The store itself is pretty good… but I’m a 17 year old male turning 18 march 14th I have 12 days until I’m 18… I’m in the store on the phone with my coughing grandmother the cashier can clearly hear my grandmothers sick I had plenty of money to buy the cough medicine only a few days till I was 18 and they tell me they can’t help me because I’m not 18 so I asked a guy my grandmother knows pretty well if he could get it for her I’ll give him the money he said sure we’ll he gets up to the register with it and the cashier tells him she won’t sale it to him because they already denied my purchase when we both stated it wasn’t for me it was for my sick grandmother they said I had to leave the store… For trying to get my grandmother cough medicine… I recommend going to any other Walmart except this one

They are almost done fixing the access roads to Walmart, it is getting much better. The Walmart is super easy to shop and the folks who work there are A1!!! The folks who shop here are super nice as well, havent had an issue at all! Parking is easy as well, though the lot is usually quite busy.

This is literally the best Walmart I have been to. The associates are super nice and helpful. Everything is always well stocked and organized . I highly recommend this location! You can thank me later!

Horrible customer service. Tried to return an item that I had the order number which had my full name on it and the card that purchased it. She asked for my id and I gave her my licence and she wouldn't do the return because my license was expired. She treated me like a common criminal when I just wanted another pair that works. Pickup orders need to start giving receipts or at the very least stop treating their customers like dirt when they try to return something. Oh and God forbid whatever you're returning cost more than $50. Lesson learned... Don't spend your hard earned money on anything over $50 at Walmart.

Walmart is a great place to shop bc you can get most things you need in just one stop.From food to tires,clothes to fishing equipment.its convenient good prices.Byt don't forget and leave something under ur buggy or the cashier's will hold ur buggy and keep u from leaving until police get there and then they press charges on u.

It seems you can't get any help in this place. I went in for an item that was in stock but locked up on the shelf. It took forever to find someone to help me, but I was told a manager had to do itWhen the manager was told I needed help, she had better things to do than to stop and unlock the item so I could purchase it. Seems customer service is not a priority at Walmart anymore. Time to retrain staff or replace them. I went someplace else to get the item I needed.

Clean and well staffed. If you're coming from larger cities just know certain items aren't as well stocked. Example is energy drinks, they only carry two. Was also weird not seeing a single grill built for display in the garden center. Also not really the nicest location around it - saw a lot lizard and alot of trash in the adjacent parking lot.

Beware of the fruits and vegetables I got some boxed tomatoes yesterday and one was moldy This is not the first time this has happened Adel Walmart is known for moldy produce Strawberries Grapes Watch closely people And again I hope y'all are enjoying paying for their renovations Every damn time I go in to Walmart the prices have gone up Yes I am still in the market for another grocery store I for one am tired of their greed and bad quality produce.

The store I love to hate. I moved in 2016 to Adel partially because this store exists. That's the first star. The employees get the second star. Even before the pandemic the empty shelves drove me nuts ( minus 1 star). But even accepting the current supply issues, what totally makes my current shopping experiences piss me off are the mismarked/unmarked prices (minus 2nd star) and the broken/now nonexistent gadgets that customers could use to use to check prices. Too often I feel like I have to work too hard to spend my cash at Walmart (minus 3rd star) so I spend the cash on Amazonq

The old gray lady at the customer service counter, "Theresa", has the manners of a goat. No help at all and always unpleasant and has a bad attitude. How she is working there is a mystery. Every time we go there she's a miserable person.

Dog treat aisle was organized and stocked neatly. Best I have ever seen it. Still out of some products. Rest of the store aisles were clutter free and clean. I was pretty surprised. Still hard to find an employee to answer questions .

Adel Walmart was ok as far as selections go. They had more to choose from than Moultrie Walmart, which is horrible . There are dressed cops walking around that profile the customers and I feel is a little to much while doing a little casual shopping. But service was friendly.

The only Walmart I have been in that consistently has enough checkouts with actual human cashiers so that you don’t have to self checkout. On a Tuesday afternoon I counted eight checkouts open that had a cashier……..that’s more cashiers than self checkouts!!!! Way to go Adel!!!!

My husband and I travel alot and as you know we go to alot of Walmarts. This Walmart in Adel GA on Alabama Rd is the cleanest store we have ever been in. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Shelves were stocked. I highly recommend you coming to this store.
