Just received my order and I’m absolutely in LOVE! I ordered the large heart shaped candle for my mom for Mother’s Day which I am SURE she’s going to love and ordered the one in the pic for myself. My husband bought me a few gift from this wonderful seller. This shop has excellent customer service and shipping was faster then expected. I recieved the items on the day it was expected. Everything was packaged perfectly, the husband and wife team Larri and Joey were very nice and responded to emails fast, within a day. We will definitely be back.

Bought something recently that I returned as it was not what I expected. Shipping took a bit as other reviews have stated but that was clearly outlined on their web site so was not surprised - just disappointed to wait so long and then not be what I expected and did not look like the dough candle shown in the pictures when I ordered. BUT that’s just a matter of preference I assume and somehow else might have loved it. I did return it (at a hefty cost), but the reason for my 3 stars is the time it took customer service to respond to my inquiry about returning and the rudeness of the reply. No apology for the state of the item (paint was already chipping in numerous spots) or an inquiry about what they might be able to do to keep me as a customer.

Waiting for items to ship is a long process (12 business days in my case) the once shipped, it arrived quickly (2 days). The dough bowl is beautiful and the smell ( Vanilla Eggnog) is superb with a nice strong throw but not overpowering. Love it, worth the money & worth the wait and great customer service. Will be ordering again.Update 3 months later: I have ordered 2 more times since original review and still very happy with their products and customer service.

I LOVE these candles. They burn evenly and smell amazing. The wax is clean and the dough bowl is great. I just received three refills and they are so easy to use. My first attempt was easy breezy and they give you everything you need for success!

This company is horrible. I ordered Feb. 9th. On Feb 27th I finally got a shipping notice. I received no responses to my prior inquiry as to status. Then, on March 1st, I receive a notice that part of my order was cancelled and refunded. Had I been made aware that my order could not be fulfilled, I would have cancelled my entire order. Zero stars customer service. Zero stars responsiveness. Zero stars consideration for the customer. If you can't handle online business then don't advertise on social media.

Joey and Larri are always accommodating and go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated as a customer.*I searched for hops stems for a long time, only to walk in on one of my visits and stumble on these! Just 1 example of the beautiful floral decor you will find in RC! 😊

Buyer beware! Received a damaged item and was told it would take months to get a replacement. I waited only to be told it was too late to return the item. I mailed it back to them and they refused the delivery. Not a good company as they cannot accommodate me, a disabled veteran.

I had never ordered from this company before, but when I saw all of the unique items and candles…I could not stop with just one item. I received the iron birds tea light holders, little bunny rabbit, sitting frog, pig planter, and the most amazing smelling candles I have ever smelt in my life. I have one open in a room and have not even lit it yet, but my entire room smells amazing. The quality of these candles are like nothing I have ever experienced…and the fact that they have reasonably priced refill wax is important. Candles will be Christmas gifts for some special friends. Also, customer service is amazing. I had an issue with something, and it was rectified immediately. I also had a lovely chat with the woman I spoke with. I am so glad I stumbled on this store in my feed…I only wished I lived near by to visit this delightful shop in person…

So this is for The Dough Bowl at River Chic. If you haven’t been here in a while their coffee shop is worth the visit and worth the wait. I got a mocha frappe and enjoyed the ambiance, the light relaxing music, and the people. My drink and muffin tastes amazing and their fudge is amazing.

Loved the dough bowl candle, however, I had problems with my refill kits. It must’ve been mishandling issue caused by shipping, but there were cracks in my refill kits and I was unable to use them the way they were designed. I initially left a 3 star review and received a call from the owners the same day. I changed the review to a 5 star after they called and told me they’d send out a new refill kit. It’s been 7 months and I haven’t received an update from them on my order. Again, I love the dough bowl and the owners seemed nice over the phone. I’m just upset I don’t get to keep using my dough bowl due to the refill kits breaking.

It took a long time to get my order. I was disappointed when I got it as the stands are cheaply made. The candle itself is beautiful but I haven't burned it yet as I've heard a lot of people say that it doesn't burn well some wicks don't work turns to liquid. We'll find out. $100 it is not worth it to me.

Product shipped damaged. I contacted day of arrival sent pictures of damaged purchase like asked. However they never responded to how I can return damaged product even after receiving pictures. Don’t purchase online. Terrible customer service

Candle Fire !!!My 3rd time ordering (3 dough bowl candles) and one candle caught fire and burn my console table. I was not upset until after reaching out to the owner. His response was that I burned it incorrectly.He was extremely rude and could care less. He refused to admit that maybe ...possibly...this 1 dough bowl had a defect. Anyway the other 2 candles will NOT be gifted for fear they will ignite.
