonged wait I put my hand through the gate and took the wire, put it in my cart and I continued shopping for a ceiling fan. Soon after an associate started to question us, I explained that I took it from the shelf because nobody showed up to assist us. At that point he started an argument about why the items were locked (and honestly, we don’t care why), in a rather derogatory manner grabbed the item from the cart somehow implying that I intended to steal it and walked me and my wife to the checkout. In the process I couldn’t buy the fan, and never mind that for the last two years since we moved here, we spent thousands of dollars on appliances and materials for our new home. In conclusion: yes, we are foreigners; yes, we don’t look like most of the Americans, but we are used to being looked down and discredited, so, thank you for your services and we will never set foot in your store again.

The girl at the customer service desk was extremely rude and just constantly stared her phone, ignoring me. I asked her to see a manager and she had a miss Antoinette Finally, come up to the counter after about 15 minutes awaiting while the girl at the customer service desk talk to her boyfriend on Her phone. She continued to tell me that it would not take my return. And that perhaps I would be a happier customer with lowe's or other department stores. I will never be returning to this home depot and I advise everyone to stay away.

Bad management, spend your money at Lowe's. Trying to return a vent that cost 11.97, and the assistance manager wanted to give me 3.56. When he pulled the price from the card used for payment knowing what I had pay.

Exemplary customer service from Alexis, and especially Emily at Albany and Renee at Cordele. All went above and beyond to help fix several SYSTEM and other staff errors. Theywere breathes of fresh air in an otherwise "smelly" experience.Billy Wayne is one of the BEST store associates I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is VERY knowledgeable about most Home Improvement areas, especially plumbing.

Are stove died last week. I went to Home Depot and bought a nice Samsung and a LG Dryer. I was waiting for the stove outside. The sails guy rolled it out to me he was a great help!

I waited 2 weeks for a washer/dryer to be delivered to my house, they confirmed the appointments several times along the day.However they never showed up, at the end of the day a third party company called me rudely and said that they weren’t able to deliver my appliance, and re scheduled me for a week a head.They were not only disrespectful with my time, which I had to take out from work, she said they were too busy to deliver on the following days. After explaining her that I couldn’t take another day off from work she said that was not her problem and that I could call Home Depot and deal with it.

assistant manager Lisa has bad attitude with us as customer bought 2 washer 2 dryer and one of the washer was not working and the insurance company they send us to them they never show up for 1 month, so instate of she apologize for that she refused to return it and she was not respectfull at all, I don't understand why? they should put someone to help the customer not to disrespect them. if anyone knows the email of general manager let me know please

Today, 27 Aug @ 1130, I purchased seven boxes of tile. I asked the cashier did she have anyone to help me load and she yes, let me get someone. She called a guy named Celab, I think I spelled his name correctly. When he came in, he told the cashier that he had to assist someone in the service depth. What bothered me the most is that when he finished with that task he seen me standing there, looked at me, and walked the other way. I'm ok if you don't want to help me, just tell me. Just poor customer service.

I enjoy this Home Depot, the staff is super friendly and there's always someone close by if you need assistance. I particularly enjoy the garden center. They always have a great selection of plants, soil, fertilizer, etc. I also like the fact that it's right off the interstate so it's easy to get to.

Beware if you try to do a PICKUP for Curbside!! Got email saying our order was ready, then one we had received our pickup. Guess what? WE DID NOT RECEIVE OUR ORDER!! (2) men got our order ! $120 worth free!! The Employee did not ask for a order number or name conformation!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Too waited 2 hours before we were told what happened and we asked for a REFUND!!! Will not be back.. at this rate Depot will be out of business soon! :(

Always check before you leave if getting anything cut by them. Went to get wood cut, gave the man the dimensions that I needed i even had an example of the wood size, thickness, and length with me so he could measure as well. He said ok and cut the wood. Got home and it's completely wrong. I should've checked before I left and I should've went to Lowe's.

I enjoy shopping or browsing through it all at Home Depot. Not Surprisingly, I guess... Christmas is out already. I'm not there yet since I fall over the Fall Season of Autumn. My favorite time of the year. There was some fall item's still available and Halloween as well.I do like to get my household cleaners, light bulbs, Swifter mop accessories, hand washing soaps, and other daily to monthly used from here. Along with getting the unusual item's I might need.On this particular day, in Albany - the clerk who checked my mother and I out separately seemed to not have wanted to be there. She did not even hand the bag she put our merchandise in. She just walked off. We of course went over and got it ourselves. Maybe it was just not her day. All other employees there were very polite and/or helpful.

The Albany Home Depot is usually clean. It's well organized and easy to learn where things are.I did have a recent issue at the Albany, GA Home Depot, on Friday 11-10-23. The DeWalt 6½ inch battery-powered circular saw was plainly advertised on the app for $99. The app said to check the store for availability. I went to the store and asked an associate about the tool. She said they had 4. They were stored higher up, so she would have to get help to reach it. She returned and said the manager said those items were reserved for Black Friday and wouldn't be available until then. There was NOTHING in the HD app that stated that the tool was resrved for Black Friday. When I told the associate that Lowe's had that saw on sale for the same price she just repeated the manager's comment about Black Friday and HD refused to honor their competitor's (Lowe's) price for the identical tool.I told the associate to let her manager know that I would go across the street and spend that $100 over there. I was met with an air of indifference as if customer service and truth in advertising no longer matter at HD.I called the 800 customer service number. The associate I spoke to responded with the same "Black Friday" line. He was at least apologetic, but said there was nothing he could do.

-1,000,0000,0000 ⭐s Is what I actually give it. Home Depot used to have great service. NOT TODAY! The young lady that helped us was extremely unprofessional. It wasn't the fact she was learning. Everyone has to learn. But she had her mother and grandmother to surprise visit. When she was informed, she started talking to her coworkers about how they were there and how happy she was they were visiting.They came as we were trying to get an estimate. Meanwhile, we're just sitting there. So she starts talking to her visitors and then to her coworker about her parentals. The coworker didn't help, he joined right in on the conversation. And this ridiculous behavior continued up till we left. She had to be at least 20/25. Has she never worked? That's how they were acting. As if it were her first job. Do better please!

Great place, always clean and has plenty of neat tools to browse once you've found what you needed. The staff is very helpful and kind but won't bother you if you'd like to be left alone. It's a little hard to get out of the parking lot sometimes, but that's not the HD's fault.

Asked if they had an item....something somewhat obscure and not likely that the average customer asked for. The employee told me not just the isle I could find it on, but also the bin number where it was located. It's clear he knows his department very well. A lot better than my experience at another store, which you can read about on my other post, for the other store I visited on the same day. Great job, Home Depot.

Superb customer service by Antoinette and crew from the Customer Service desk! Ordered insulation online and went to pick up the order, but it wasn't there. She gave me the newest version at the clearance price, with the same bulk rate I purchased online! The only "complaint" I have is the time it took me, but I understand that life is slower post-Covid and under-par customer service (usually, that is; especially in South GA). But, they did a great job! I appreciate it!

Good hardware, appliance, and builders supply store. Staff, while inadequate in number by my standards, are very helpful and friendly. Left turns from the parking lot can be difficult at times due to traffic coming from and going to the expressway.
