Daisy Mae always comes from the grooming appt(we call it the Salon)looking and smelling great. Teeth cleaned, nails groomed, and shiny coat! Her boyfriend thinks she's gorgeous!

I went in Petsmart to grab some crickets (bearded dragon mom😍)…but when I got there the employee was helping another customer I thought she was done so I told her how many crickets I needed her response was ok as soon as I’m done with them I’ll assist you. She finished with then 10-15 mins later another customer walks in they start chatting she looks at me and say you want crickets right? My response yes…she said let me get her worms bc it’ll be quicker, but didn’t I just wait 10-15 minutes on you to test water why can’t she wait 5 for you to put crickets in a bag?? I’m never the one to play the race card but yeah she was white and the customers were white as well and I feel like she prioritized them over me bc of that reason alone! I wanted to go there but I wouldn’t dare give them the satisfaction of being the angry irate BLACK woman! So I told the manager and left without my crickets!

Love this Petsmart.... I received a fur baby for Christmas from my husband. She is a Jack Russell and she is God send. I want in there to get help with her teething and they showed me tons of teething toys for her and they have help plenty... She isn't biting on my cords around the house anymore and they even clipped her toenails for me for free. I have an appointment with them soon to get her shots and I know she will love them

I was extremely happy with my visit to Petsmart. The manager there helped me find the best Christmas present for my aging dog. She owned a geriatric dog herself and knew detailed info on what products were best for my needs.

Would've been 5 stars had I not encountered the rudest situation. The store itself is organized and I hate I didn't get the name of the woman that wound up grabbing my pick up order, she was awesome and pleasant(purple and green hair).... LENA though, was HORRIBLE. The type of negative energy that will stick to you. She attempted to make me feel uncomfortable from expressing her extreme dislike for tattoos(I've got a few)and gossipping. Not only did she just make herself look like a horrible person that shouldn't work in customer service but she also embarrassed this store unless this is what you'll stand for. Do better be better strive for better

The level of service here is unmatched! You can tell that the Petsmart family truly loves their four-legged friends! Sydnie was an excellent groomer. She’s super sweet! She handled Dakota with care and built a relationship with her instantly! As a new dog mom, it was important for me to find someone to stick with for Dakota‘s grooming needs. If you are looking for an excellent groomer, Sydnie is the girl for you!

I have been using this store for grooming service with my fur babies for a while. I just recently got a new puppy and was scared he would be nervous and not do right. The staff was super friendly and nice they made my baby feel at home. His haircut was nice and he smelled super good.

Grooming department love them But the lady on 4/5/23 @ 4:00 I assume the manager wasn’t that friendly. Not all people of different skin color are broke like we can’t pay $35.00 for a grooming!!! Customer service is EVERYTHING!

Everyone is always so nice, so helpful in finding items, and making sure to price check items. I really appreciate the workers who check in and ask if you need help. They’re are some great people. They could use some volunteers to help clean the cat kennels and spend time with the cats, socializing cats helps them be a better candidate for adoption!! Also they have great deals on clearance.

Great experience! We were not able to get the fish we wanted, but it was because the lady that was in that department was helping another customer. She was doing very well with her. I give her big props for being so good to her customer. I just couldn't wait, but I'll be back to get the fish I want. Nice to know there is still great customer service it there.

Super great customer service. As soon as someone notices you, they are asking how they can help. Even when they are busy due to customer level or that were on a previous task. Very friendly to boot. Always happy to stop by.

Every time I take my fur babies to get groomed it either they are cut to short and razor burned I’m so fed up with this company and this time I told the boy make sure he don’t cut all of their hair off the ears and tail both of them had all their hair cut off this makes the 4th time that I took them to this groomer and they hurt buddy and they had to take him to the vet if anybody needs a DAM haircut it’s the boy that cut Lucy hair and yes they were madder some what but the last time I took them the girl said they have a brush that would comb it out and My Lucy always pretty SORRY but I will make sure everybody that I know about this experience I WANT BE BACK!!!!!!

Stopped here on Sunday, November 14 at 2PM and almost didn't enter because it was so busy. The checkout line was around 10 customers deep. Decided to brave the crowd, entered and took a quick look around. Realized they didn't carry the item I was looking for, so proceeded to leave but was stopped by the cashier nearest the door (while he was checking customers out, no less), who inquired if he could help me find anything. I was so impressed I came to write this review specifically because of his actions. I don't think I've ever been flagged down while leaving a store empty handed to make sure I had gotten the help I needed. For a cashier to do this while dealing with a deluge of customers checking out was impressive beyond words, especially in today's climate of declining customer service. I wish I had gotten his name, but I posted the date so it would be easy enough to find if management cares to. He deserves a raise. Great job, Petsmart team - I am very impressed!

Went to return items and stood at the register 10 minutes before someone would help us, even though they spoke as they passed us by. Compared to the PetSmart I purchased the items in another town, this store just seemed dingy.

Having a hard time finding my dog's food and other stuff in stock. Since they didn't have it, stated didn't know where I could find the item, although I found another pet store around the corner had it. Know your competition and make suggestions on where to find items if you don't have it! Be considerate as a community member and put others' needs before your own. It will repay you in the future!

I have never been able to find a variety of anything but toys, food, leashes and treats. If that's all you need, your good. You may have to take up a side hustle to afford it. And good luck finding otc safe meds for your pets, especially sprays and creams. Website says yeah it's in stock.... No, no it's not.

Very disappointed when I picked my dog up. I was asked if I owned a dog comb which was a little condescending told me she was so mad at that couldn't even use a guard that she cried so they shaved her I know for a fact she was not that mattes. Face was still dirty and not trimmed around the eyes or anything, and even the bottom of your feet were still brown because she's a white dog and the feet will brown very very disappointed. I always use PetSmart, but won't be using the one in Albany, Georgia anymore.
