The store is great and convenient. However, after making a purchase with Kylie (incorrect price) and realizing after making it home and having to return to the store for my credit, it seemed as if it was a HUGE inconvenience for her to process my refund not only that but the refund amount was given to me in only coins (which was clearly optional). I do not appreciate bad customer service or an uncalled for attitude. I know how powerful word of mouth is. So I say please be mindful of how customers are being treated.

I stood in the line for some Ribeye Steaks for over 30 minutes for them to tell me they don't have any to cut. He said all they had was already in the case.

I've been going to the location on Philema Rd for many years. The prices have gone up, and services have gone down. Nobody greets you anymore. Instead, they just look you and go back to their cell phones. I've had so many problems with mold and expired food until it's not worth it for me.

I used to give this place 5 stars. Friendly staff, clean store, good selection, but the prices have sky rocketed. Something can get for 2.50 at other grocers is well over 5.00 here now.

Stopped to pick up sandwiches for lunch. Bought ribs & grilled chicken too for supper. Sandwiches were great, but the dogs got the whole slab of ribs & the chicken because it was so dry. This was from the store on Philema.⭐️⭐️

In talking with another family member stated chicken on sale. Stopped Sunday afternoon and it was awesome! Got drumsticks and wings. Can't wait to use our air fryer.

My aunt makes a big meat dish two or 3 times a month. She comes here for that meat selection. Always good. We recently enjoyed a beautiful pork tenderloin she made from here. She made a gorgeous silky stew with carrots. I visited this store here with her on a recent visit. Excellent grocery, super clean and nice employees.

You know, mistakes can be made..I get it but this has got to be the 4th or 5th time that we have shopped here and got home with something that was just no good anymore and should have been thrown away. Mold on consumable products is just ridiculous..Maybe I'm wrong but this store would no longer be in business if it weren't for the fact that it's on Philema Rd. and it's convenient. Last time for us..Good luck folks..check your food from here!

Love the smoked foods that you can get here. Grocery prices are high though. Love their sausages and the smoked chicken salad.

I have yet to have a terrible experience. I have been going to Mike's almost daily for many years. Everyone has always been super nice and helpful when you talk to them. They almost always have what I need. I have had a few occasions of getting food that had gone bad, but they always quickly amend it when I bring it back, which is all I can ask for. I always look forward to going here!

Can't beat their meat. Prices SLIGHTLY above big stores on few items but not too bad. They always have meat deals. Just think they could put a little less pepper in their lemon/pepper seasoning. They have little buggies for the kids. They also have GREAT breakfast biscuits.Food they cook is sometimes VERY tough. I think they throw whole chickens in the smoker and toss in pork chops, then take it all out hours later....yes, the pork chops can be VERY hard.

Mike's is a local grocery and butcher that offers produce, dairy, pantry staples, meat, frozen foods, beer, wine, and cigarettes. The key to the store's success is location, as it's the only place within 10 miles to buy groceries. While it is convenient, the produce options are slim, I've had numerous issues with meat being rancid, and typical grocery staples are over-priced.

Nice country store a bit over priced. Tends to have out dates items on the shelves...especially cookies. Watch the dates and the repackaged meat. Good for stopping you you've forgotten something and dont want to drive Publix. Meats deals are good

Great service fresh meats greeted by everyone when I walk in. Just left there a few minutes ago. Cashiers are very cheerful and talkative and always tell me to have a wonderful day and to come back.

Mike's is all about the meat. I go here for most of my meat products. You can trust that you are getting quality, and at a decent price. I also get produce from here. Nice place, nice people. Give it a try : )

Just not my first choice of places to shop for groceries. It's OK if you just need 1 or 2 items and don't want to run to town. Meat department should step it up....alot.

We as customers appreciate the fact Mike's in Leesburg is putting in automatic sliding doors. Curtious staff members are great.
