Nothing but good experiences with this store! The managers are friendly and helpful and don't talk down to their staff. The staff are so nice and knowledgeable! If they don't know the answer, they'll find it for you! We buy supplies here but we also recently purchased a snake after my daughters beloved milk snake passed away. The Banana Ball Python we purchased was very healthy and well kept. I could tell the staff was very hands on because they all knew her as "the sweet one". We are definitely new regulars. The very first time we went in, an associate who's name I can't remember for the life of me, answered all of my daughters questions and let them hold all different animals and visit the rescue kitties. Very lovely store run and maintained by true animal lovers. Not your run of the mill pet store. Managers Gabi and Jacob and several of their staff that I've met are all wonderful people doing a fantastic job! Thank you for the .....thanks. but let's have real poeple respond instead a corporate robot mkay?

A wonderful new pet store. They had the least expensive price on an inside dog crate compared to every other pet store in town. I was on hold longer than usual but the staff was very nice and apologetic. My family and I always have a positive experience here. THANK YOU!

I said I like them for the price match but I went in their today to get our dog some Science diet dog food bought the same bag about a month ago with a price match and the girl today told me that everything on the bag had to match including the dog on the front. That's so DUMB as long as it's the same dog food and brand as the picture it shouldn't matter about the Picture of the Dog.. on the bag WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO TRACTOR SUPPLY ALLOT CHEAPER!!

I absolutely love doing Pet Supplies Plus reward system each month to earn reward money towards purchases combined with the discounts from Instagram and email promotional discounts plus things on sale. This store has a wide variety of pet food, from dry to dry freeze to moist and totally fresh. Staff, for the most part, was courteous and helpful. Will be returning in the future!

Wanda groomed our dog today, she was amazing with our dog! We believe that a former groomer did something to her, but Wanda was absolutely amazing with our baby! She would talk to her in such a soft, loving tone which we could see helped calm her down. We couldn’t have asked for any better! We highly recommend Wanda for grooming a dog! And the grooming came out fantastic! We will definitely be back for all of our dogs grooming needs! Thanks for a wonderful experience

Grooming- horrible!! I’ve been calling nonstop for days to speak to a groomer and they are NEVER available or there. I’m told walk-ins are welcome but how if they aren’t working. I asked what are their hours and nobody knows. Then I’m told they left early. They open at 9am and I called at 12pm. And they’ve already gone? Then I asked is anyone available to give me information on prices for services but only the groomers know. Then it’s a wasted trip to walk in because of course they aren’t there. It’s either 1 of 2 things, they don’t want to take appointments over the phone so they ignore the calls and when walk-ins come they hide in the back. Do better Albany, Ga about who y’all hiring because this is ridiculous.

Awesome customer service! From the time I walked in, the staff is warm/welcoming/ and genuinely love pets! I brought my dog in for grooming and Maggie did an excellent job. She was SO sweet to my dog. This was by far the best grooming experience we have had. We will be back!

The store itself is awesome and well stocked with large varieties of items. Took my dog here for grooming and Stephanie is the BEST! She is so friendly and genuine, and clearly knows her profession. She did a great job with my pup and we’ll definitely be back to see his new best friend!

I love coming here. New store with great selection, stellar house brands, full-service and self-service grooming stations, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They stand behind their merchandise and really strive to make sure customers are happy and satisfied. They have animals for adoption and it was great to see the staff taking the dogs and cats out of the cages to give them love and attention, which they do regularly. This helps socialize the animals and make their transition to forever homes that much easier.

We have been in here several times since brought our sweet puppy home. Just this past Saturday we had him groomed. Maggie did a wonderful job grooming him. He also picks out his own toy every time we go in there and takes it to the register. We love our Pet Supplies plus crew!

I love this pet store and so does my puppy girl! I love that the store has so many things to choose from when it comes to tasty treats, toys, and clothes for pets. I also really love the do it yourself bath. (that's not the name of it) I love this store and the associates are very nice as well. They remembered my pup!

Pet supplies plus in Albany GA is an awesome place to bring your pets and get great service in every department. It's a full service store from small animals to big dogs. The pet wash station is amazing no more bending over the bath tub trying to wash my 3 big boys. And with the grooming salon right next to it. It's great for anyone that has any questions the groomers are always nice and helpful. The staff at Pet Supplies Plus are always nice and helpful great store great people great environment to socialize my dogs. Definitely go by and check them out!!!

Stephanie is one of my favorite groomers of all time! She is an perfectionist and that is important to someone who tries to be lol. She keeps me updated when she is almost done and ask me important questions concerning the appointment BEFORE!Everyone else is so friendly as well. I am greeted every time I come in and asked if I need help. Owning my own pet sitting company I am in there A LOT lol. It’s my favorite store. I think he is the GM I met and he is so helpful and kind when I come.

Had to go in for the first day open. Plenty of helpful staff! Tons of items for any pet (wish they had more for rats and ferrets but still decent) and they ladyvat checkout was super nice and asked if I needed someone to help me carry out the cat litter. Honestly excited to go back in once they get live animals and fish to see how the advise care! Very hopeful ☺️
