I always have a great time at target. Every department has a great selection. My favorite is the dollar deals at the entrance. We get all of our bath toys there for reasonable prices, so we're also able to load up and get a lot.The grocery selection is also nice. I'm able to get things here that I may not come across at Publix.There's almost always something in the baby clearance too.Never fails, I go in for just a couple things, and leave spending 100 or better. I for sure would recommend target for any shopping needs.Oh, the staff is always nice too. They do great to acknowledge customers upon entry and even throughout the store. The option of cashier or self check out is nice too.

The Albany, Georgia Target was a nice experience. The sales associates were professional and made sure they informed the customers of the wait time when waiting in line to check out. MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!

The gentleman working in the electronics department is the best employee I have encountered at a big box store!!! An item was mispriced and he walked over and checked it with me, then happily took care of the problem. Good customer service and he did so with a smile😁

I love Target and will always be a faithful customer, BUT I had a negative experience with the customer service employee at this location. I explained to him that I was returning my son's birthday gift due to him receiving a duplicate; he quickly processed the refund and said "the money has been refunded to your credit card", but I wasn't the buyer. He refunded the money to the sender's credit card!...he couldn't void the refund and give me a gift card, which was my initial request. Accidents happen, I know...I just wished he was listening a little bit better on the front end.

One of the better Targets that I have been in across the US. It tends to be clean, well stocked and has friendly employees. Prices can be pretty high on some items, but that's to be expected. Over this whole mask mandate.The movie section used to be so much more awesome. If that had not been downsized, this could be a 5 star rating. Terrible movie selection.

Target is usually great, but tonight we had to put back all the clothing we had due to the fitting room being closed. Not able to try on clothes to make sure they fit before purchase, so we had to shop elsewhere.

During this new ago we are living in. I have started using store pick up or curb side a lot. I must say that by far your store was the best experience i have had. Target just gained another loyal customer for life.

There is rarely a time where I go into Target and don't find what I'm looking for. It's simply the go to spot. It's nice that they have a Starbucks inside but it's tastes like the rest of them. Watered down coffee. The popcorn is good though. The staff here usually speaks and is friendly. The security guy just give mean looks and keep walking. He's not so friendly. 😕 But all and all a good place to shop. I enjoy it.

Target is great but one of their employees at the Albany, Ga store, Hillary, made our experience exceptional! She was very helpful, kind, and friendly! She was originally working at the Starbucks counter, saw that the registers were backed up, and came over to help out. She then returned to Starbucks where she was fantastic as well! The world needs more people like Hillary!

My wife just left this Target. Only cashier open told her she was closing. She asked manager if someone could check her out as she had our son in the buggy and did not want to leave him unattended as tried to self check out. Manager told her she could show her how to use self check out. My wife again asked if someone could check her out. Manager muttered something under her breath and walked off laughing. Not to mention empty shelves in the baby section and coffee section.

Lots of good deals, but, in a confusing layout. I realize that stores are laid out in this fashion to have you spend more time in them in the hopes you will find more products you want. This store takes that policy to a new level. If you can find an employee they are very helpful however.

Unfortunately, this target has consistently disappointed. Their inventory is weak and the store is not organized in a consumer friendly manner. Prices are also higher than their competitors in town. The staff has been kind, but lacking in store knowledge my last 3 visits. For example, my last 2 visits have been for bridal or baby registry gifts. The online registrys were much more convenient than in store; however, not mobile friendly with needed info on the first screen of my large phone. After finding the area of the store i wanted, the clothing was not in size or product order and there was, maybe, one item per size (but in 3 different cases, only 1 of 3 sizes...none in the registrants desired size). At checkout the cashier was on her phone...that honestly didnt bother me but was not very professional, and she put it away as soon as i approached...and when i asked for a gift receipt for the sale, she printed one for the gift bag. I went to customer service where she helped print a gift receipt for the entire sale...she thinks...but recommended i just give the real receipt to the mama because she (the customer service rep) could not verify what was on the gift receipt. Wait, then what is the point of the gift receipt?Ugh. I do my best to shop at other stores in town. Customer service is important to me, but not offered at this Target. The store was clean...that was nice.

During this pandemic, from the start, the Target store in Albany, GA has been using safety measures to keep themselves and the public safe. It is one of the few stores in our area I feel comfortable shopping at. The employees are going above and beyond and deserve hazard pay for their service during this terrible time in our country. They took this pandemic seriously from day 1 and they deserve to be rewarded for doing so. I normally love shopping at target, but I especially love shopping there now because they have gone above and beyond to keep our city going with their supplies.
