The manager acts and treats customers as if we are below her. Extremely rude. I was struggling to get a package off the top shelf which made an item fall. Nothing was hurt but she yelled at me "That is why you are suppose to ask for help". Then when I told her I needed to buy a case of water but I could not because all the buggies were being used to put merchandise on the shelves. She shrugged her shoulders as to say "Oh well too bad". She is even rude to the staff working there. I wont be returning to that store until they replace her with a new manager.

The lady there was super rude, she let us wait in line for bout 15 mins then i here her tell the next clerk that that line was only for cards no cash, when there was only on line. She didn't even apologize for what has happened. So now after I've waited now I find myself at the end of the line when I was finally bout to be waited on.. Ion no if she bad a bad day or what. I didn't even get a have a nice day or did you find everything u need..

Woman working checkout was a total space cadet. Literally just starred at me after asking very simple questions during check out... had to have my husband come help me to get her attention. Sounds crazy but it is 100% true.

It's raining, I go in, get all my wonderful things.Clean store, organized, well stocked.Friendly cashier,Buy M&M's - to help with store competition, as cashier had asked.Raining still, go outside to put things in truck.Unlocked door, crank truck, put in purse and cell phone, and hit unlock button to put items in back,Hit wrong button,locked out of truck, purse with cell phone inside locked truck. Truck running.Go back in store,Gracious cashier, loaned me her personal phone, call hubby, then...wait...wait...wait...get it all worked out🙄😌all because a generous cashier at Dollar General loaned me her phone.That's the kind of people you have in Lee County, Georgia!THANKS!! to youFROSTY FRIES!( the cashiers new name...lol)Some one to go the extra mile!

Ordered bacon, egg and cheese sandwich ended up with bacon, sausage and cheese sandwich, ordered a fried egg to put on sandwich and got an omelet! As we and the only other customer in the restaurant went to pay our bill, the waitress rang up first customer then decides to count out her draw and go home.

It was awful. Stock everywhere, couldn't get down the aisles. The usual non customer service. if you could get down the aisle, there is only rooom for one person. Does not meet the ADA standards. This is for every one of the Dollar General stores in this area. Havng an senior citizen to take care of, it is not even safe to shop this store as she could get hurt just walking down the aisles. if there was an option to give no stars, I certainly would.

Love DG they're one of my favorites especially one on Slappey just b4 Lee Co.. Shout out to Ms. Benita aka "Ms. Audi" she's my fav and always greets me with a smile & chit chat & helps me when needed

These DG employees are in need of training!!! The two employees should be terminated!!!! One is in the back corner gossiping. The other one is rude and shouting to the customers have your payment method in hand. It's time to go!!! As if he was authorized to close the store more than 30 minutes early. This store was NASTY, in disarray, old sales ad was displayed, and a FALL hazard.

Just left your store on N. Slappey ( 11/05/2017 12:15 PM ) next to Wendy's in Albany GA, Had to leave and finish my shopping elsewhere because of the VULGAR blaring music in your store. Curse words like Ni&&^r, Bit*&, S@#+, blasting out over your store on a Sunday afternoon with children present is not my idea of a pleasant shopping experience. I did not complain to the management as they seemed to be enjoying the music. I will forward a complaint to your corporate HQ. It will be a long time before I shop there again....

Dollar General always has great products for great price. But their stores are always so dirty and disorganized. I still like them better than Family Dollar

I love this Dollar General on 3005 N Slappey BLVD; Albany GA! The store manager Angel is so nice. It is a well organized store.

Decent selection you would expect for this type of store. The shelves could use some organizing. The items seem scattered and hard to find. The chashier was friendly.

It would be great if certain employees didn't follow me and watch me as if I was on a most wanted list. I spend way too much money daily at this place for them to treat me like this.

the sales clerks where awesome.They showed me what I was looking for and I checked out really quick!!!
