I would give zero stars if I could. Everything I looked at was available at other retailers for less. They had lots of expired holiday candy for sale, for more than what it costs originally.

I’d give this place a zero rating if I could especially when it came to their staff and customer service. Their staff is rude and have very poor attitudes. Nobody wants to deal with another grown persons attitude while they’re trying to do their personal shopping. The way they talked to me made me feel like I was beneath thou. I’ll never step foot back in this store absolutely disgusting behavior and attitudes I can just go spend my hard earned money elsewhere before I give it to people and companies like that.

I'd give zero stars if i could. Horrible experience. The entire staff was god awful with terrible attitudes towards the customers. Only one lady out of everyone working there was genuinely nice. This was opening week, so if this is their "best behavior" i can't imagine what a few months from now would be. Extremely unwelcoming environment, and on top of all the prices were not that shocking. Big lots is cheaper, and better in every way and right across the street.

This is the Poorest Grand Opening experience Ever!! Customer Service was Horrible. There were 3 associates at 2 cash registers. We spoke as we approached the cashier at the first register. She did speak as we placed our items on her station. She never acknowledged us thereafter. Still waiting, a couple of minutes later, she called a supervisor over for assistance who looked like she was about to take a break. She came to help the associate as we were still standing there waiting. We stood there for several minutes only to find out that we were at the wrong register. And we had to Ask her. She nor the "supervisor " apologized for the confusion or inconvenience. Very inconsiderate. MAYBE Prioritize the customers over the merchandise. NO ONE was purchasing that item at that moment they were trying to 'figure out' at the computer. Put it to the side and attend to the actual customers. The supervisor should've told her that also. As we proceeded to move up to the next register the other 2 associates were right in front of the register. Both on their phones just chilling and laughing on their social medias. Very unprofessional. They also did not move out of the way for us to place our items on the register. I'm guessing they were on break. I'm also assuming there isn't a breakroom?? We left the whole buggy right there and walked out. I wish I had taken pictures of this mess. Smh.This is the worst Ollie's.Lots of the aisles didn't have products out. This place is just opening. Not old at all. It should be overstocked at least right now. People sitting ladders in the aisles not actually stocking.Saw food products that had expired product on their shelves.Check your labels/dates people. I see this location closing very soon.

Went in just to look around. Junky, messy, lots of "as seen on TV" stuff. Poor layout. 2 stars because the staff were friendly, especially Cameron who checked us out. But overall, Albany doesn't need anymore "discount" stores. It's just junk.

I just left a basket of items due to the absolute rudest employees I have ever seen. I was so excited for Albany to get an Ollie's but those employees are so rude we may just drive back to Tifton. Good luck with customer service at this location

Just strolling through the store and I came to the book sale section and I was sorly disappointed, I saw everywhere Trump books displayed in front of very good history books, I hate Trump and some employees in the store is pushing racist agenda! I will not shop there anymore!
