Excellent customer service. Went in today on a pick up order for work related stuff. Had to cancel a few items that were not in stock. We had done multiple orders recently and pulled up the wrong order but Dee and Precious were at the customer service desk and helped us multiple ways and were so kind and friendly. We're here working from VA and these ladies truly showed us the southern hospitality we hear about! They were so patient! Thank you both!

Went to purchase something on their Spring advertisement. No one knew how to give me the price that was on the poster AT THEIR FRONT DOOR! Waited over 30 minutes for them to figure out what the fine print of the purchase was supposed to be. We also purchased the last of 2 different size plumbing pipes, the aisle, and all its contents were strewn everywhere packages opened and left on shelves.

Only came in because of a great deal on washer and dryer. AVOID this place if you can because they will only care about the sale of appliance but once sold no one care about you. The delivery people scratched the washer and I called to get it addressed and no one would help literally and just rudely listens and the transfers the call.

I visited your store yesterday, 22 April 2024. I'm a Disabled Retired US Army Veteran. I went in to purchase some outdoors carpet for my back porch, some in ground sprinkle system repair stuff and a Toro Zero Turn 50 inch deck lawn mower with a 3 year protection plan. I spent a substantial amount of money last night (4238.63 to be exact). I have never seen customer service so poor. I have been a loyal Lowe's Card holder customer for 18 years. Over the years, I purchased a substantial amount of stuff from Lowe's. I arrived at the store at 16:45 and didn't get out of there until around 19:05. It took 45 minutes to get someone to help me in flooring. When I did get help, I got Kacey from appliances. Kacey also did the best she could to help me with the lawn mower. I purchased the lawn mower through Kacey who asked for help from the manager (Ursula) who was supposed to put a code in the register to over override the system for 0%.financing for 12 months but was to no avail. She was of little help! The Returns/Customer Service associate (Nisha) was of little help also. They seem like they just didn't care. I think this store needs a new direction. The associates do not greet customers and they do not thank our service members for their service. "SEND A SURPRISE VISITOR AND SEE WHAT I'M SAYING IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME!"

Buyer Beware - Do NOT buy carpet with installation under any circumstance. Got the runaround on price, padding, contractor discount and installation. Was told by Lowe's employee that I could use any pad as long as I was willing to transport. Took a day off work to buy pad, load it up in the back of my truck and drop it off at house. 5 days later I was told that their installer refused to install carpet using that pad. Did they offer to correct this in anyway...NOPE!! I had to spend another $300 on pad while still having to get original pad loaded back up and returned to the store. Pay the extra couple dollars and go somewhere else!!

Walked in contractor/ lumber entrance, passed two female black employees talking to each other. I stopped and did a search for the product on Lowes site. I approached the 2 employees and stood 3 feet away, they both could clearly see me but I guess my invisibility Cloak was working because neither one asked if I needed help but totally ignored me as if I was not even there . Typical Lowes experience in the good life city. Home Depot cares about it's customers.

The purchase was very easy. The problem came with loading the mulch we bought. We loaded 30 bags by ourself and two other customers loaded their own because there was no help.

Who doesn't love Lowes? Plus, they offer a military discount!!! With military parking outside!! What's not to love! This is the way every store should treat active military and veterans.

What a joke of a store. Everything has gone down hill at this location. Customer service counter has no customer service skills. Customer service supervisor, Peaches, is a lying, fake, retalitory sorry excuse of a human being. They put product just any where and won't honor the prices they advertise for. The store manager won't call you when you're told he will. None of the employees are on the same page as far as what company procedures are. This store is an absolute abomination.(Note pics shared are all on hand stock - employee filled bays with regular price product that is same name, and style, but different color. But they don't want to honor what they are advertising)

Lowes is starting to really take a look at their customer service issues. Shopped there the other day and the gentleman in lawn & garden went out of his way to make sure the I purchased everything that I was looking for and he also carried everything out to my vehicle for me. Great service today.

Not happy at all. Purchased wood to make an outside stair area and they were out of the risers. Paid for them to pick up later. This was December 16th. I have received 2 messages by text that they were ready to pick up.today is December 27 and they still aren't in. 2 wasted long trips to get them. So much lost time and gas

Lowe's makes me feel like I am getting things done, and with surprising deals, I feel even more empowered. They have a brand that compares favorably with Bounty called Moxie, which is cheaper with the same number of rolls. I DO love a deal.

Well today I went into Lowe's shopping for a washer and dryer I found two that I really like at a reasonable price and my salesperson Miss Casey help me out a lot told me about a discount and I also got me a Lowe's card and I was approved $ $1,000 and I really appreciate everything that she did and she set me up to have my washer and dryer delivered out to me so I will be going back to Lowe's thank you Miss Casey over in Appliance.

The Albany Ga Lowes need’s attention from their corporate office. Just left the store for the last time. Plumbing section looks like a tornado hit it. Had several “associates “ pass me by without a care in the world, and each one looked as though they were lost and just wandering around.

Do not apply for a Lowe’s Credit Card. They gave me credit. I had the payments on auto pay every month for 3 years. And while making payments on auto pay and never missing a payment they closed the account which affected my credit.

Had to wait forever on service just to get a dish washer . Then once we finally got service it took forever to get it from the back . After all thats said and done then we had to carry it and load it ourselves. Smh

Most of our major appliances are from here. Delivery was 7 to 10 days. That was to be expected. Unfortunately getting help to ask questions on items sometimes is not real fast! If you're lucky you will find someone knowledgeable. But for the most part you self shop self load and take out yourself.Fast forward to today, July 2022. My dryer pooped out after 10 years so we went back to Lowe's to check them out .This month they happen to have all of them on sale. found exactly what I wanted and they were sales people all over the place! I was so excited we were in and out within an hour and a half loaded and ready to install a new dryer.

I wanted to bring to your attention the disappointing experience my spouse and I recently had at the Lowe's store in Albany, GA. We were hoping to purchase pickets for a privacy fence and order windows for our house, but unfortunately, the visit did not go as smoothly as we had hoped.Upon arriving at the lawn and garden section, we were unable to find any assistance to help us load approximately 75 pickets onto our cart. To our dismay, all of the pickets displayed mold, which was quite concerning. After managing to collect the items, we proceeded to the checkout, only to discover that the gate was locked. We located an associate who informed us that they would open it shortly. Surprisingly, it was already 9:45 AM, when the area was supposed to open at 8:00 AM.Two employees eventually appeared, moving at an extremely slow pace and without acknowledging us. They wiped down the area leisurely, leaving us standing there without any communication or common courtesies. When we inquired about the delay and requested a manager, we were informed that they were in a meeting with the manager. However, upon speaking to the manager, he clarified that there had been no such meeting, and he was unsure about the situation. He mentioned that he arrived at 9:30 AM, which added to the confusion since the area was supposed to open at 8:00 AM.Throughout the entire process, we couldn't help but feel that the staff lacked the enthusiasm and dedication that we associate with Lowe's. We expressed our frustration and mentioned that we were considering going across the street to Home Depot. Unfortunately, our concerns seemed to fall on deaf ears, and it was disheartening to feel like our feedback didn't matter.I wanted to share our experience in the hope that it helps highlight areas for improvement. We have always held Lowe's in high regard and have had positive experiences in the past. It's unfortunate that this visit was marred by multiple issues, including unhelpful staff and subpar products.Thank you for taking the time to read this email. We hope that our feedback can contribute to enhancing the customer experience at Lowe's. If there is a more appropriate channel for us to communicate our concerns.
